I already have Server and Workstation running ( Auto )
With the service down, i cant access computers on my network
when I booted up my computer, I got a message saying "You're copy of windows is not genuine". So now the back of my desktop is black and says "Windows is not genuine". So then I downloaded the update from microsoft. Now so when I try to enter my key I get the error "0xC004F074 The Software Protection Service reported that the computer could not be activated. No Key Management Service (KMS) could be contacted. Please see the Application Event Log for additional information." So I ran my AVS and found quite a few threats and removed them. But still I get that error.

Now when I start the computer up it says "the user profile service service failed the login, user profile cannot be loaded". The computer starts up in safe mode and won't let me do a system restore because it says it is shut off. When I look at User Profiles in Windows 7, it states that the users profile is as backup and the default profile is the local profile. How can I fix my computer to get my user profile back up and working?

But it found nothing also.So after much deliberation I reinstalled Win7 over the top. Still happens. Finally I have done a complete new install....and you wouldn't believe it still happens.I even deleted the old windows files and still the same.My Laptop is a Satellite P200, Core 2 Duo with 3 GB RAM.I am running 64 Bit Win 7 and have all latest updates from Microsoft.

View 3 Replies View RelatedWhen I try to open up a browser the browser screen just says that the webpage I am trying to access is either being edited or has been moved to a new domain. The error code is 137 and I am using chrome. Only internet explorer x64 works! I don't want to use internet explorer. This error could be a virus posing as my proxy then routing my internet traffic back to itself, therefore making it seem like I have internet wvwn though I cant get online. I need to get online on google chrome. I already tried normal internet explorer, safari, firefox, and opera and on the taskbar it says I have wifi but clearly no.
