Continues Random "not Responding" In All Applications

my problem is that i keep on getting my application windows freezing and getting back on in few seconds back. so after looking at the task manager i found out that they get "not responding" status continuously, without a reason; and then come alive back again after a second. this is very annoying. i tried everything including changing my skin and upgrading my drivers; but none helped. i uploaded a video on Internet showing the problem. here is the link : [url]

windows: windows 7 ultimate edition (64-bit) (build 7600)
internet explorer: 8.0.7600.16385
memory (ram): 6104 mb
I use an Asus g50vt., Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Recently I've encountered a problem with my DVD drive. My DVD drive: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T50L ATA Device. I'm trying to install an application, in this case Guild Wars 2. Things are going smoothly until the installation freezes. If I try to interact with the DVD drive via My Computer, Windows Explorer freezes up and I need to end the process and start it up again. The disk will not eject from the drive. If I try to reboot, it freezes on boot-up and I need to turn the computer completely off and on again for it to work. Once it boots up, it's returned to normal. If I try to reinstall Guild Wars 2, the whole issue repeats itself.
It appears my PC is encountering problems when running demanding applications, like new games such as LA Noire, Skyrim and occasionally even old games. The BSODs that occur appear to be completely random to me, but I seem to be able to reduce crashes when reducing resolution from 1920x1080 to 1366x768. However, this is not satisfactory for this new pc which I bought because of its capabilities.The BSODs have got several different error names "PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA" and "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL". And came acros this site several times.I've tried several things, like a memory check (12h, no errors found), temperature log (60 �C stable on highest strain). Installed new drivers, deleted old ones and reinstalled. Reinstalled DirectX. Called the manufacturer, but they would like to repair the pc for free, but over 15 days. Preferably, I don't have to send away my pc, of course. Their and my guess would be that the power supply is not sufficient, if so, I would certainly know so for sure, so I can demand a better power supply. My installation: - 64-bit - The original installation - OEM-version - PC was bought three months back (november 2011) - I have not reinstalled Windows?
My Dell XPS 420 has a problem now and again whereby everything stops working, but I can still move the mouse. If I try to click somewhere it'll say not responding. It locked up again just now, and if you look at the log, the time where the PC locked up was around the time of the error 21/4/12 12:54:32PM.I have no idea what is causing the issue as I'm not high level enough to interpret event logs. All I will say is that I have running on my PC: avast, adaware, malware antibytes and advanced system care pro for maintenance so I keep my PC in good health (or not it seems!)I have run the trial version of active smart (hard drive utility) and no errors are being reported for any of my drives. Check disk etc reports no issues.In the past my Crucial Ballistix memory has failed a couple of times, but those were BSOD errors that I identified and fixed by replacing the memory.
This is not a problem occurring in any browser or in the BIOS or during the boot screens. It doesn't seem to affect any normal windows software (by which I mean microsoft products included with Win7.) I notice it primarily in things like Malwarebyte's, Spybot S&D, Alcohol 120%, and a few others. I'm hoping it's a font issue or something but I can't seem to get any reasonable search results anywhere. The problem is the text displayed by the above programs is often covered in random dots; sometimes just one or two and sometimes enough to obscure whole words. They change if you highlight a word and they move as the text changes (as it does during a scan.) I saw a mention about dots and a crappy set-up video card with no external power; just the PCI-e slot power. I have a Sapphire HD4670 1GB card that I am disappointed with anyway. I used to run an older nVidia 8600GT... other specs Gigabyte 785G series board with a Phenom II x 2 550 BE, 12GB DDR3 1333mhz RAM, Win 7 Pro x64 with SP1 (problem existed with 4GB RAM and pre-SP1)
Recently I built a computer but shortly after I began using it the screen would go black and stop responding to anything, I couldn't even power it down from the on/off button, I had to shut it down from the switch on the battery and sometimes that fail before working.
when i playing games , suddenly the screen appear random color square and the nvidia it's not responding , i try to play the game again after the nvidia it's recovered from the not responding and the games it's play normal again, the question i want ask, it's that mean my VGA already broken / damaged?
Many of my applications always display "Not Responding." They never recover. I always have to end the task from the Task Manager, or even restart. This started recently after I installed my new webcam. Although it works, I can never use it, because any website or any application that uses the webcam causes Firefox to not respond. Additionally, the same thing is happening to iTunes. It launches, but when I click on a song, it freezes, and I have to end the task.There was one other time where something similar happened with iTunes. It was eventually resolved, when the computer suddenly chimed. Apparently, it never really started up.When my computer starts up, it always chimes, and displays messages about updating Java and Adobe Flash. However, it is not doing that anymore. I think that it's never really done starting up, and that's why the applications keep crashing.
I just started having this problem in the past week. It never happened before, and I haven't installed anything new or changed anything that I can think of.On occasion, I will be doing various tasks, and all of the sudden the screen will freeze. Everything is still shown, it doesn't go black, it's just frozen. It will continue doing this until I either restart or simply log off. The fact that I can log off and it fixes it leads me to believe it is not a hardware issue. I've had enough of those so I hope it's not.After it comes back, the cursor doesn't change icons based on what I'm hovering over, such as a link showing a hand instead of just the default. Whatever icon is currently stuck on the pointer will then turn into some multicolored glitchy version of itself.
If anyone has any clue as to what may be causing this, please share. I will give any additional information as requested. About last year my computer started to crash, when playing games. However the crashes were not frequent, rare cases. I didn't bother with it but about 4 months ago, it started to have exe crashes and computer restarts ever so often, maybe an hour or 2 before crashing. I started to look into it, updated my graphics driver, lower the settings on the games, scanned for viruses. Nothing worked, then I downloaded Malware bytes and it detected svchost as a threat. The file is in Windows, instead of Windows\system32. I couldn't really remove this and I got frustrated by nothing fixing this problem so I decided to wipe my computer clean.
When I got back on the crashes continued and not only that, the svchost is still in the Windows folder. And today my computer detected, Trojan: DOS /Alureon, I don't know if that has to do with in relation to the svchost or if my problem is entirely something different. But high memory type of games such as APB reloaded, or the Secret World, cause my computer to crash almost every 5-10 minutes.
I have just installed windows 7 OEM on my new computer build and was already having problems doing that, but now that I have it installed, it consistently freezes during boot-up or within seconds of logging in. I don't get a blue screen or anything, I just freeze and have to restart. I have tried disabling all of the start up programs and trying it, but that didn't seem to work. The only way I have been able to use my computer is in safe mode. The only drivers I have installed are my chipset and graphics as they were the only ones I could install without windows freezing during the installation.
I've been having this problem where my envy 14 laptop will attempt to go into sleep mode (or i'll close the lid) when in reality the screen just shuts off and everything else continues to run. At this point I can't wake the computer up and I have to hard reboot. If i leave the laptop in this pseudo sleep long enough it will just crash and I get the safe mode options upon rebooting.
I've rolled back graphics drivers and then updated again to no avail, I've run a system restore to no avail, I've reset all the power management settings to allow for sleep and changed the multimedia sharing options to allow for sleep as well, I've run multiple anti virus scans AND turned off all unnecessary start up programs, still, to no avail.
I have a lot of memory.dmp files all from this past week, how would i go about sharing and reading one of those?
I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and I've been having problems with windows explorer frequently crashing randomly whether I'm browsing through files or saving a file. For this specific error I was trying to save a .doc file as a .pdf and got this in the details section:

set up my parents brand new PC running Win 7 64 bit. I have a problem with my printer, my printer stops working frequently. printer continues to work only after the "printer spool service" restarted manually
Been having some crashes.At first they occurred on start up. Claiming the computer wasn't properly shut down. Now today, the other crashes started, with the first happening out of nowhere, the second happening upon starting a video game. I've been without crashes for a while now, only having used my browser(Opera) and copying some files to an external hard drive. As well as the SF tool.I only have 2 dump files available. SF tool file should be in attachments, unless I made a mistake somewhere
I reformatted my computer multiple times, yet my computer seems to BSOD randomly.What happenes is that everything becomes unresponsive; cant alt+tab, cant ctrl+alt+del etc etc. everything freezes randomly... then boom, BSOD. its happened twice, with no apparent pattern.And then, when it restarts, it tries booting but then it goes into the boot selection screen and my SSD is nowhere to be found. I have to power off then power on again for it to boot up and log in.

I dont know if this is the right area or not, as i just joined, but it seems to be the best place. I recently bought a new computer, and now it will randomly shut down. Its also making loud pitch noises. That just started happening. I called tech support and they told me it was probably just the power supply. Before I send it in though, i want to make sure that is what is wrong. I dont know all to put on here.

- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) os was installed a few months ago.attached is the info that was requested. these blue screens happen at completely random times. could be during boot up. could be just sitting in sleep and blue screen.
A couple weeks ago I started having random BSOD and restarts, I have researched several different solutions to no avail. At one point, I thought the problem was solved after restoring a restore point, however, the dreaded BSOD is back after a couple of days.
- Restored the earliest restore point - Ran chkdsk with no errors - Ran full scan AV (just in case) using MSSE. - Updated all Windows and drivers updates.
I believe this is related to a driver issue, however, I'm not sure which one.Attached is both the BSOD App and System Health data.

Whenever I am scrolling or just typing inside a MS-Word-2010 or PDF document, it's like someone is clicking with the mouse outside the window. The window menu is greyed out, and the blinking mouse cursor disappears.In order to continue scrolling or typing, I have to click back on that window.Sometimes it happens even while I'm typing, then I discover that some of my typing doesn't appear in the document and I have to click on the document again in order to bring back the mouse cursor into the document I use a wireless mouse but it also happens when I turn it off and use my laptop's touchpad 2 days ago I installed a Java update and NET framework updates.
I'm currently experiencing a strange problem with my laptop. Whenever I certain gaming program run in the background (not in focus) the applications seem to shift back and forth from from "Running" and "Not Responding" almost like it constantly refreshes itself (every 3 or so seconds). However, if I keep one of those programs in focus, the problem doesn't occur as often. The task bar always seems to be moving as a result of this (almost doing a dance if I open enough programs that have this problem).I've tried updating drivers, installed all service packs, scanned computer with Malware Bytes, Norton.I'm using Windows 7, 64 bit 6.1 (7061), ATI Mobile Radeon HD 5650
On some nights my computer works perfectly fine, I can surf the net without incident, open applications, play games etc and everything appears to be fine.Then there are the other nights (which are increasing in frequency) where the computer boots up fine but then I run into application after application which refuses to load - I will click on the application and the "loading" icon will appear on screen and then just stay there.The only way out is to cntrl-alt-delete and bring up task manager, but this can also then refuse to either load or - if it does - will not respond when I click on the first offending application in an attempt to close that down.I also noticed on the last few nights that when trying to start a particular game clicking on the icon would appear to have activated nothing - yet when I attempted to start it again I would get a message saying that I couldn't start the game until the one I had running had been shut down - but nothing appeared to be running.My computer was built in January of this year. I have regularly run disk cleanups etc and run virus checks at least once a week and nothing shows up.
I have a post-secondary student who will be taking his exams in our office. He uses a text to speech reader (TTS) along with whatever program his text requires. I want to lockdown the computer as much as possible.For instance, one week he may need his TTS with word. The following week he may need his TTS with Excel and the internet. What is the best way to lockdown the pc, based on the fact that each week he will need access to different applications?
On a PC I'm working with at home. It was on Vista but now i want a clean install but i have MS office and Digital suite 2006 and I was wondering is there anyway of copying them over? Without doing an Upgrade.
