Program does not have rights or access to a file. Often this is caused when a program is trying to access a network file it doesn't have proper access to either because of network privileges or something is blocking the program. This issue can also be caused when the file is being used by another program or is read-only.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI've started to get random BSOD's on my computer a few weeks back. They seem to have, in all cases but one, been triggered while running a game in fullscreen. A couple of times the computer also just froze, without any BSOD. The funny part is; I've gotten at least four different kinds of error messages on those BSODs. Here are the details: BSOD error messages.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am receiving an TO limit error while realtime rendering or creating a final render in blender 2.63 - I've done everything including updating or changing drivers (ive connected Nvidia so ive tried out all the drivers they've supported me with), reinstaling Blender and even reinstalling system, but the error still remains. I am Rendering using GPU rendering Mode which was activated in blender file menu user preferences/system/compute device/CUDA. I don't understand why im getting the error since the Graph card performance is normal I've tested it with Stability Test and and it ran over 110 mins without malfunctioning till i stopped it.
Now Nvidia had suggested me changing the TDR. I've created environment and models based on this image - so there's bunch of stuff in it. I am Running Win32, 7 ult. 2 gb of RAM, AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual Core Processor 4800 + 2.51 ghz. Now GPU, Gainward 630 GT 2gb (Direct X 11, PhysX, CUDA Support), Ive bought this GPU Couple of weeks ago specially for GPU Rendering since my x card had lower shader. I am getting Error only with Blender (I've tried rendering on 2.61, but getting same error), it works fine with games (I have 3 games installed all on max Graphics, and they work fine).
My internet time is failing with the following error:
"NtpClient was unable to set a manual peer to use as a time source because of DNS resolution error on ''.
NtpClient will try again in 3473457 minutes and double the reattempt interval thereafter. The error was: The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found. (0x80072AFC)
I assume either my ISP/router is the issue or something else strange is going on. I tried changing my DNS server to the google ones as well as adding a server to my hosts file but it still returns the same error. Just curious what exactly the message means if it really is DNS related as hard-coding the IP into the internet time requester returns the same error.
My samsung 830 ssd (256 gb) was working excellently and last night for some reason it decided to no longer boot at the nice speed at which it did before. Now I believe it is still performing up to par in the OS environment due to my AS SSD score being 724, although I have not seen many others to compare to.The system originally would boot in a time of 15-16 seconds. however, after this error: The boot time jumped to around 30 seconds. The error occurred yesterday night, and I believe I played around with Samsung's SSD Magician Utility, allowed it to "Optimize" the OS, however I am not sure if this was at the time of the reported error. Here is what I've tried so you may dismiss possible solutions
-Flash Bios
-Update SSD Firmware (was already the Latest)
-Re-Optimize through SSD Magician
-Disable Prefetch and Superfetch in regedit
-Unplug My optical Drive from the SATA3 port
-Unplug the SSD, allow the system to enter bios, turn off, then plug in again, to no avail.
-Lastly I uninstalled SSD Magician hoping that the program was the cause of the error, yet that is a no as well.
I've had this problem for a while and it drives me nuts. Every time I shut down my computer it will crash the next time I power up and try to boot windows 7. I can go in and out of sleep or hibernate without issue but if I ever shut down my system it will BSOD during the next power on. After this initial BSOD there are usually a series of BSOD (usually they report different error codes) in subsequent restarts. Eventually the system does seem to stabilize and stop crashing. Once things are working it will run for literally months without another BSOD.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have BSOD on a cold startup everyday. On most time after the first BSOD of the day the PC will run fine for that whole day. There will be two consecutive BSOD on certain occasions. The problem stops for a week after I updated the NEC USB 3.0 Host controller so it seems there is other problem causing the BSOD but now I am not so sure.

I tried system restore but it failed for an unspecified reason
The drive had windows xp on it from another build so i just used it to test. It booted xp fine. It only showed 3gb of ram but i think that was due to it being 1066 and needing me to change bios ram settings. So i took my full version of windows 7 professional that i have used to install on my laptop too and tried to install. I formatted the drive completely and chose to install. It goes through the paces installs.
Then when it is supposed to boot from the hard disk the first time it give me a brief blue screen PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA so i research it and see it can be linked to hard disk or ram. So obviously its not the disk its been running xp fine and so has the ram. But just in case i switched out the ram with 1gb of old ddr2 800 i had from another build. Same error. I then tried my new ocz ram with a single chip thinking its a dual channel problem. Same error. So then i reburn the microsoft professional image to a new dvd r go through the process again and reformat and still the same error. I have tested all i know to test. Any other ideas?
I m having problem accessing a specific software while log in to my PC under Active Directory domain user. This software works file while work as administrator but show run time error 75 , path/file access error.

View 5 Replies View RelatedAbout a month after I started using it, the Say the Time clock program I bought stopped launching the management menu when I right click the date/time field in the task tray (notification area).
Therefore, I can't use or edit the program. Neither the touchpad nor the cordless mouse works.
Other than this problem, my computer works great. Every single item that's meant to be right clicked works for me.
Is there a way I can generate a log to show the software manufacturer (Provenio) that it's their problem and not mine? I am a novice user but I can follow instructions. However, I don't want to put my computer at risk if I make an entry error.
I've been using computers for 18 years and I've never had this problem until I bought this software and used it for about a month.
I just wanted a conclusive way of putting the ball back in the manufacturer's court.
