I changed from road runner to sbc. now my computer tell me that this page can not be displayed every time I go in Ebay or bank site. I thought it was my computer until my lap top (wireless) started the same thing.

In my efforts I ended up with a blue screen with the claim that I have a "page fault in nonpaged area" and it instructs me to remove cache, shadowing and various other exercises that can't be done or are not relevant. It's not my internet connect because if I type in an address other than my home page in the URL bar it will open. My AOL works too. After hitting the home button a few times, my home page, Google will open. But after awhile surfing the net, when I hit the home button, I get that message again that it can't display page. Right now as I type this, I hit the home page button and it says cannot display page so I hit the back arrow and I come back to this page and I can continue typing and I can send this thread. What's wrong with my home page "Google"?

View 2 Replies View Relatedi have a network at home, with two wired pcs and a wireless laptop connected to the network. we all had the internet until i went onto a website on my computer (one of the wired ones) whereupon loads of popups came up. it took me a couple of minutes to close all of the popups, and when i returned to the desktop, the wallpaper had been replaced by an internet shortcut to a site advertising a spyware blocker. i then found out how to remove it in the desktop settings box. that was fine, except i couldnt get onto the internet afterwards, and programs such as msn messenger and half life 2's steam did not log on either. however, the other wired and wireless computers could still access the net etc................

All mail from this site has images blocked and most links not working, and I can't access the Web site in Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Netscape browsers suddenly. However, if I read my email or try to access the site on another computer, everything is fine. I remember clicking something having to do with the content on this page being "unsigned," but I haven't been able to find a way to fix the problem. I change the name servers and they have propgated because I checked the DNS on a DNS report website and the domain name points to the new host. Everyone can connect to the new host and view my web site except for me. The only way I can connect and view my web site is if I go to it through a proxy. I tried flushing the cache. I tried clearing the temporary internet files and history. I tried disabling the negative caching through the registry. I tried restarting the dns client service.

I purchased one several months ago, and it came in a sealed package, with COA and that beautiful CD. I finally got around to installing it on a new build, activated like a champ. But when I went to download some security updates it went berserk...THIS IS COUNTERFEIT, blah, blah. So I mailed it off to MS WGA. Now there are very few OSs listed on ebay. Could someone fill me in on what happened, and did MS make good on their offer to replace the fraudulent system with a good one? Also, how come it activated if it was counterfeit?

I went onto Crucial Technology's website, and it said I needed a:512MB, 200-pin SODIMM, DDR PC3200 memory module, Can someone direct me to what would be compatible on eBay or Newegg.com because i have no idea of what I should buy. I even have the original Windows XP license key number printed on a label on the side of my computer.the one thing that I do not have is the Windows XP installation disk.What is the best way to resolve this?I have seen XP disks for sale on ebay craigslist. Can I purchase one of those and install it on my old computer? If I do that should I get a new license key from them or do I use my old one.
