Unable To Find Mails In Mozilla Thunderbird Local Folder?

I have problem in Mozilla Thunderbird Email Cleint, recently due to mail exceeding overlimit in gmail i have started downloading the mails. It was working fine. after sometime i surprised i couldn't find any mail under my local folder like before. No mails found in Local Folder of Thunderbird Email Client. But i can see the 2 GB File INBOX in the HDD. But cannot see in Mozilla Email Client. I just need to retrieve the mails.

Using XP home edition, I'm trying to tweak my Chrome browser so I went looking for the installation folder. The properties dialogue in the shortcut tells me it's in "C:Documents and SettingsOwnerLocal SettingsApplication DataGoogleChromeApplicationchrome.exe". The problem is that I cannot find this folder. When I go to my D&S folder and open my "Owner" folder, there is no "Local Settings" folder. I have my system set up to show all folders, including hidden and system folders, so I know that isn't the problem.

I am a student, and sometimes instead of using my jump drive, I email my CAD files from school to my home address to work on. I worked on my file for a long time, hit save, and got out. However, since I had gotten the file from an email, I believe it saved in a temp folder. I have not cleared the cache, but I have done a gazillion searches and I cannot find it.

I have just noticed a problem with saving web sites. When I click on the favourites icon along the top bar and then add > new folder I am unable to see the selected folder. When I click on the word favourite - also along the top, which also produces a list, the folder is there!How do I get folders I create to show up along the left hand side of the screen (ie when the favourite icon is clicked.

Bought my daughter a new inspiron mini, it is only a month old.For starters it will no longer open Firefox. I reloaded Firefox and it still does the same thing, nothing happens, then a crash message from Mozilla.The machine is running real sluggish, and efforts to use "restore" are not working. I tried four different restore points, going back to the first and restore goes through the motions, reboots, then I get a message that say the machine was unable to restore, no changes were made.

So, I logged off this account and signed in as Administrator, so when I tried to click Mozilla Firefox, it doesn't work. space, how do i ease local disk ( D )??? i have 7.82mb on local disk ( C )
and 74.5gm on local disk ( D ).

My computer and MY Wife's computer are networked and we can share 'MY Documents' from both computers. All was fine until yesterday when she asked "what all all these files here in My Documents" I recognized them as files/folder from MY PC. Apparently our PC's now have duplicates of each others MY Documents' on the others PC. I do not want my wife's documents on my PC and I don't want mine on hers. How do I turn off MS Folder Synchronization ? I recently ungraded to Microsoft Office 2007 and I see this MS Office Groove. Is this the program that is doing this?

I'm trying to unhide this folder and KEEP it unhidden because the backup software we are using cannot see hidden files. I go to properties, uncheck hide. It asks me if I want to unhide just the folder or all files and subfolders, I do all files and sub folders. No problem.Then, when I reboot, I go to check it, and it's hidden again.Is there any way to stop Windows from automatically hiding it on restart?

When attempting to install certain packaged software it will fail or in some cases bring up the Windows Installer information window.We have noticed that it appears to happen when an installer, EXE or MSI relies upon transforming a further extracted MSI with an MST file.This only occurs if the files are attempted to be extracted to the root of the temp folder. The files are not created hence cannot be run. The Windows Installer information window will appear if you attempt to run msiexec pointing to a file that does not exist.

I have a 300se gateway with 512 Mb of memory and A WD 20 GB local "C"and I have a new volume ''E'' drive that Is a Maxtor HD 120 GB's and I want to replace the the @20GB local drive with a new Western Digital 1200JB, 120 GB drive. I have Norton's ghost 9.0 and I have backed up an Image of my c Drive to my E drive and I need to know what else I need to do to make this a smooth swap and as far as I know it's not possible to do this drive installation or upgrade with out my restoration Cd's for my operating system.

I have an external usb hd enclosure with an ntfs 320 gb IDE drive inside it.. when I connect it to my PC it shows up as local disk but I would rather it show as a removable disk so I can properly eject it. How would go about doing this?? thanks! (i have xp sp3)

When I look at Start-Up, there are entries like "My WebSearch Email Plugin" and they are supposed to start from "C:Program FilesMyWebSearchar6.binMWSOEMON.EXE" But when I use Windows Explorer to look in the C:Program Filse folder, I can not find the folder "MyWebSearch". Under "Tools" "Folder Options" "File Type" I have the "Show hidden files and folders" turned on (radio button selected). Also can't find MWSOEMON in the registry.

I was helping my mate set up MSN live messenger on her compaq laptop running Windows XP media centre and logged into both live messenger and windows messenger with my hotmail address. She has subsequently logged into both with her yahoo address. I can't install my sound card and i don't know what make or model it is and i don't have a CD 4 it. I have only had the problem since i completely formatted my hard disk and re-installed XP home, I have looked around the XP disk and i can't find any folder 2 do with drivers. In device manager under other devices it says: multimedia audio controller with a yellow ,as well as Video controller also having the yellow.

I have a Blackberry (BB) and in our firm we have MS Exchange server 2000. So when an e-mail arrives, it is sent to my BB too. But when the e-mail is written in cyrillic I cannot read it. I found out that when the message is sent as Unicode (Tools --> Options --> Mail Format --> International Options. For MS Outlook) I can read it, otherwise - I can't. But I cannot tell everyone that writes mails to me to do it that way, because not everyone is using Outlook. So is there any option in Exchange that will convert every e-mail that has arrived in Unicode, and that way I could read all cyrillic e-mails on my BB?

It all started a few weeks ago when I could not move a folder to the recycle bin because it "could not find it". This week i did somehow get it to move there, but when i tried to delete it for good I got the same error. So i used Tune-Up Utilities 2008 in an attempt to get rid of it. The folder is gone, but the error remains. I think the bin is not working properly anymore either. I moved some folders of music to the recycle bin but they weren't there yet rar files i had deleted were. I have tried many many different commands, and a "restore recycle bin" registry edit, and safe mode.
