After going to the event view,I saw this regarding San Andreas. I know many have the cracked version of the game but I can assure you that my copy is 100% legit,I will post a pic just in case you want proof. I have deleted the gta.set file numerous times,uninstalled and reinstalled,I've tried it to run it under XP Service pack 2 and nothing has worked.Is there any way I can fix this?I really want to play it again. This may have something to do with it.I had some spyware in my computer just a few days ago but I was successfully able to remove it,that is when the game just decided to stop working.
I get a lot these error messages (warnings) in my event log. My printer seems to work OK. The ID is 4. They occur even when my printer is off.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI recently bought a computer which I built by myself with some friends, and I have had some problems. Upon installation of Windows Home Premium 64 bit, I receive blue screen error messages. Usually they happen when I am trying to open a file, or if I am installing updates for anything. It either goes to a blue screen, or it will completely freeze, and I'll have to reboot. Sometimes upon rebooting, my computer will get stuck in between the loading screens for Vista, it will get past the Microsoft Corporation loading bar, but get stuck on a black screen before the vista symbol shows up. I have some friends that think its my RAM, because I have had 2 sticks of ram in, totaling 4gb, and others think its the Video card. below is a list of all my components.
View 7 Replies View RelatedWhen I click "File - Import - Messages - Microsoft Outlook" I get the following error message: "Messages can not be imported from the MAPI client". I would also like to import my contacts.pst but am not sure what format to use. My old hard drive died. Outlook.pst; Contacts.pst; and Archive2008.pst were recovered and put on a CD. I transferred Outlook.pst and Contacts.pst to my new Vista C: drive.
I could not transfer Archive2008. It said "Can not read from source file or disk", then it goes away. I guess the earlier archives couldn't be retrieved. I am getting very frustrated. MS says to contact the computer mfg, ACER says it can't help me, call MS. MS will charge me for help. I just bought this stupid computer with Vista and nobody will help me after they have their money.
Initially tried to download Norton removal tool to desktop. exe file appeared on desktop, but attempted execution of file failed, with message indicating filepath does not exist. Properties indicates that location is as stored. Subsequent attempts to download and run other programmes result in similar "error" messages. Running Vista Business.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've noticed almost a dozen or so threads about this problem in the last 24 hours, this tells me something is screwed up, somewhere along the line, and Ive got similar problems, mail stuck in outbox mostly attachments of pictures, and it refuses to go, and I keep getting error messages. I've a hotmail account, and it worked with Outlook 2003 fine until a few weeks back, then slowly things started going wrong, and mail was not getting sent, I tried deleting and creating the account, but time after time, the same persistant problems arose....
I then removed Outlook, and Outlook connector, as all of a sudden my send and recieve tabs dissapeared, re-installed, and re created my account, and the send and recieve tabs never came back......bummer....I've searched online for soloutions, and never found one!...................
I have established an email account with Windows email and linked my yahoo email account. I can send messages yet I do not recieve the test messages to my Windows Mail account they do go to my Yahoo account but not to my Windows Mail inbox. I do not know what to do. Looked for answers on Windows website but did not find what I was looking for can someone please help me. Also when I click on the Send/Recieve tab it has me log in to my email account and then does not take login. Yet the account works. I do not understand.

View 9 Replies View Relatedwindows mail has trouble sending and recieving e-mail, it will download 4 or 5 messages and then lock up on one for hours till we have to cnacel and re-recieve the mail then we get duplicates of everything and then it will lock up on a different message. most messages have to be sent twice to go through mainly sending quickbooks stuff, invoices etc.. I have read a few posts so far about this we have norton antivirus. Norton says windows mail problem or isp problem. isp says norton problem email scanning is off.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have recently encountered a situation where sent messages randomly are not put into the Sent Items folder of Windows Mail even though that option is checked in my Options settings. This problem never occurred until about two days ago. I have unchecked and rechecked this option and rebooted the PC, but no resolution.
As I said it occurs randomly, but more often than not. For example, I can send several test messages to the same receipient that correctly get put into the Sent Items folder, and then without changing any settings whatsoever one to the same receipient does not get placed there.
I can receive messages but I can not send. I've tryed everything but no result.

I turned off my antivurs program Avast to see if this helps. I also turned off "Defender" and any thing that looks like a firewall.But The problem persists. It works about 70% of the time. It is very unpredictable.
