View 17 RepliesI'm trying to copy an audiobook cd to a blank cd. It ripped to windows media player, but when I tried to burn it to a cd-rw disk I got the message "Windows Media Player could not complete burning because the disc is not compatible with your drive. Try inserting a different kind of recordable media or use a disc that supports a write speed that is compatible with your drive." Is there a different type of disk I should be using?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an issue with my system.
- ASUS M4N68T-M LE V2 MoBo
- Processor is AMD phenom II X4 965 Black Edition.
- One Stick of 2Gb memory DDR 3
- ATI Radeon 6870 Sapphire.
If I restart my system (and this happens like out of 100 restarts 97 times) the system would be on the black post screen and say that the CPU is not compatible with my mobo. Then in order to resolve this I have to got to BIOs and turn on all the cpu cores and the unleashing mode under CPU and restart. Then it would reflect that all the **4 cores are active** and then it would work fine. But why does this happen after every restart. I thought it was CMOS battery but the date and time and other BIOS settings are fine.
Will this processor be compatible with the windows 7 64bit OS? Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.40GHz (2 CPUs)

View 1 Replies View RelatedThe HP laptop I have was designed for Win XP and someone upgraded it to Win 7 Ultimate before I obtained it. Everything ran fine until recently it started blue screening. The message says "a clock interupt was not received on a second processor". It appears updating the BIOS would work but HP does not offer a BIOS upgrade for Win 7, only for Vista and before. It appears you can use some drivers from XP though I am not sure BIOS would be one of those drivers.

View 4 Replies View RelatedOk, my system is slowing down when I do large file transfers (transfer goes from 60M/s to 2M/s after zero io for about 10 min).
Anyway, I am now combing through the Event Viewer + resource monitor and I came across "event 35" with the source kernel-processor-power the text associated says "Performance power management features on process or 1 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer mfgr for updated firmware" - anyway I have a bunch of these errors.
Googled for 'event 35' and found nothing - anyone have more detail on this event and how to solve it?

Anyways I put in my Windows 7 7100 DVD, restart the comp... I hit a key to boot from CD, it tries to boot and comes up with a screen that says:
"Windows boot Manager"

And I cant get 6801 off this comp. It's now starting be become unstable, it will blue screen and restart on my often.
Anyone tell me what is wrong when this message is displayed, and how to fix it?

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhenever I boot up my computer, I get a message that says
"There was a problem starting 3DLCXtime.dll The specified module could not be found"
The box has an 'OK' button and an x in the top right, I just hit 'OK' and the box goes away and doesn't bug me, but I wish to have it stop, since it kinda worries me that it may be a larger problem that may slowly get bigger.
I keep getting a window with this error; when I close the window it simply reappears: "Application Error" Exception EListError in module en.cpl at 00013BF2, List index out of bounds (0)." It didn't appear after I tried opening any specific program, it just appeared randomly. Is this a virus? How do I stop this?
