Nov 16, 2011Does anyone know where to find the DU Meter log file? I've checked C:ProgramDataHagel TechnologiesDU Meter and in C:UsersUsernameAppdata but I can't find anything.

Nov 25, 2012Recently I noticed my CPU being pushed to 100% by a trojan (igfxupdate) though not knowing the cause of the usage I simply tried restarting the computer, though when the computer restarted my CPU Meter was gone. I have now completely removed the virus but my CPU Meter never showed up. It isn't in my list of gadgets and it doesn't reappear when I click restore gadgets, however, it seems to have all of it's files (in my windows siderbar folder). So I am at a loss as to how to fix it and I can't simply reinstall it because it comes with windows. I was really a big fan of this gadget and now that it helped me catch this virus I feel naked without it. I know I can download a different CPU Meter but I like the simplicity and reliability of the windows one?

Oct 11, 2012Today when I turned on my laptop, suddenly, there was a message that my battery has problems so the computer might shut down suddenly. I tried different strategies, like uninstalling the battery driver, or letting the computer completely die. When it turned off itself at 6%, I turned it back on, and it was at 2 minutes battery life. Then in a few minutes, it said 4 minutes battery life for 6%. Now, it's passed an hour, and it says 3 minutes, but changes sometimes to 1-4 minutes. The battery meter is completely wrong, and I don't know what to do since it is closing the computer way too early. I'm still not sure what the problem is.

If I close this window, sidebar.exe will be terminated as well. I've tried deleting the gadget cache but it seems not working.

Gotnotified that outlook could not find .pst file and would not open or even close without the use of task mngr. I am double backed up so I try to fix the problem in a few ways.1. Apr 29, 2012Every time i boot my pc, it asks me if i want to run this .exe since its an unknown publisher (pretty standard). The problem is, that the file it wants to open, is located in AppDataRoamingLOVEsfsdfr.exe if i go there, the file isnt there (neither is the LOVE folder, tho i can just type the destination). I do have show hidden files and folders on. Even if i go to CMD navigate to the folder, and type dir it doesnt show it.I however know the file exists, because opening the files via this path: C:Users {Username}AppData RoamingLOVEsfsdfr.exe gives me before mentioned popup.so, i tried removing the file via cmd. I tried DEL and it didn't work. It couldn't find the file.I am pretty sure the file exists, and its behaviour makes me suspicious. Any help on removeing it?

Mar 13, 2011i have a toshiba satellite laptop,running win7 home premium and 4 gigs of ram. when i try to boot up i get a black screen prompting that it couldnt find the winload.exe file....i dont have a copy of windows as this was preinstalled...i also cant get to safe mode ,but its not b.s.o.d...additionally it is only 3 months old ,so is there a way to contact microsoft and have them send me a copy of win 7..or ami just gonna have to buy the operating sys,and just cold install ?..ive tried various c/prompts,but if anyone has any i havent tried im willing to try anything...i dont care about the files on my laptop..i just want the computer i paid for.

Dec 26, 2011So I bought this like a year ago and only had the basic Medieval installed (Without kingdoms) I got into it again and wanted to play it with kingdoms so I deleted Medieval and tried reinstalling it again. Im not good with computers at all but I have Windows 7 and I played it on this computer before and I have a good computer so I know it's compatible.I put the Cd in and click the green launch Icon and the main menu comes up. I click install then it comes up with the four total wars and I check all of them and click next, and then when I get to the next page it asks me to put in disc 2 and select where I would like to install it. I put in the Cd and then pick where to install it (Default is the CD it is being installed from) I have tried my C drive and my external drive but neither works. A error message pops up and says Setup could not find a file or the specified path or disc. Please check that the proper disk is insert or specify new path.
