I need some Drivers for my computer I bought at Cyberpower pc. It's an x- infinity case. It's about 5 years old. They said they don't have the driver's anymore. Wondering I somebody here has them. Drivers for the USB smart card.

I have just put a new Windows 7 PC on our domain and I am having a few troubles getting the Gemalto Smart card to work as a user. This card has the Gemplus esigner which lets us authenticate to connect back to our bank for secure banking.
Basically this PC is in a domain which locks the desktop and programs down so a user cannot access Programs etc. We then place an RDP icon in the start menu and they access their programs via RDP into a terminal server. Only a few programs are run locally on the PC.
When we install the Gemalto software on an XP machine we set permissions on the installation folder for everyone to have read / write access along with the registry key and this works fine an allows users to be able to use this on the local PC.
With Windows 7 I have tried this but I keep getting "Cannot fine the certificate store" error – however this works as administrator (local PC) which leads me to a permissions thing or a domain setting.
I can insert the smart card and manually import the certificate which reports successful yet the same error occurs.
Has anyone else has this issue or can anyone point me in the right direction?
my smart sim card was blocked and i don't have a pin number i lost it what will i do?

Both work fine in Vista 64 on the same box in dual boot.
In Vista the driver used is the generic MS usbccid.sys driver version 6.0.6001.18000 dated 6/1/2006
In Seven there are 4 MS drivers all version 6.1.7000.0 dated 6/21/2006:
- scfilter.sys
- WUDFUsbccidDriver.dll
- winusb.sys
- WUDFRd.sys
In Device Manager status I get the "This device Cannot Start. (code 10)" message.
If I uninstall the device and plug it back in I can see that Windows sees an ActivCard USB reader V2 (shows up in "Other Devices" while drivers are trying to install) but the install fails for the Microsoft Usbccid smartcard Reader (WUDF). I have tried the latest drivers to no avail.
I need to use an old Integral SM card reader but I seem to need a driver for Windows 7

But after that the ssd does not appear in intel rapid storage technology even though it's in bios and in win explorer I even tried running smart response from gigabyte and gave me error that I need irst 10.5 or higher (I have 10.5) I download the latest version from intel but still the same error
if this hdd smart error C8H is a serious one? i can find only litle details on this. I'd like to know this as i bought an old IDE laptop drive for a pentium 4 era laptop that needed a slight upgrade, then one day i discovered this error while just playing around with the laptop, there's 19 errors of this so far and i don't even know what it does, the hd however works just fine except for that error, no surface problems or anything.

Now, I have just decided to go 64bit, and all is installed driver wise aside from this card.
So, I have just downloaded a 3c90x1.exe package, (the site I have it from suggests it is 64bit compatible), but when I try to run the exe i get an error suggesting that it is not compatible with the version I am running.
Can anyone offer any suggestions on this please. or a location for a verified working 64bit driver?

i have the RC1 version of windows 7 but i hate to install that and as i have all my games and everything id have to reinstall with it(major pain) plus im not even sure if that would fix my problem
anyways when i plug my card reader in i can't access it at all, it does show up in device manager but it says drivers not installed. I don't think they make this card reader anymore and there would be drivers floating around for a card reader, so what are my choices?
Where on the Win 7 RC 64 bit installation disk can I find its Generic NIC Card Drivers. My install disk points me to the System32 Folder but stops there. Can anyone lead me to the correct Folder and File Name for these Drivers.

Connected phone via usb port.iTunes does not show phone icon; no connection or synchronisation can occur.I have spent ages looking on the Apple site (boy they are tricky over there!) and the trouble shooter offered didn't help.As far as I can tell it's a conflict problem possible with anti virus (MSE).What I don't know how to do is: -properly test the usb port (which works fine for remote mouse plug in, any temporary flash drives via a hub) and test for what is preventing the two from recognising one another.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just completed a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit (x86) after formatting my computer, which was previously running Windows XP Professional SP3. Everything during the install went smoothly, but now I'm trying to install my graphics card drivers and it's not working. Before I go further, here are my system 'specs':OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit Mobo: ASUS M2A-VM (Green) Graphics Card: nVidia 9800 GT CPU: AMD Athlon 5400+ The first driver I attempted to install was my motherboard driver. I used the CD that came with the mobo, but the drivers were not compatible with Windows 7 so I had to run the driver under compatibility mode for Windows Vista in order to open the setup, then I installed those drivers. I then restarted and attempted to install my graphics card drivers off the CD that came with my 9800 GT. The first set of drivers that it installed were the PhysX drivers and those installed just fine. It then attempted to install the actually graphics card drivers, but then it said "The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit." I opened up dxdiag and checked under the display tab and it's not showing any hardware under that tab, as if I have no graphics card. I then tried installing the Windows 7 32 Bit drivers that I downloaded from the nVidia site for the 9800 GT but when it does the system compatibility check, and error occurs that says "NVIDIA Installer cannot continue, the graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware." I then checked in the device manager under the 'Sound, video, and game controllers' section and only Realtek High Definition Audio is there. I have also installed the drivers for my motherboard found on the ASUS website after selecting the Windows 7 OS. I downloaded and installed the driver under the 'Chipset' section titled 'AMD Chipset Driver V1.3.0.49 for Windows 7 32bit/64bit--(WHQL).'Basically, my computer is not even detecting that I have a graphics card yet my monitor is plugged into the DVI port on my graphics card, and my graphics card is on. Does anyone know what's going on? Better yet, does anyone know where I could find drivers that will work and make my system functional?EDIT: If anyone requires any further information in order to help me with my problem, just let me know and I will get it asap.EDIT2: I just looked in my device manager and I noticed that under the 'system devices' section there is a device with a exclamation point in a yellow triangle called 'PCI Standard PCI-to-PCI bridge'. after a fresh install I had to find the smu drivers for my biostar MB and windows installed it's own video driver 8.15.11.8585 dated april 09. the gfx card is a 9800GTX+ has the bios 62.92.56.0.6.
now since then I haven't been able to install any of nvidias driver updates and windows own driver update for my my gfx card, what happens is I install the driver then my system reeboots and as the driver loads after reeboot I simply get a blue screen error
I have tried various methods of unninstalling the drivers first and also using "drivercleaner.net" and also unninstalling my antivirus but none of these make any difference I still get the blue screen error "System_Service_Exception" stop 0x0000003B etc etc file mentioned is "nvlddmkm.sys"
now I can continue to use the OS by going into safe mode and removing the driver and letting windows install the default driver, but the tweaker in me is determined to get to the route cause of this problem
Is this something specific to this build or do I have a corrupted driver file somewhere or is there something simple I need to do with possibly the registry.
