Help. My Windows mail deleted all my February mail, even the ones in my inbox. Is this normal? How can I set it up to keep my emails, on my hard drive, indefinitely? Or is there a way. I never had this problem with Outlook Express and My Office Suite did not come with Outlook .
View 9 RepliesPermanently Deleted Folder and the folder below disappeared. how to recover. I also set up a couple of test folders after this happened and moved to deleted file. When permanetely deleting 1 folder it deletes the folders below and they seem gone forever. Searched for emails and folders and they are gone. Must be on the drive somewhere (forensics?)

I downloaded the 32-Bit Version 941090 package yesterday, it still does not work. I did have an automatice update a few days ago, and I am beginning to think that is when it stopped working properly.

View 4 Replies View RelatedMy main mail client is my office XP system, I also receive mail in home. So I select the 'Leave mail on Server' in my home XP system and it work fine. But after I upgrade my home PC to Vista system (I export my mail account for XP outlook express then inport it to my Vista system.) then it have problem - when the mail that I received in home Vista system Windows Mail then i no longer can receive in office mail client. It wont empty on closing, it wont empty if I click on empty deleted folder, and it wont empty by using select all and delete.
