Blank Error Window?
Nov 18, 2012windows 7 32 bit user and i get this:every time i try to open some certain .exes. Some of them are Fifa 13 config, sims 3 launcher and some others.Is there any way to open these .exes?

Oct 27, 2012I have a dell desktop computer with windows 7. As soon as you turn it on it goes straight to the "windows error recovery" screen where it has the option to either start system recovery or start windows normally. If I choose system recovery, it just gets stuck on a screen that looks similar to the backround of the loggin screen, but it's just the backround and my mouse. It will stay on this screen for hours until I turn it off. If I start windows normally, it will have the regular "starting windows" screen then it will flash back to the "windows error recovery" screen. If I try booting into safe mode, or loading the last good configuration, it will always bring me back to "windows error recovery". I have the 2 recovery disks I made when the computer was first bought, but when those are inserted, nothing happens and I'm not sure how to open them, it just always ends up at the "windows error recovery" screen. This computer is only about a year old and I have no idea what to do. I just need it to start up again.

Mouse Opens A Window, However Cannot Click Inside The Window
Aug 22, 2012I am running into an issue where I can open a window/program with my mouse however once the window is open I cannot click inside of it. The window becomes inactive. I also have noticed I cannot right click on my desktop to bring up the properties. I can right click on the window in the task bar to close it but not in the window. Since this is happening I am limited to command prompt. I ran sfc /scannow with no errors. I tried with 3 different mice. I booted the computer into safe mode with command prompt and brought up the device manager to show devices not in use, and when the device manager window opened I could click inside it! since I could use the window I uninstalled all mouse drivers, and reinstalled my microsoft wireless usb mouse driver.. while in this safe mode I changed my mouse properties to system default as I read somewhere that can reset things. Next I booted the computer in safe mode (without command prompt) and still the same thing. I was trying to do a restore point as well however my Kaspersky antivirus 2012 is preventing that as i cannot find a way to kill the program through command prompt.

Apr 27, 2012I've recently purchased a pre-made desktop. Upon arrival and start up today- I got the window's recovery error screen stating that hardware/software changes may be at fault. I have only the basics plugged in-I have tried unplugging them all and making sure all connections are secure, trying my old graphics card, and even dropping the ram down to 2gb. I cannot start in safe mode, nor window's normally. Whatever I choose, it goes to the window loading screen with the little orbs for about 10 seconds and restarts my computer. And ends up going to the recovery screen again. I have a reinstallation cd, but it wont read it.

"PasswordFox" Error Window At Startup?
Mar 31, 2011im using Windows7 32 , and recently when i start my PC, when windows starts it shows this window:
This small blank window with "PasswordFox" title on it.
and after that when i try to open something on desktop or right click it the Explorer is doing like a refresh for itself and then opens this window:
its in hebrew but never mind..
Anyway, when i log into Windows throw diffrent user, this error window dosent appers there. I dont have a clue from where this came from, i havent downloaded any program that is called like that.
I've searched google and understood its a program for Firefox, (and im not even using firefox). Anyway, tried Chkdsk, Eset Nod32 scan, Malewarebytes scan, Registery first aid scan, Nothing seems to help.

Oct 27, 2009well yeah used it on my windows vista it did make it faster and never had a problem(no I never bought it :P). then I upgrade to windows 7 and I ran it cleaned the error's and just screwed it up. I need to restore my registry, start up fix doesn't work and I don't have system restore on don't have a backup so I go to CMD in start up fix enter notepad look for files to restore stuff can't really find anything.
I can restore reg files by notepad I mean I tried a lot of stuff so is there any CMD command to restore registry or a reg file I can use to restore registry? tried sfc /scanow (i don't think it restore's registry only file's that are modded files that are not from Microsoft).

I'm not sure if I can save it to the dvd like that? I saw on another forum someone mentioned imgburn.com and to make sure you burn it as a [bootable image] or else it won't work/boot.
Do I need this IMGBurn program or can I use what Win 7 popped up? Also Is there a certain speed you have to burn it to?
