Mice Dont Work On 2 Windows 7 Computers?
Mar 17, 2012i have 2 windows 7 computers that dont recignize that i plugged in a mouse. i know the usb port works because i use thumbdrives and other usb devices and it recignizes them onecomputer is an alianware m11x laptop the other is a custom biult desktop computer i know the mice works because they work in my husbands laptop but neither of my computers plzzzzzz ive tried like 5 differnt mice and none work

Aug 15, 2012First I know this has been asked a many times but no solutions seems to work for me. I have a bunch of stuff going wrong and all seems to related to each other. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.That is how the problem progressed:1. I was trying to enable Telnet service and found out that 'Turn Windows Features on/off' in Control panel > Programs and Features is a blank list.I checked on internet and i found out that it means my windows update wont be working as well so i check it:2. Windows update gives the error 80070002 and it does not check for updates.. Again check net and it said to run sfc/scannow in command prompt (as administrator). I did it. and it gives error 'Windows Resource Protection can't execute the command'.
I have tried everything. I have tried: msconfig.exe to enable/disable services and restarting and rechecking. Uninstalling my Avast Antivirus. Running MS Fixit toolI have checked disk check in advanced startup options. Deleted C:WindowsSoftwareDistributionDownload' contents and recheck the Windows update facility. Nothing works. I dont have Windows CD coz my laptop came installed with windows.

Sep 22, 2011The way i connect to my XP network is i open explorer and click on the Network folder icon. Then i wait for the green search bar to do it's thing at the top of the screen and when it detects the XP computer, it will show XP under Network and i can access it.Well it stopped. No matter how many times I clicked on Network the green search bar only searched once after a reboot and it would not find the XP drive.After searching I found that you could open the drive by typing in the start menu's search bar, \NAME. This worked fine, so I am able to access the drive but why don't it work with the Network folder in Explorer anymore? After I open the xp drive this way, it will then magically pop up under the Network folder but not before.Also is there a way to create a shortcut to this drive? I don't see that option by right clicking on it.

Mar 8, 2011am trying to use the WMDC to get some files off my Winmo 6.1 phone. The display is shot. When connected to the PC, it wont just show up as a drive because in the device manager it is a USB mass storage device with this error this device cannot start.(Code10) I cant use active sync on XP because it doesnt allow the connection until a question about duplicate files check box is checked, but I cant see it. A VZW tech told me that WMDC will connect to the phone without that problem. But when I check "allow data connections on device when connected to PC", it tells me I dont have sufficient permissions. I am the Administrator on this computer (in user accounts, my user account shows as a standard account and wont let me change it).

I can download and install the realteak 2.0 but the drivers in the device manager will not install.
