I've checked the online documents for setting up my email with windows mail and everything is correct.
All of sudden when I go to send a picture as an attachment, I get a message that my server has not responded and would I like to wait or stop. No matter what option I choose, no email can be sent or received as long as the message with the picture is still in the outbox. If I move that message to my drafts box then my other email will be sent and received but I can't send any email with pictures. I t was working fine since we go the computer in December and nothing new has been done to it.

I have used aapt as my Service Provider for a few months. I was using Outlook to send and receive mails. Everything was working as expected. Then one day outlook stopped sending emails but it could receive emails. I contacted aapt and they told me they didn't support outlook only express and there was nothing they could do.
