Finding A Good App That Converts Sequence Of Images Onto Animation?
Jun 16, 2012
there's such an application able to load a sequence of static pictures and turn them to a video or animation, then able to make necessary transformations like resizing or changing color depth, and finally export eighter as video or animated .GIF.
I have tried several applications that I already have installed like Fireworks, Vegas or Corel VideoStudio but none of them seem to handle that job.
I have an MP4 video that I want to be converted to PNG images (every single frame).I've downloaded a number of programs that claim to do this but not exactly how I want. One program I tried was Avidemux, which is almost what I wanted, but it only outputs to JPG.I tried virtualdub but the file won't open in it.
Using an image posting website and I've recently updated to windows 7. I used to be able to have my images come up as thumbnails without having to Right Click > View > Large Icons everytime. Also I used to have filmstrip option.here's where prob isUploaded with ImageShack.usevery time i go to upload a picture it comes up as a list. Now when I explore the folder via Desktop > b > Girls the images come up as thumbnails as i've set it for all folders already. How can I set it for when I'm in IE and uploading?
I've a 64 bit Windows 7 machine using Outlook 2010 for my business (via Microsoft Exchange Server) and personal (via POP3). Some recepients get my .jpg and/or .docx attachments as windat files. I've tried HTML, Rich Text & Plain Text to no avail. I done the following solution and had some success sending files:
Located and selected the following registry subkeys: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice12.0OutlookPreferences On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value. Type DisableTNEF, and then press ENTER. Right-click DisableTNEF, and then click Modify. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK. Exit Registry Editor. Restart the computer.
I sent some vCard files to my PC (windows 7 ultimate) and the default bluetooth program notified it is in windows contacts. When I open it, it is in .contact format I thought phone is sending the format, so I tried to send another contact as a message to another phone. However, at that time the message subject displayed "nameOfPerson.vcf" !!! Which means, it is sending vCards!! I don't need .contacts, I need vCards
I had a dual boot, xp/Win 7, The HD with the XP crashed. Reinstalled XP and now don't have dual boot option. Tried for 2 days to get it to work but to no avail. I reinstalled Win 7 on a different HD than the old install. Got the dual boot option back. Here's my question, can I edit the boot sequence to redirect to the old Win 7 install instead of the new one? So I don't have to re-install all my programs.
I'll give you a general overview of what has happened with my computer lately so we can get the big picture, I run windows 7 home premium -64bit with a asustek p7p55 lx mother board a nvidia 560 graphics card. As for the beginning of the problem, it started with my ram, I had 4gb installed and wanted to up it so I got another 4gb set (4 cards total as the board has 4 slots) it ran fine for a while but I had an issue where it wouldn't start, I decided to clean it out since it was super dirty and during trial and error found that the first ram slot was not working, I have since then had to buy 2 4gb sticks and run 10gb of ram. I recently have and issue same as when I tried to use all 4 slots that the CPU fan runs at high rpm and the boot doesn't even start. I don't get beeps or anything and so my computer is left useless! Since I upgrade my graphics card the case my computer in fits it but it had an attachable funnel type thing to channel air to the CPU, I'm wondering due to the graphics cards size I can not put that on so I have left the case off, speed fan has never shown any high temps. The computer was running fine for 2-3 weeks and then it just died.
if it does boot, it stays black and beeps once long then three short beeps, this is the same as it uses to do and I fixed it by removing the first ram slot. I've tried all of the slots and tried resetting the ram memory or what ever it's called. I forget.. Starts with a c and I'm on my phone so I can't look it up.
I bought this laptop 2 days ago and as it came with pre-loaded Windows 7 home premium 32-bit, i converted it to 64-bit and then recovered everything. I have a few simple questions to ask:As my laptop came with preloaded OS, do I still need to install additional drivers for it ? I had taken a look at toshiba india website and for my model, they have given a lot of drivers which can be installed, but I doubt if they are for pre-loaded or clean installation of windows 7 home premium 64-bit ? If I do need to install the drivers, then what is the sequence I need to follow as I have read in many threads that sequential installation of drivers is essential for proper functioning of all features. I would be extremely grateful if any of you experts could provide me the sequence of drivers to be installed on my laptop.
I have a program that needs to be shut down before I shut down my comp. I have a tweak that forces shut downs but I would prefer to have an automatic shut down sequence so I can have that particular program shut down before the comp shuts down. Is it possible to create a shutdown sequence?
I've assembled a new computer and everything is good, but when I put my Windows 7 Ultimate disk the Windows Loading is starting then the animation, but since then the screen is completely black. I waited at least half an hour. I tried to replace the disk drive and the IDE cable, but no change. I put the disk on another computer, and it works properly and displays the screen with the blue Windows 7 background where the installation begins (and asks for the installation language), instead of that black screen.

I have installed Win 7 RTM on several PCs and I like the new Win7 animation (the windows colors rotating then merging into the logo symbol). For some reason on my HP Mini 5101 this animation is replaced by the older Vista animation (the line of dashes moving left to right over "Microsoft Corp".. Is this "normal" or is there something I can do to change it to the Win 7 animation?
I am sure everyone recognizes this: at almost every startup, you see the boot animation. Windows 7 uses those 4 colors that merge into a Windows flag.
But the animation freezes at a random moment, then after 3 seconds it disappears and there we have the normal menu where you choose a profile to login with.
I want to see the animation completely, so making use of those 3 seconds where the OS is loading to continue the animation.
You have this in Windows XP too, where the loading bar freezes.
Are there any solutions for this? It would be fantastic to see the Windows flag at the end, and not just those 4 colors about-to-merge.
When it came back I installed everything and whenever I start it up there is a 10 second delay before the startup animation starts. then it takes its normal course. When my bootup starts now it seems as if it has a much longer bootup than before I rmaed it and it is quite annoying seeing as I have to shut it down because it will not resume from hibernate or sleep.
I have an newer HP Netbook running Windows 7. I recently installed Open Office 3.3 on the machine, and it works fine, except for some key sequences. For example, in the OO Writer, the key sequence Ctrl-Home should move the cursor to the top of the doc. This works fine on my older HP XP Pro laptop, but my netbook ignores or doesn't understand it. I have removed OO and reinstalled it, but the problem still occurs. So, I guess I need to figure out if this is a Windows or Open Office issue.
First post for me on WSF. First time I've been really interested in Windows 7.
I'm building a new rig and the plan is to have two O/S drives one for XP and one for Windows 7. In addition, each drive will host the O/S-specific apps - games on XP, productivity on Windows 7, etc. A third drive will house the user data files.
I have two questions:Since I will be starting from scratch what is the ideal sequence for installing the O/Ses in a dual-boot config? Can Windows 7-64 coexist with XP-32 without having to fiddle with BIOS settings? Okay, come to think of it I have another question: could I add a third O/S drive and have a triple-boot config with Win 98-SE?
I can hear the roars of laughter now but... if you've ever spent sleepless nights playing Panzer General you'll understand why I just can't let go of Win 98. And no, PG won't run in XP's emulation mode. Neither will NFS Porsche Unleashed...
I have two internals my primary C: uses Win 7 O.S i would like to put Linux fedora on the second drive . i have a disk but it does not pick program automatically the documentation say to change boot sequence i thuoght it was F2 but pressing that right at the beggining does not stop windows from booting.
I just finished a new build, and ready to setup with raid0 and win7 64bit.After reading several posts in several categories, I am unsure of the correct sequence of events. I think it is - boot with windows install disk, enter bios, setup raid0, then do windows install to raid array. I will be adding the 2nd set of ssd's for raid 1 in 3-4 days, and was wondering if there was any benefit to wait on the install, set up both raid 0 and raid 1 before the windows install. The ssd's are all 128 GB, the raid0 on sata III 6 gbs ports, the raid 1 will be on the 3gbs ports.
Infected with FBI virus also in safe mode. Trying to change boot sequence to use a recovery disk suggested but cant get past the bios F12 password. Blank tried but comes back "invalid password"
my mouse loading animation (the blue circle) keeps randomly appearing at 30 second intervals for no reason. Is there any way to stop this or disable the animation? Its rather annoying when im gaming and it randomly appears.
I have this laptop on loan and ca not play the gifs I created on WXP, there must be a simple solution, like open with windows picture and fax plyer but its not here?
how to change the background of the logon screen however, I'd like to change the little blue ring animation. I'm familiar with resource hacker and restorator but haven't been able to find where this animation is stored to make the desired change.
I don't know if this one can be done. I know how to turn off the ding sound it makes when my computer boots up but does anyone know how to change the boot screen animation? I would like to put one of my own animations on there instead of the windows logo popping up from 4 little lights.
I have the same symptoms as Orpheus2000 posted in November 2011. Unfortunately for me, that thread ended without any apparent resolution. I've tried everything suggested yet Spider Solitaire still won't show the animation. When I go to 'options' the 'show animation' option is checked but greyed out
I cannot find an answer to this, why this is happening, done several installations of Windows 7(32 or 64 bit) but it will never show correctly the boot animation. It only does show it when it wakes up from sleep, which the computer fails to hibernate or enter sleep mode.
An example of what happens on boot is in this video:
