Mar 21, 2006I was just typing along in a word document when my whole screen on my laptop flipped. File, Edit etc are across the bottom and start and all those things normally across the bottom are on the top - but upside down. The mouse is working backwards as well. MAJOR PAIN. When I restart it, the Windows screen comes up correctly but from the login screen on everything is flipped. I just use that computer for word processing not the internet so I'm hoping it is not a virus. I tried restoring the system

Now all my task is missing the front two tabs. I should normally have 4 tabs (Task, Schedule, Settings and Security). Now I only have 2 tabs (Settings and Security). Jun 17, 2006I have a HP Pavilion 7940 window XP. I was recently scanning my computer with McAfee virus scanner until my computer froze and was force to turn off my computer. Everytime I try to log on to my account in the welcoming/logging into an account screem, a McAfee pop up says that there is a suspect file and reccommends that the computer should be scan when I'm not even log in yet. Then it logs off immediately back to the welcoming screem. I tried restarting and logging into the administrator account. It just logs off everytime I try to log on.
