Windows 7 Pro Load Balancing To Different Programs?

I know there are plenty of posts regarding load balancing, but I read all of them and couldn't find the answer for me. What everybody wants is to sum their internet links, what I want is kinda different...I have two Internet links here, one 10Mbit cable and other 4Mbit ADSL.What I want is a way to make some programs use the 10Mbit and others use the 4Mbit.For example, force all the games to use the 4Mbit link, uTorrent and Firefox to 10Mbit link.
is there anyone to use network load balancing on windows 7 without using expensive NLB modem. People told me to use VMware with Kerio but is there anyway to use it on win 7 w/o the 2 above and work with IDM + utorrent, since i got 2 fibre internet connection?
I know there are heaps of topics out there, but they all seem to saying things which I dont understand and dont apply to me. All I need to do is to enable certain applications use connection 1 and the rest use connection 2. How do i do that?
The only executable program I can run is Internet Explorer 64-bit. All other programs do not open when I click them - either the shortcut or the icon in the folder.This includes all Microsoft Office programs, AntiVirus programs, Firefox, etc. When I click the program, the timing circle comes up next to the cursor for a couple seconds, then disappears. I've tried looking at task manager when I click the program. For many programs (not all), the task process shows up in "Processes" tab for a second, then disappears. The program never shows up under tasks in the "Applications" tab of Task Manager.For some programs (mostly MS Office) I get a prompt "There was a problem sending the command to the program". Windows/Programs I can open: Windows Explorer (for My Compter, My Documents, etc.), 64-bit IE, Wordpad.
Methods I've already tried:
1. Restart, both cold Windows restart, and restart in Safe Mode with Networking.
1. Removing all startup items using msconfig window. Even when all were removed, I can't open any programs.
3. Using Cntl-Alt-Delete to correct windows file associations. typed in "assoc .exe=exefile.

This problem started after I tried to remove an Antivirus2010 bug. I followed the instructions found here and then tried Adaware to remove any additional spyware. My thought is I screwed something up when replacing the HOSTS file, or I removed something I shouldn't have using the AdAware anti-spyware program.
I was on the internet using my laptop when it just quit and shut down. Now I have this problem with progams not loading. I cannot load most of my programs from either icons or start menu, I am only able to get on the internet with IE 64 bit loaded from the start menu.I haven't downloaded or made any changes. I seldom use this computer for anything but email and internet access.
new HP computer that the internet was installed on this last week. The phone guy hooking it up got on his computer and said he was all set. He went to turn on computer on gets a blue screen with the window 7 icon but it is frozen on there and he can't get anything else to come up on the screen.
I have Windows 7 RC 7100 64-bit and my motherboard had dual gigabit lan (Two onboard nic cards). How can I setup network load balancing so when I do local file transfers it won't effect my download speed? Is it possible or does it do it automatic.
I have been having this problem where after I login windows just sits there. programs dont load at all.. i can click them too and nothing happens.. sometimes only my antivirus shows up in the upbox on the right side but other than that nothing..
After about 7 boot attempts it starts to work which is surprising!
This problem started 2 days ago.. so I thought it was my OS problem and einstalled windows but the problem keeps coming back! I feel like the Windows update restarts are causing it or something! I have scanned my computer with malwarebytes and Avast with no results..
BTW I can boot into safemode

I have a problem whit startup programs. When I start Windows 7, sometimes some programs do not load at startup. It doesn�t happen all the time and it is not always the same program that doesn�t load, but it occurs randomly.
If I click on All Programs and then on C drive, it'll open up with a blank page and then a green bar starts moving slowly across the top. When it gets to the end, it just sits there.Pictures, Games and Music do the same thing. Games is blank and no green bar. The CPU, according to the meter, is running at about 1 or 2 %. Checking with Task Manager, nothing else is running.The only way to get it to work, is to Log Off and then Log back on. It'll be OK for a while and then does it again.
I recently just built my own gaming computer with 2 internal harddrives. 1 128GB SSD and 1 500GB HDD. I keep all my main operating system files on the ssd for faster boot up and accessing files faster. I keep all my game programs and files on the HDD b/c of the space. some games will load straight from the HDD but others will try to install themselves again on the SSD. Is there some way to go into regedit or somewhere else that can change it to where it just loads straight from the HDD without any problems?
I am currently running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and as of this morning whenever I startup my pc I have about a 10-30 second window maybe (sometimes even shorter) that I can actually get programs to open before my pc just seems to get very slow and nothing at all will open. For example things like ctrl+alt+del takes about 15 seconds before it just goes to a black screen and says the process cannot be completed, whenever I pull up the start menu it will freeze and nothing opens from there, and even trying to refresh the desktop or shutting down/restarting crashes it. I have gone into safe mode with networking to get on Chrome and try to find solutions but nothing has worked. I've ran a full system scan with Malwarebytes and the first time it found only one infection and I quarantined and removed it, but the problem still occurs.
I edited a 2 minute piece on AVID Express Pro. Downloaded the piece to a Sn Disc and took it to another PV that runs Windows &...I've tried to upload the video to You Tube and get the "no disc" error. The computer that I used to create the video is operated by Windows XP.
I dont know if this is posted in the right area but I'm so desperate to get my laptop working its unreal. First it started off with my laptop crashing, I had totally forgot it needed to do a windows update and turned off my laptop in hopes that it would work properly. After that my laptop has not been working. The machine turns on and gives me two options. Start windows normally or do a repair. Upon starting windows normally, it loads so far before sending me back to the two options of start windows normally or repair. On the second time I clicked repair. My laptop then goes so far before presenting me with a blue screen that is usually the screen where my accounts are. The cursor still moves but it loads no further even after leaving it an hour. I decided to make a repair disk, hoping that the problem was because of windows. the disk loads, gives me a choice on the keyboard language then does nothing. I honestly have no idea what to do, I want to keep all the files safe on my computer as I havent backed them up and I have worked so hard on the projects.
Im having a couple problems with my computer, firstly when i boot up The icon for the LAN onnection has a red cross to say its not connected even though it is and it will recognise that it is after approx. 5 minutes and will only say network instead of the actual name if my connection (network99) secondly when i log on from booting up the desktop take a while to load and all the icon thumbnails load slowly one at a time and its really slow.
I have just bought a new acer aspier 5750z-4830 intel core b940 processor 4gb ddr3 memory 500 gb hdd 3 days ago and I am unable to install any new programs.I have tried to download meny sotwer not at the same time but the results are horrable.google chrome: 7 hours and never downloads. yahoo mesenger: connection is always lost and retrys never work. when i click cancle it says that it maybe my firewall but even when i allow the progrom through it won't work. so i turned if off for a little while still nothing. java: my laptop dose not come with java so i tried instlling it...121 hours to install this is rediclious.The download speed may not be so good right now beacuse we where hit by a storm 3 days ago however i have to ability to downlod but not the ability to install which i think is a bit weird
Recently my computer is always at 100% even when no apps are running. But as soon as i run Task manager load reduces. This doesnt happen in safe mode. Im sure that this is a virus. When i scan my computer with Avira Antivirus (Free) it doesnt detect anything
So over the past few days it seems that I have lost control of my C drive and all of its contents.I can no longer properly access it, and everything opens in "Read-Only". I can no longer install programs or modify existing programs.According to the security permissions, I have none. Nor can I change my permissions because in order to change them I need access to the C drive, which I don't have.I have tried creating other users and putting them in the admin group, etc. but nothing is working.
Today I decided to install some stuff on my computer as it was out of date..I installed Java, Flash player and adobe reader X but when I go to add/remove they are not showing up in that section?
Every time I start up normally into Win7 everything is fine for a couple of minutes. I'll open a few programs, then after a few minutes of them running they'll hang and enter the 'not responding' mode. (firefox, steam, IE). If I don't already have task manager running the system will basically be unresponsive and the only thing I can do is reboot manually. If I have task manager running I can sometimes end a process or two but some will remain open & unresponsive. Any programs that are working (including task manager) disappear when I minimize them and no programs appear on the task bar, (though they can be retrieved with alt+tab).
McAfee also has 'real time scanning' permanently disabled.
This is all very strange as there was nothing wrong four days ago when I was away, and the symptoms occured within 2-3 minutes of booting up this evening. The system runs in safe mode.
This fault is occur a after using Iobit Uninstaller. I closed this program before uninstrallation process of selected programs completed. After this only 5 programs are showing. I restore syatem by Iobit Uninstaller. but no any change.I checked registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstall). There is only 5 keys. How do I recover these registry keys.
I downloaded Adobe Shockwave Player which is needed to view a file (.swf), and it appears in the control panel as an installed program. However, it does not appear as a default program when I am trying to use the "associate a file type or protocal with a specific program" even when I press the browse list. The program also does not appear when I "right click" the file itself and use the open command. The program also does not appear in the list of programs on the "All Progams: list when clicking the windows icon. So, can someone tell me how to get programs onto the default list....(Please, I have seen a number of threads that talk about how to "set" the default program which I am well aware of...I need to know how to get a program to be recognized and incoroporated as part of the list).
first when I try to open microsoft office starter 2010 a box appears...click to run configuration error....so I went to programs and features to repair it and many of my installed and pre-downloaded programs aren't listed.. they are in the start menu and they work but they're just gone. Microsoft office and all related programs and features are among them....I had about 60 or 70 items before and now 23...I've tried system restore and nothing...
my daughter has a two year old Toshiba Satellite laptop, AMD, Windows 7 64 bit. (I don't know all the specs to her machine) Windows will not load.Gives me two options at start up, normal or Repair start up, I have tried.both, normal brings me back to the same menu, so then I check repair, itruns through to the windows loading, then goes to a blank screen with the cursor.When she got this pc I created 4 recovery discs from the start menu the.4th one I have labelled Recovery Environment 64 bit. the thing is, after some usual Microsoft updates on my Windows 7 Home premium, it refuses to load, stuck at "windows loading" right after bios loads, i have to shut down the PC and restart, and it loads, but then it installs the updates again, and the same thing happens, how do i solve this
windows 7 32| installed by the manufacturer so I don't have any discs to reload it..I'm sending this on my mac because I cannot start windows on my laptop Yesterday it went into some sort of thing where I tried to restore it the way it came from the manufacturer but it's in some sort of loop.I started in SAFE mode and used the restore setting but now it starts trying to load but I get this error message: "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error, windows installation cannot proceed.
