I'm using internet explorer and Google chrome as my web browsers. When i tried to visit a website it doesn't load. But the packets are receiving. Other applications also doesn't work(skype, messenger, gtalk, etc). And when i right click on window explorer it becomes not responding.
View 3 RepliesI am trying to load the site MY HABIT Sign In (don't judge me, OK? lol) and it won't load at all. If I delete the cookies it places on my computer, the home page will load and it will let me log in, but it won't load any of the merchandise pages at all - it just hangs there trying to load - I never get an error of any kind. I had been using Open DNS after having some other trouble with my ISP, so I tried switching to Google DNS but that has made no difference.
I ran the flushdns.bat file as instructed in the tips for posting thread, but forgot to save the snip as a JPEG before I ran the bat file. At this point, I just want to figure out what the heck is wrong.
I have a farliy new laptop every once in a while when I open another tab and go to a website it won't load and if I try to close it I get a message saying "this window is busy. closing this window might cause problems" so I wait then after about 5 minutes I close it. So I thought it was the computer. Today I got a new desk top and I get the same thing. What could it be the wifi?? or is it windows 7 this never happened with my old desktop running XP

I went to Device Manager > Keyboards >Standard PS/2 KeyboardI uninstalled drivers, restarted,let windows do it's driver thing, restarted again and still had the same problem. Samsung's website doesn't have any keyboard drivers that I could find

It wasn't the "blue screen of death" as many mention as it was simply frozen but when I turned it back on (and continue to turn it back on) it gets stuck on "Starting Windows" without even proceeding to the Windows log-in screen. Next, when I launch a "system repair" it goes through the process but freezes in the blue "system repair" screen without even showing anything..just the blue background sunshine screen and is just stuck there...under "Advanced Boot Options" the "Last Known Good Configuration" gives me no luck either...I then try "Safe Mode" and under "Safe Mode with Command Prompt" it freezes while "Loading Windows Files" and the last file/driver it shows is windowssystem32DRIVERSAtiPcie.sys

and my sidebar only has lines . On google CHROME facebook works.Also I get a message saying hotkey has stoped working. Says doyou want to fix online but nothing happens.Went to Hotkey utility and you can't repair it..... only uninstall it.Hope I haven't deleted something I shouldn't have. View 9 Replies View RelatedSo I recently upgraded my motherboard, RAM, and CPU. After doing some quick adjustments in the BIOS, I attempted to load into Windows to make sure everything was correct. Upon the Windows loading up, the logo freezes for a second, a BSOD appears (which I cannot read as it disappears within a fraction of a second) and the computer restarts.I've already gone through a couple of passes using Memtest without any errors, so I think the RAM can be ruled out. I was hoping I could get advice on how to prevent the computer from restarting so I can see the BSOD and further provide information depending on the error.

I installed Windows 7 32-bit yesterday and everything was working fine until I installed catalyst control center, which now causes the system to stay stuck on the blue windows wallpaper without explorer or mouse cursor. I can get to safe mode and perform a system recovery, then I can boot normally. I also tried multiple versions of drivers, but it always does the same thing. Im using Radeon HD5770, Gigabyte P43T-ES3G Mobo, Intel Core2Quad 2,5 GHz (not sure about the exact model number) and 4 GB Ram. Everything worked fine before reinstalling windows and my system specs are exactly the same as they were before.

I tried turning on my computer today and it gets stuck at the "Starting Windows" logo. It just hangs there indefinitely (usually only takes a couple seconds) and doesn't load. I then tried startup repair, and that just takes me to a black screen. After that, I tried putting in my Windows 7 boot disc to do a clean install, told the BIOS to boot to CD/DVD drive. It tells me to press a key, I do. I get "Windows is loading files" and then it goes back to "Starting Windows" forever, yet again. This happened so suddenly, it was working fine just hours before this.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI am trying to take some training videos at a website [URL]. The videos are in windows media player format embedded in IE. I selected 4 trainings. So these are in my favorite list. I launched the first video, a new window opened and it started buffering the video and then the video started. I face a problem when I closed this video and wanted to go to the next one. A new window opens with windows media player embedded in the window but it doesn't do buffering to play. Interestingly, it still showing the title of the previous training that I closed. Looks like it is getting stuck in the memory. I am using IE 9 on Win7 (64bit).

Today I booted up my computer and got a screen saying something went seriously wrong with my computer and that I should repair it from an installation disk. I load up windows onto a USB, boot it and click the repair option. It's been about half an hour and nothing has shown up. Is it still loading or perhaps something is very wrong with my PC?

I started it this morning and installed the latest version of free AVAST virus protection which then told me to restart the computer. So after doing this, It didn't load properly after taking my password and came up with a blank screen. So i manually turned my computer off after having waited for it to load (which it never did) now when i turn it on it comes up with the 'windows error recovery' screen. I have tried every alternative way of booting it up including 'safe mode' all which didn't work and the screen ended up blank every time. I must have tried it at least 15 times but still had no joy.is there anything i can do without taking the computer to pieces?

First it started off with my laptop crashing, I had totally forgot it needed to do a windows update and turned off my laptop in hopes that it would work properly. After that my laptop has not been working. The machine turns on and gives me two options. Start windows normally or do a repair. Upon starting windows normally, it loads so far before sending me back to the two options of start windows normally or repair. On the second time I clicked repair. My laptop then goes so far before presenting me with a blue screen that is usually the screen where my accounts are. The cursor still moves but it loads no further even after leaving it an hour. I decided to make a repair disk, hoping that the problem was because of windows. the disk loads, gives me a choice on the keyboard language then does nothing. I honestly have no idea what to do, I want to keep all the files safe on my computer as I havent backed them up and I have worked so hard on the projects.
