Well I have a bad problem every time i use one click it highlights EVERYTHING and if i press CTRL Microsoft Outlook comes up and any other key i press a new window comes up this is the first time i'm experiencing this Atm im running a virus scan

I re-installed windows 2000 and tried SP2 and ie6 updates but problem still persists.On pressing key "L" anywhere, it launches outlook express as a side-effect. This is true even when some other application is open and in focus. The opened window shows inbox folder in place of default home screen of outlook express. I have noticed that in folders pane in outlook express, pressing L selects Local Folder and pressing it again selects Inbox. However, in this case the window with inbox is opened out of nowhere. I tried by deleting files from profile that may cause this (Like shortcuts) and also checked with a new user but in vain. One thing I have observed is that when I use on-screen keyboard, L key is working fine. This makes me think that it is not a shortcut recognized by explorer. I checked keyboard with other operating system in my dual-boot configuration and it is working fine there.

I cannot get my printer or scanner to mail from those sites. i have a pd hotmail acct and also gmail and windstream acct. i use incredimail too. I went into tools and selected my incredimail acct for emails but for some reason they are going to the outlook programs and will not mail from there. i tried to set up new email accts from both but they will not mail.. I have tried to email from my excel program too and the same is happening.

I don't use Microsoft Outlook and would like to delete the icon from my XP desktop but when I click delete I get the following message: Confirm Delete--Are you sure you want to delete the Microsoft Outlook icon from your desktop? View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm running Windows XP Pro SP2.I've downloaded all the necessary patches for the daylight savings time fix and my clock is ahead one hour than it should. The checkbox to automatically adjust clock is checked and I've tried going back and forth on different time zones to get the it right; but it will not work. Also using Outlook 2007, but only for some minor email usage. Was told that Outlook 07 did not need a patch, only needed one if you did stuff with the calendar.

having trouble getting into her emails to read them, every time she tries to open microsoft outlook express she gets the message 'windows outlook express MSOE.DLL could not be loaded'
I am unable to open any hyperlink or any website that is contained in my microsoft outlook email.I get the following error messages.
"Windows cannot open this file. Windows needs to know what program created it"
It gives me two choices: 1. use the web to find the program that created it or 2. select from a list. None of these options work. I hope that someone can help solve this problem as I am now unable to open any link or web contained in the email.
For some reason, an Microsoft Outlook icon has appeared on my Desktop.I don't want it there because I don't use it. (I use Outlook Express 6.0). Here's my computer specs:Just recently I'd been gone to work and my girlfriend was at home on the computer.She usually goes on myspace, xanga, facebook a lot and generally doesn't stray far from those activities. I got home and she pointed out the computer was acting weird. When I hit ctrl+alt+del, the screen just gets a light blue sheen over it until I click and then it's gone with no sign of the task manager. Also in firefox I cannot use the ctrl keys. The left ctrl key when pressed immediately makes the font size in the window larger and larger and after 2 or 3 presses opens a new tab in firefox. The right ctrl key yesterday was opening a new tab going to gmail and today is doing a variety of things including going back a page and copying text to pages. I can't use any ctrl key combinations in any software without it doing something strange. In Azureus it opens a file's statistics.

When i would try to play a game for example; i would press and hold w to walk and my computer would freeze until i let go, stopping all the video and sound. So i went into the computer and took out the CMOS battery for a minute or two put it back in and restarted my computer. NO TYPING PROBLEMS! But then on my next boot up they come back again?

It is connected to a touch screen that reacts as if the image on the screen was correct. When you reboot the start up screens are the correct way up but then it reverts back.

When I did that, I saw "entering setup". I looked around, didn't change anything and exited. I have re-installed WinXP and still can't enter safe mode.
