Cannot Upgrade From XP To Windows 7 On Dell Dimension E520

I had win7 installed on dell dimension E520 which worked fine. Hard drive crashed replaced with Seagate Baracuda 2terabyte, and now win 7 goes thru all install process only to end up saying setup can not be installed on this computer. No reason, no clues, nothing. I've done this 3 times with same results.

I noticed the Audio with Windows 7 is not as loud/bright as it was under Vista, my guess is the drivers. After I undated my Audio Drivers in Vista the sound improved bigtime, has anyone updated their Audio drivers to the latest Vista drivers with Win. 7?? I have a Dell E520 PC(obviously I'd download Dells newest Vista Drivers for my integrated Audio).

I made fresh installation on my new Lenovo E520, but it freezes 3x per day. Mouse is moving, but nothing more, task manager can�t be started. It happens with various applications. But normally, no BSOD is displayed.I looked at topics:

-"Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers",
-"Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable"
-"Windows 7 - Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions"

I turned on verifier and before system launched, BSOD appeared. I run BSOD Dump & System File Collection app and I exported report in perfmon - both attached.I have Windows 7 professional, 64bit, full retail.Laptop and system installation are new.

Old files (transferred from old computer) and New Documents created on new computer using Word fail to open immediately and require User Account action from winword.exe every time I try to open any document (several steps). I have a Dell M1330 laptop purchased some years ago which is currently running Windows 7. Despite my latest attempts to correct the audio problem, it still persists. My internal speakers are the only ones affected by this problem. When I plug external speakers into my computer they work just fine. The problem doesn't change depending on what type of audio or video I am running. I have run the windows 7 integrated driver updating software and it has said that all of my audio drivers are up to date.

I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my Dell M1330 and my audio doesnt work (though my headphone jack works). I have looked at several other forums for solutions for this problem, installed several drivers (including but not limited to, R147073, R167846, R171786, and what ever driver dell support recommended me install) and I had my speakers and motherboard replaced. I have had the HP 1410 all in one printer for many years, and has always worked fine. About 2 months ago, my laptop had a hardware failure of some sort, and I only backed up my documents. Everything else had been deleted. I only recently wanted to start using the printer again, so I installed the driver using the HP website. However, once the driver installed, it seems that my printer and my laptop cannot connect up, and it seems that my laptop may not recognise the printer as a device. I am unsure as to what I should do now.

I would like to know about VMWare Player. First of all, I would like to know about the bios setup in VMWare. Now what I want to know is if the bios acts the same as the actual bios setup in my computer. And also, there is a Wake on Lan option in the VMWare player bios setup. Now does this really work and wake up other computers when they are off or in standby? That is what I really want to know from you. And I also would like to know on what kind of computer manufacturers work with my VMWare player.Does HP, Dell, Acer, Asus and all the rest of the companies work together. Like lets say that I downloaded Windows 7 and put in my VMWare player, and then I went to my system properties, what would the computer manufacturers be? Like what would it say? Well for my computer I have an Acer Aspire 5733z model notebook. Now lets say that I downloaded a driver, like a lan card adapter for a Dell Optiplex computer. Would I be able to download that driver on my VMWare Player? Because I know that VM Player is virtual, and it is not my actual computer, which is my Acer Aspire 5733z. It is just powered by VM Ware.

Now for example, my Dad at work has a Dell Inspiron mini netbook, which is a 1012 model. And he has a Dell wireless lan card in his computer at work. And I also installed Team Viewer on his netbook computer. Now like every time he goes home and leaves work, he shuts down his computer, and his Team Viewer ID number goes away. And I do not like that at all when he shuts down his computer. Because once, it is shut down, I cannot make his ID number come back online, because his computer is off at work.Now what I was wondering was does the Dell wireless lan card have Wake on Lan settings on it in the properties of the network adapter? Because I tried everything to wake up and turn on his computer, but nothing just would work for me. By the way, he is not on a Lan, he is using a wireless connection, from a Dell wireless lan card, itself in his Dell Inspiron 1012 mini netbook computer.Now I would really like to know on how to wake his computer up, if it is possible. So just let me know on how to do this for me, step-by-step. All righty? And I would think that VMWare player works just like an actual computer with the bios setup, and everything. And if I download a certain driver, that should work too, I am assuming. So just let me know if this process will work. So that is that part.Now the next part I would like to know from you, is I want to get some Mac addresses from certain people. Like because I have a lot of friends, and they need some help on various things on how to troubleshoot issues on their computers. And for this I would need to use Remote Desktop. But lets say that their computer was off, and not turned on, and I needed to turn it on. Could I turn on their computer remotely with their mac address if I knew it? But I am assuming that I can turn on any computer if I had their mac address.And I do not have a Wake on Lan option in my actual real bios setup. So for that, I would have to enable the Wake on Lan in my VMWare player bios setup. The VMWare bios setup is by American Megatrends. So that should work. But mainly what I am saying here is that, I would like to know on how to get someone's mac address, by using an IP scanner, or a mac address scanner.

Dell XPS Crashes .System Repair,system Restore ,safe Mode Don't Work

I am having the following system configuration

XPS L401X Base
Genuine Windows(R) 7 Home Premium 64bit (English)
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-740QM Processor
6GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM (1 x 2GB + 1 x 4GB)
640GB 7200RPM Hard Drive

Lately whenever i try to start my computer it pass the Dell Bios and then directly goes to the screen which states
Repair your system or Start windows normally When i chose repair system , it start downloading windows files and then launch the windows , but hung up at the sky blue login window with only movable cusor . When i choose to start windows normally it gives me BSOD momentarly ( hard to see the message) and then restarts again . i tried with the advanced boot up options like
repair my computer , all safe modes , restore to last good configuration but it does the same and hangs at windows loging sky blue window .I Tried to run the Dell PSA+ Diagnostic and it returns with 2000-0146 error . As per the Dell online solutions for this type of error ,I tried to reinstall the Hard disk but the problem still exist.
