Jul 6, 2011My PC, running 64bit Windows 7 is printing blank pages on the work computer. I downloaded the necessary drivers needed to print from this computer to the printer, which is a CanonMX 340. The computer recognizes the printer and will print, but the pages that it prints are blank. The pages are blank whether I'm printing from the internet, a saved .jpg file or even a .pdf file. In order to connect to the printer, I plug in an ethernet cable, still nothing works.

Jun 21, 2012I have a two year old Dell PC with Windows 7. I got a virus in my computer that by phone and computer takeover Norton located in my MBR. When they cleaned it my computer will no longer boot up. Norton worked with me for three days on the problem but we were unable to fix the computer. I followed other web sites and repaired my MBR but it still will not boot up. I tried System Repair, Check point, Image, and Dell system restore and all failed. I have tried to use the Windows install CD and all I get is a black screen with a flashing cursor and then after 3 minutes the compute attempts to boot again and fails. I tried everything to try and wipe the drive from C prompt and it will not let me. I have very weak computer skills but I can follow directions and I have wiped a previous computer I owned. (I confirmed that my CD drive is working) I also should mention I have a second hard drive on my computer that I backed everything up to.

The problem doesn't change depending on what type of audio or video I am running. I have run the windows 7 integrated driver updating software and it has said that all of my audio drivers are up to date.
