I cannot open any of my yahoo emails with my windows 7 laptop. It is allowing me to log in fine but then when all my messages come up, it will not let me open them. I am not getting any error messages, nothing happens when I click on them except for the word that I have clicked on, appears in my google search box. There is no option for deleting the messages either.
I have created an adobe form using acrobat pro x. It has an email submit button. When you click on it up comes the window for your email (Outlook) and then it automatically sends your form to "Joe". We currently have it on our intranet for all users to be able to access. If the user has Windows 7, the form will send without outlook opening, but if you have XP, it will open up Outlook and then the user hits 'send'.
I am using Outlook 10 and windows 7, but others have XP and Outlook 7 and they do not have the same issue, only windows 7 users

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but my battery went dead while the computer was on two days ago, but I've been able to get into the mail since.Windows Live Mail could not be started. The application was unable to open the Windows Live Mail message store. Windows Live mail was unable to locate the message database. If you've moved the database files to a new location, click OK to rest the database path to that location. Otherwise, click Cancel to proceed, any existing messages found will be available under Orphaned Accounts (0x00000000.2) If I click ok or cancel, I get: Quote: Windows live mail could not be started. The application was unable to open the Windows live message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. (0x8007002) So far, to attempt to remedy it: Run a disk check Restarted three times Run Repair on the Live stuff Tried system restore to four days ago I even removed my anti-virus (temporary of course) None of the above has any affect. How can I save my emails without being able to open the mail program itself? As one of the few idiots, I did not back up my emails. Where are the located? I figure if I can find them, pull them into another folder and the reload the Live stuff.

I recently used Windows Easy Transfer (cable) to transfer all my files from my old XP Pro laptop to my new 64 bit Win 7 laptop. All my music, pictures and docs transferred easily, but for some reason I can't find my old emails or email contacts. They aren't showing up in WLM. I understood these would transfer from Outlook Express to WLM.
I moved data from my vista PC to my new laptop with Win 7. I expected after the transfer that the data would be in the right places - like my favorites would be in Firefox in the bookmarks - nope they are not there. I knew it sounded too easyso what do I do now? I have backup of the important data like my favorites, my email folders, Word documents and I did the transfer by windows easy transfer. How do I get the data in the right software? I really hate sounding stupid but why didn't it put it in the right places or when I open my email how do I move the data into Thunderbird?
I have a user who is using Outlook 2010, and intermittently recieves the error "Cannot open default email folders. Server is not available." When she receives this error, outlook closes. She is connecting to a POP3 account online, everything checks out in the "mail" settings in the control panel. Her .pst files aren't too big.I've tried a repair install, an uninstall followed by a fresh install, and updating to SP1 for Office 2010. Nothing seems to be helping, it is hit and miss when it does it, which makes it that much harder to troubleshoot.
I am now using Mozilla Thunderbird on my Dell Win7 laptop, but I am unable to open hyperlinks inside website email messages, either by left-clicking or right-clicking to open the link in browser. That email account is not used very often, but I believe the "open-link" function did work once upon a time.
My wife has Windows 7 home premium x64 on her laptop and is using Word 2007. The problem she is having is she will open a word file, change it up, save it, then re-open it later and its the old file not the new one. Where as I can open the edited file on my desktop running the same OS but with Word 2010 and the file that opens for me is the newest version.
I have looked on my windows live mail for an area to stop my emails from opening immediately. Everytime I open my email the body of the message appears immediately.I don't want that
When attempting to Forward an email, Outlook will open a recent message from the Sent Items folder, instead of opening the desired message in draft view to be forwarded. The message that Outlook decides to open is not related to the desired email thread.I have:
-Run the Microsoft Office Repair; -Removed and re-installed MS Office; -Run ScanPst on all Archives; -Disabled cached exchange mode, cleared the cache, re-enabled; -Removed additional personal IMAP email accounts from Outlook.
This PC is a Dell Optiplex 755 Small Form Factor with Core 2 Duo and 2GB RAM.About a month ago the Hard Drive was predicted to fail, so I created a Windows Image from the Windows backup utility, swapped in a new hard drive, and applied the Image.I tried searching the issue, but Google could not provide any help on such an obscure issue but with terms common to other problems.
