How To Reinstall Without CD But With Product Code
Jun 26, 2011My asus g73jh is having boot errors as well as explorer issues. After doing all the virus, spyware and malware cleaning. I really need to just scrub it clean and start again. My laptop came with windows pre installed with a product sticker on the back but no cd, I know now but never made a back up cd, restore point or image. So how can I reinstall? I thought there may be a folder somewhere in the windows folder but cant see anything...

Everything went fine till I was prompted to enter the product key. I did so repeatedly, slowly, carefully, yet the PK was rejected every time.
I am trying to install Windows 7 Home Version with three installs.

Jan 31, 2013I restored my acer, in the hopes of fixing some issues I was having with the drivers. I never made restore dicks, and the acer came pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium. Now it's in an endless loot trying to install, but it can't without the discs. I can neither figure out where my windows 7 product key is, nor find out were to legally download windows 7.

May 9, 2012I've had these problems for a few months so I just started using our shared family computer, and recently I haven't been able to get access to it that often. Because I had so many problems with my computer, I tried clean installing it, which helped for around a month. Now it is back to BSODS. The error code I mainly get is the 0x00000A.
System Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium x32 bit Build 7600
Processor:AMD Athlon(tm) II x4 635 Processor, 2.90 GHz
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 5570
Memory: 2040MB RAM
Motherboard: M4A78LT-M LE
The OS came in-built with the computer, but since then I've re-installed it around 5 times.

However, although my game saves while the PC is on, as soon as I switch off the saved game is lost, (very annoying if you have completed 3 or 4 levels and have to start again). I have just installed on the last computer (the first two were installed a year or so ago) and I don't have the product key. I think I tossed it out as it was on a card IN THE BOX rather than a sticker on the end like every other frigin MS product I have seen. I must have saw the card and just tossed it out thinking it was just another ad trying to sell me something else. Seeing the sticker (but not looking close) just assumed it had the product key.
