Messages Of This Group Not Able To Send Attachments?
Feb 10, 2010Does messages of this group not able to send attachments? Tried sending 2 messages and neither of them ever showed up.

Sep 3, 2009I'm using Windows Mail 6.0.6000.16386 (vista_rtm.061101-2205) on Vista Home Premium SP2. I have an irritating problem with one of the Usenet groups I subscribe to. I have around 10 threads I'm currently watching, none of them have any unread messages-however the group is still highlighted in bold red text in the folders pane. How do I find out which message is causing this propagation?

Send Messages Using Scripts
Mar 23, 2008I use Windows mail. When I send messages using scripts, my graphics sometimes do not embed. This happens randomly.I have changed my Interent Explorer settings. I turned off my antivurs program Avast to see if this helps. I also turned off "Defender" and any thing that looks like a firewall.But The problem persists. It works about 70% of the time. It is very unpredictable.

Mar 1, 2009it says that i cannot send or receive messages from my hotmail account. I am using Windows Live Mail in Windows XP. The error says to send or receive messages from my Hotmail,or try again later. It is impossible to get an email address to directly speak with a support representative. I have tried searching for over an hour! whenever i try and send a picture it wont send an email anymore. just two days ago no problem. i tried deleting some of my emails that i have stored on my account to free up space but it didn't help either.

Jun 16, 2008I configured the e-mail correctly and it recieves and sends messages, therefore, it doesn't work all the time. Only some times. As this e-mail I use is the enterprise e-mail, I need it to work all the time I click in "send/recieve messages" and don't need it to work "when it decides to" and so, most of the times, I can't use the Windows Mail, but the site where I registered my e-mail in, which doesn't have all the resources the Windows Mail does. It works in random times... Last Friday, I started working at 8:30 am and

Mar 23, 2008I recently moved and after setting up my computer, I am suddenly no longer able to send messages through windows mail. i haven't had problems with it before and find it odd that all of a sudden it is sending me an error message. Windows Mail Bugs:Cant Send Messages To Newgroups
May 27, 2008Everybody seems to be having the same problems in windows mail, so my question is when will microsoft release the patch to fix the problems.
1. Auto complete only works when it feels like it.
2. Cant delete contacts.
3. Cant send messages to newgroups, I am sure the list goes on and on...

Whenever I attempt to send an email with any attachment, small or large, the system times out and gives mean error message "Task 'mail.comcast.net - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP)server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' "
It does not seem to be the program - Outlook - since I tried another email program and got the same results. My wife sends emails with no problem on another computer in the same network and same ISP.

Mar 23, 2008We are having trouble adding new groups in Windows Mail. For some reason, it no longer gives us the option of choosing to add a group instead of a single contact. I've clicked on "File" then "New" but "Contact Group" or "Group" is not an option, nor is there a group button on the toolbar. Is there a problem with our settings? We used to be able to add them and now we can't unless we copy an existing group.

Mar 23, 2008I have recently encountered a situation where sent messages randomly are not put into the Sent Items folder of Windows Mail even though that option is checked in my Options settings. This problem never occurred until about two days ago. I have unchecked and rechecked this option and rebooted the PC, but no resolution.
As I said it occurs randomly, but more often than not. For example, I can send several test messages to the same receipient that correctly get put into the Sent Items folder, and then without changing any settings whatsoever one to the same receipient does not get placed there.

Feb 8, 2010I keep getting 42 messages trying to come through and they get stuck on message 28. I then get a message saying 'client connected' and I can never retrieve the other messages. I then cannot delete the first 27 messages. Do I have a virus or something or what is happening?
