May 9, 2012When I scan a docoment, open it ,click "File" and click "send" I get a box that says "No E-Mail program associated to perform the requested action. Create an association in the default programs control panel" How do I do this step by step? I'm using windows 7 and a HP Photosmart 2610 all in one printer

Once they are all scan in to be able to place them in order. For example my elect bill is 3 pages. Nov 6, 2009Today, this morning, I did a system image restore, just to test if it works.
The system image was included in the backup of yesterday, 11/5/2009.
The image restore went smooth, Windows 7 is correctly restored and is running like it always did.
One thing I do not understand, the status of the backup is The last backup was canceled, and also the size of the backup is Not available
I hope someone can explain why this is?
Can't Find Scanned Documents
Nov 15, 2009I installed Windows 7 Ultimate Upgrade from Vista Ultimate and then I installed the latest driver and software from HP for my Officejet 7410. Everything works OK except my scanned documents are not in "My Scans" even though that sd where the HP scanning software says that is where they were sent.

Jun 1, 2011I just purchased a new lenovo v570 laptop runing windows 7 home premium. I scanned an image using my Epson NX 400 usb all-in-one printer. Then I tried to save it to my external USB enclosed sata drive. I haven't had any problem like this before. They said, I didn't have permission. I am running the laptop as an administrator. What other permission do I need? Antivirus and firewall software is all up and funny functional.

When I copy text from a file/document and then paste it into another file/document I have one of three things happen. One it will copy the text correctly, though if I press enter to go to a new line its as if the clipboard was emptied because I cannot paste again, two it will not paste anything as if I didn't copy before, or three it will paste a screenshot of what is currently on my screen into the document.If it does copy and paste correctly then when I open a new file or folder, the clipboard will empty so I can't paste the same thing into two different documents unless both documents were open when I fist copied the text.This issue also occurs whe trying to copy/cut files and move them to a new/different directory(if the paste location is not already open then the clipboard appears to empty).

Sep 10, 2009I am not sure if this is a Win 7 problem, MS Office problem or whatever. If I have posted this inappropriately, please forgive and I will go away.
I am running Office 2003 under Windows 7 RC. My HP All in One Photosmart 2575 is connected to my network via the router and prints just fine. However, Microsoft Office Document Scanning does not recognize the device as a scanner. The 'Choose Scanner' box is empty. If I connect the All in One to a USB port, Document Scanning finds the scanner and it works as expected.
What must I do to get the All in One to be detected as a scanner under Windows 7 when connected as a network device?

Fax & Scan only gives options to save scans as a few different image formats - .gif, .jpg, .bmp, and .tif - no other image formats, nor any document formats (.pdf, .txt, .doc, etc.) are available.As of now, after looking online in various places for over an hour, from what I can see, the necessary process is to save the scan as a .jpg, convert it to a .tif, open it with the Office Document Imaging program, and then send it to word.
