I had to reboot my Windows XP (32 bit) After i downloaded NETFRAME 4.0. When i did, my pc hummed to life, but my monitor (A E19T6W) registered that my GTS 250 1024 MB Card was not reading. I check multipul times, looking at the graphics card as it runs. The fan works like it normaly does, but the display is not working. I am now running on my intergrated motherboard (Asus A8N-LA) Which is a Nvidia GeForce 6150 LE, and i do not know what to do. I tried removing the mobo battery for 5 minutes to reset the board, nothing. Ive tried to reinstall my drivers, That does not work. I Removed NETFRAME 4.0. That dose not even seam to help any. I do not hope it is a bad PCI slot, (had the motherboard for 3 years) but are there any suggestions available? [code]
I have a maxtor One Touch 111mini back-up device that contains all my xp files. I'm converting to windows 7 but cannot load the maxtor programmes onto windows 7.
I recently got a new hard drive that is now windows 7, before I had windows XP. I only just transferred the usb cable and now every time i tried to back up or save a file to the Maxtor one touch 4 plus, it gave a warning window that said it couldn't perform the function because the disk was damaged or corrupted. I have also checked the drive for any errors by scanning it for any problems but nothing has come up. I just now uninstalled the driver in case I could reinstall it but that is not working because its not recognizing that it was uninstalled. Please help me find another software for this. I also looked online for the software and the Seagate company offers this software for free however, it is only compatible with the Mac OS X systems and not for any windows systems.
I just got a Dell server from a friend and want to install Windows 2008 Server on it.The thing is when I start installing it, when I have to decide the location I don't see any hard drive.I guess it's a problem of sata drviers, but I don't find any on the web... I forgot to mention that there is a Raid controller (I don't know if this can make any difference...)
Will the Maxtor OneTouch work with Windows 7. I can't get my Dell Laptop to get files. It shows under devices and working properly, but nothing happens. I can't open device or files.
Can't see files on a Maxor IDE drive, wont boot from it and if I make it a slave or cable select it still just sees it in device manager. Computer management wont see it and when I shut it off I get a message that I must 1st format the drive.
I used to have one! It seems to have disappeared, and I run diagnostics, and shows that the driver is messed up. I uninstall old driver, replug the external Maxtor HD back in, it shows that it installed a new driver, and I have to reboot. I do that, and still no HD. This is what I get, any help would be awesome, I have tons of shows I taped on the drive!
Can anybody point me in the right direction as to where I can find a Maxtor Drive Diagnostic tool as I seem to be getting a lot of errors on my drive, Have tried Google but got lost in the thousands of links.
My Maxtor One Touch 2 USB drive worked fine with XP and Vista 32 bit but Windows 7 does not see it in My Computer. I can'r find a new driver on the Maxtor site even though MS says to go there. Any ideas?

I have a TDK Trans-it 4GB pen. One of my machines recognizes it just fine, but the other does not evenn recognize it (no dialog, search for new hardware does not return)
On my PC there is a card reader connected. It shows up as 4 different drives when I look at "My Computer" and elsewhere. One of the slots in the reader is for sim cards. When a sim card is inserted a Windows sound is heard and the "Installing Device Driver" window shows up but then another window stating the installation was not successful. Any further action from within windows does not solve the problem. I tried an external card reader connected via USB and the same negative results. this was tried with 3 different sim cards.
I have a laptop (Asus K55D) with two OS, Windows 8 and 7, operating through a KVM switch (trendnet tk-409). It is also connected to a Linux machine. Linux machine works fine. When booting the laptop, the Bios and the boot selection work fine too, and so does Windows 8 when booted. But when booted into Windows 7, while the display works, the keyobard and mouse do not.
