I have a folder in My Documents labelled "Misc." I guess I gave it that name quite some time ago, but it is empty and I can't get rid of it. When I click on it I get, "Error deleting file or folder - Cannot delete file. Cannot read from the source file or disk."

If I drag it to the recycle bin or any other folder it just duplicates it and it is still on the desktop. I am curious to know if "choice.exe" is spyware. I ran one of my anti-spyware programs last night and it listed choice.exe and it's partner file in the Prefetch folder as spyware. I went online and it gave it an "8" on the threat level from 1-10. I quarantined both files to see if I could get some advise before deleting them.

After defragmenting my hard drive the report tells me the 12.2GB file is unable to be defragemented so I know the file is somewhere but I can not find the AVI file nor the folders RECYCLER or NPROTECT.
