Yahoo Messenger Keeps Crashing All The Time?
Aug 27, 2010I dont know why but yahoo messenger keeps crashing whenever i join chat room after few minutes. i try reinstalling several times even used old versions till Version 6 of yahoo messenger. i try reinstalling java, dxwebsetup, flashplayer but it do same thing. and it is really annoying when i am chatting and it suddenly stops working

Apr 30, 2011All drivers for hardware are up to date and installed. To be specific on the keys that do not work they are Alphabetical and Numerical keys only, the escape key, tilde key, tab, caps lock, shift, space etc all work... The wierd thing is that the numpad will not respond ingame if num lock is on, If it is off the buttons work BUT it recognizes them as Insert, Page down, Home, Delete etc. What driver or peice of hardware could possibly cause this problem. This problem occurs in Counter Strike Source and Starcraft II, havent tried any others but the problem is identical in the two games. If however i pull up the developer console i can use the keys perfectly to type a command but once im back IN GAME they just dont respond. When i tried to change my key bindings it cycles through numbers 0-9 doesnt matter if i press X 3 times then P 7 times it will go in a sequence of 0-9.

Sep 22, 2011The way i connect to my XP network is i open explorer and click on the Network folder icon. Then i wait for the green search bar to do it's thing at the top of the screen and when it detects the XP computer, it will show XP under Network and i can access it.Well it stopped. No matter how many times I clicked on Network the green search bar only searched once after a reboot and it would not find the XP drive.After searching I found that you could open the drive by typing in the start menu's search bar, \NAME. This worked fine, so I am able to access the drive but why don't it work with the Network folder in Explorer anymore? After I open the xp drive this way, it will then magically pop up under the Network folder but not before.Also is there a way to create a shortcut to this drive? I don't see that option by right clicking on it.

Boy am I excited, I suspect that after MS Shut down Original XBL, The PC Community will recive a much needed Boost. I don't activate my copy yet, I just want to play some campaign First. I load up the armory, And just as you get out of the tram-thing with johnson, I hear Lots of Sound Glitches, And the same thing as before. It does it a few more times. Then I played some DiRT 2 about 20 minute's ago, It it does the same thing.Now, I suspect It's only Games For Windows LIVE (GFWL) Games doing it, But then I remember that CoD4 did it. Now I'm afraid that if I play anymore games, And do this too much, That I will Seriously Screw My computer.

Aug 2, 2012Basically what happens sometimes in-game is I get either a crash where the screen goes black and then a message saying the graphics driver recovered successfully, or I get freezing up with fps drops every few seconds until I quit the application.
I haven't had this issue before I OC'd my AMD Phenom II X6 1090T CPU from 3.2 to 3.6 GHz. The temperatures of the card are perfectly fine (it's usually around 62-67 degrees) and I also ran some stress tests through furmark, which gave me results consistent with my card's rating, and I had no errors.
I was under the impression that overclocking the CPU didn't affect the graphics card. Also, I'm 100% certain the card is getting enough power because I specifically bought a new power supply a few months back to make sure I would never worry about power issues. The GPU drivers are up to date (I even tried using beta drivers) and I've checked the card physically and got the dust out.
edit: just got another error in Starcraft 2 - "your computer has run out of paged pool memory". I have 12 gbs of ram and with starcraft 2 open i have about 8.5-9 gbs being used.

Oct 12, 2012This is a recently developed problem, as I've been playing Saints row the third and skyrim the game crashes after about 30 min. Not every time though. like 1 out of 3 times I play. The game will be working great (no lag or drop in frame rate) and it just up and closes to the desktop. No crash report or any other form of notification of what happened. I looked at the event viewer and I wasn't sure where to look in it but I looked in windows logs->applications and I found this error around the time of one of the crashes:Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003.
