Cannot Print Any Documents
Mar 9, 2005I am using windows 2000 and I cannot print any documents. The printer works when it performs nozzle check but that is all.

Unable To Print Documents That Contain Hyperlinks
Dec 30, 2005I have a problem when I try to print Word documents that contain hyperlinks or any line or image in the document. Rather than printing the hyperlink, html or something prints out and if I'm trying to print a graphic I've downloaded for example, it will not print at all. Is there a properties button or flag that I need to turn off in order to correct my printing problem?

Aug 16, 2008here's my first problem I can't fix, Heres what I've tried so far:I've reinstalling my Printer, and it still doesnt print I've tried going into Internet Options and sorting out the sites and that..When I try to print from the internet, or even different programs, I get that "Send Error report" thing, and after that it closes. I'm so frustrated!!!! can anyone help?

Jul 6, 2005Sometimes I will highlight a range of photo files and open them into Picture and Fax viewer. I can then page through all the photos I selected. Occasionally though, I will load a range of photos into the viewer and photos from outside the range I selected get loaded into the viewer. When this has happened, I've gone back and reselected the range and tried it again and still get pictures loading from outside the range I wanted. Also, I notice on the viewer's print wizard that pictures/documents from outside my range of selected documents are sometimes presented for printing. Anyone know how that happens and how do you fix it?

This time switching off for 10 minutes and then back on had no effect.I have been trying most of today to correct things without success. Dec 28, 2006I previously owned a Lexmark Z25 printer and up to a certain point, it was printing ok. Then it abruptly stopped printing any pages. It sounded as if it was getting the signal from the computer, but nothing would print. Rather than buy new cartridges, which would have cost more than a new printer, I bought a Dell 720. Now, the color prints fine, but I cannot get the black to print. The cartridges are just about full with only a small amount out of the black cartridge.

There is only one printer attached - it is shown in "Printers and Faxes" with a tick. Apr 25, 2010I have an old Sony VAIO (running Win Xp) that I am using a print server. The VAIO is connected to a HP PSC. The VAIO is on a wireless network along with two other laptops. One laptop is running Win Xp and the other is running Vista. Everything was working fine as far as printing went until I reinstalled the OS on the Win Xp machine (same OS). Previously the VAIO would go offline due to hibernation and so if I tried to print something from the Xp machine, it would get in the queue and get printed when I turned the VAIO on. Now the print jobs are not getting in a queue when the VAIO is offline.I don't know what I did right before and so I don't know how to remedy the problem.

Sep 5, 2005For some reason, my "shared documents" folder in "my computer" is now called "Documents." Although I am the administrator of this computer, I am unable to access "Documents," (I get this error message: "C: Documents and Settings All users Documents is not accessible. Access is denied" )and furthermore I am unable to change the folder's setting in "sharing and security" to "share" this folder. Additionally, I am blocked from access to the Shared Music and Shared Picture Samples that come installed on XP Pro. Please tell me how I can restore this folder to its original capacity as a "shared documents" folder. I am currently unable to set any of my folders to be shared. I am using XP Pro.

Aug 7, 2007I have lost all of my files within My Documents. All the folders remain, but all of the actual files are missing. No system changes have been made, nothing new was installed. I have run virus scans (I'm using SymantecAV Corporate) AdAware, Spybot S&D with nothing found.
They're still there somewhere, as the user folder properties show the correct size for the folder and number of documents, but not initially - right clicking on the folder to display properties shows a small number at first and then it gradually counts up. Properties for My Documents shows a small number of folders, all empty.
