i recently turned my computer on and its changed, and when i try to open a programme it comes up with a error message saying:'These files can't be opened. Then I get a small error window with the message The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000006). Please Click OK to continue.I click OK, and I see a frozen screen (black, not blue).That's it. Nothing else happen. On the initial installation, just before you have the option to set up user name- the screen went all blue with lots on small black horizontal line across. It hung for a few mins and eventually I had to manually re-start. Off to a great start!!
Anyway once it re-booted and after it had checked for the intial first use and graphics, I managed to get in to the system and successfully load onto the desktop. Continued through windows update and there was some updates for my graphics cards. After this I went to Nvidia's site and downloaded the 124mb file Windows 7 64 bit file.
All this downloaded and installed ok, however, whenever I try to open a media file, Windows media centre it'self and msn messenger, the screen freezes and seems un recoverable. I haven't installed any other programes yet, but I can only assume it's something to do with the graphics card?
remember this happened before I managed to even load the OS propperly for the first time...does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be at all and a possible solution?
Some programmes look Washed Out, IE Search and Search Web, also others are difficullt to see. I have tried everything that I know and thats not much, Please help or is this normal, never had this with the dreaded Vista.

So anyway. Some time ago SP1 launched for Windows 7. I installed but it but something went it wrong and it didn't install correcly and then i was forced to use System restore. Everything worked and i haven't used SP1 because i don't want to risk screwing up my computer before some important things, i got plenty of time later for that . The problem is after the system restore every time Vegas launches i get a error : Sony Vegas pro 10 an error occurred starting Vegas Pro Error 0x80070002 (message missing).

I click the icon and the cursor in dictates it's loading, but then it stops and the program never loads.
I then have to restart my laptop.

I have used Take Ownership and removed Windows Live Mail 64 and installed Windows Mail 64 as per tutorial.
I have the shortcut on the desktop but when I try to open from there it says:-
Windows Mail could not be started. The application was unable to open the Windows Mail message store. Windows Mail was unable to locate its message database. If you’ve moved the database files to a new location, click okay to reset the database to that location.
I clicked okay and I now click on the hidden folder Widows Mail hoping that will do the trick, it doesn’t!
The next error message I get is:-
Windows Mail could not be started. The application was unable to open the Windows Mail message store.
The last error message I get is:-
Windows Mail could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialised.
When attempting to Forward an email, Outlook will open a recent message from the Sent Items folder, instead of opening the desired message in draft view to be forwarded. The message that Outlook decides to open is not related to the desired email thread.I have:

So I'm trying to upgrade from the 6801 build (32-bit) to the 7100 build so both my laptops are on the same build.... 7100 is way more stable also..
Anyways I put in my Windows 7 7100 DVD, restart the comp... I hit a key to boot from CD, it tries to boot and comes up with a screen that says:
"Windows boot Manager"

And I cant get 6801 off this comp. It's now starting be become unstable, it will blue screen and restart on my often.
Anyone tell me what is wrong when this message is displayed, and how to fix it?
