Java Error - Cannot Copy To Clipboard
Jul 30, 2012I have been having an error with Java lately and I think this issue is the reason for the many Java related issues I've been having. Any effective fix, either it be reinstalling Java entirely or modifying a file. The error is as follows:

May 8, 2012Under Windows XP I used a program called Piky Basket which had a right-click feature that allowed me to copy the full paths of selected files to the clipboard. This feature worked on multiple files, even in search results from e.g. Windows' own search utility and e.g. Voidtools' Everything. I want to be able to do the same in Windows 7.Sadly, Piky Basket does not work on my system (Windows 7, 64), and the version of Piky Basket that does work on my system doesn't have this feature anymore.The built-in "Copy as path" in Windows does work on multiple files, but only if those files are all in the same folder (which is not the case in search results). The same applies to SendTo Toys -- can only copy multiple paths if they're all in the same folder.
Dengdun's OpenXX works fine on search results, but copies a maximum of 15 paths (why???). Jarle Aase's CopyPath copies only one path at a time... and this applies to many of the nameless similar utilities floating about the web.Ninotech Path Copy insists on installing the 32 bit version of it (even if I remove the previous version), and does not add anything to the context menu that I can see.
Saving Clipboard Content In Word 2010?
Feb 6, 2012My problem is roughly the same as the OP: I work on complicated phonetic documents, and I would like to keep the contents of my Word clipboard when I'm done for that session, because I'll need that content during the next one. I'm not offered the option to save the content, however, nor can I find a setting which obviously seems to offer me that option. The documents are in separate folders, of course, but the Word clipboard sidebar is always empty when I open the document, or anything I've copied outside Word before getting to work on the document will appear there. Of course I can go and collect the previous content in the document itself, but that is not a good way to start my work session, frankly. How do I get Word to save clips specifically for that document, and leave it alone as far as other copy/paste operations are concerned?

I will copy a string of text and if I I dont paste it very soon after it wont paste.Usually I hcopy a piece of text, and if I have to minimize a few windows or do too many keystroke before pasting it gets lost and I have to go back and re-copy it.Its just beuggier than expected for such a nice OS.

Dec 15, 2011i have a asus x5dij laptop its just over a year old so is out of warrenty.i've been wanting to scrub it for a while as i think i had a few viruses on it.at first i realised that the dvd drive was not working (this is twice the dvd drive has gone since i bought it new) so instead of buying a replacement drive for it i decided to buy an usb exsternal dvd drive.i hooked up new exsternal dvd drive & placed 64 bit recovery disc in rebooted it & i get "windows is loading files" with the white line going across underneath.then it asks me to select display language then warns all files & data will be lost & if i want drive partitioned options then click to start recovery process.then when i do click to start recovery process after a few seconds i get a white screen with error in big red text & in top left corner "cannot open wim file".can any 1 give me advise as what i should do now,the only thing i can think of is to replace the laptops dvd drive but i'm thinking if i do that will i get the same error message.

Oct 30, 2009I have tried to install Windows 7 Ultimate on to my Asus F7Se but keep getting the above error.
I have deleted my d: partition so now I only have c: and a recovery partition. I have tried to do the upgrade option and the custom one but always get this message when it is trying to boot up.
I have searched everywhere for a fix and found a few posts but none have worked so far.
Do anyone have any pointers so I can get it installed ? If anyone needs more information please let me know.
Error 633 Open Port
Nov 19, 2009When i dial up, i get some Error Message 633 message about COM port being used by other application or modem not configured properly.
In device manager the modem seems OK, and i dont know of any other device using a COM port. I've tried different drivers, swapping the modem around inside the case but no joy and i'm getting really annoyed now.

Jan 31, 2012When trying to downgrade to Quicken 2011 from Quicken 2012, the install of Q2011 forced an uninstall of Q2012. The install of Q2011 resulted in a 1402 error as follows: "could not open key: UNKNOWNcomponents9BEDFD61F780CD4ABC6F9CD0D07A42E1A545EF5512D612419987E3B C9D9C11C. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact support personnel."Microsoft tech has completed sfc /scannow but could not fix the problem. Quicken techs blame Microsoft.other than reinstall Windows 7, how to fix this error message.

Jan 7, 2012When I click on that it takes me to the same box again. At the top of the box it says "SSVagent.exe" I googled that and it seems to be some type of malware?? I ran a full scan using my Kaspersky Security software and nothing was found. I also cannot print to my network printer from the 2 laptops that are connected to it or from the main desktop. I tried using system restore but although it goes back to a previous day, the problem still exists. The only way I can run any program is if I right click and choose "Run as administrator." Then if I'm on internet explorer, for example, after I clicked run as administrator, every time I want to change websites or screens, I get that pop-up box asking me to choose a program. Once I close that box out then the webpage loads.

Jun 4, 2012Last week Friday, I had problems scanning from my HP6110, so I restarted my computer. When it restarted, it went into an automatic repair that said would take a "few minutes." After about half an hour, I tried to cancel the repair, but a message indicated it would not stop. After about an hour, I hard booted the system, but the computer would not start. I let the repair continue and was able to start the computer after two or three more hours.Since that repair, I have been unable to open many programs, including QuickBooks (2010, 2011, 2012 & 2012 Enterprise), a tax program, IE, Kaspersky and iTunes. I am also unable to install windows updates, and get error code 80070641. Adobe Flash is not working. Kaspersky will not "turn on." (When the Windows update problem started, I also had error code 641. That is now gone.)
I cannot restore to a point where the computer worked -- the last restore I have is from after the problem. I have tried re-registering msiexec, run MS Fixit Install/Uninstall, Fixit 50809, Fixit Performance, Fixit wuRNP, installed and completed a Spybot scan (no problems), tried to install an updated Java (I can't listen to music via my browser because of a Java issue), merged the default .exe associations in my registry, checked my Event Viewer logs for issues when my computer went through repair, deleted every instance of Norton/Symantec security that I could find, tried sfc scannow but got hung at 41%, completed chkdsk, ran Windows Defender quick scan and found no problems and a couple of other things.Some programs work, e.g., Firefox, Word, Excel and Outlook. I tried to find something common between the non-working vs working programs, and the only thing I can see is that the programs that are not working are not showing up in my control panel.I bought the laptop used, but the prior owner only used it about a dozen times. Prior to these issues, I was able to install, scan, print and open programs with no problems. I'm running Windows 7 x64.
Error When Trying To Open AMD Catalyst Control Manager(CCC)?
Sep 20, 2012I've been dealing with this issue for a few weeks now. The message that comes up when I try to open CCC is: "Could not load file or assembly 'CCC.Implementation' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." I've tried everything to fix this. I've followed step by step, about a dozen different guides all over the internet on how to fix this issue, but with no luck. My last resort, today, was to reformat my entire hard drive and do a fresh install of windows 7. I was flabbergasted when I still received the error. I have also tried multiple GPU's, so I know it is not a hardware problem, at least I do not think so. My reason for wanting to open CCC is because I just bought another 4890 for crossfire on Ebay but I can't even enable crossfire to get it working.I should also say that the performance of the single 4890 is perfect, so it is running as it should be[CODE]
