Wanting To Increase Dedicated Video RAM, In Order To Play Skyrim?

I downloaded Skyim from steam a while ago and after it had downloaded I was able to load the game up, however the lag was unbearable. It was simply running too slowly.I tried seeking help in various other places, but after looking in detail trying to see what the problem was I finally discovered that my Dedicated Video RAM was the only thing that was too low. It's a mere 64 MB and I need to try and get it to 512mb if I can.I've seen various people say that your dedicated memory can be increased, other have said that it can't be increased though. Which has left me utterly confused.Here are my System details.Manufacture: Samsung Electronics Rating (Windows Experience Index): 3.3 Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20GHz 2.20GHz Installed memory (RAM): 3.00 GB System type: 32-bit operating systemI'll try give any other necessary information if people let me know what they need/how to get it if the problem can be solved. If not then I guess that means I'd have to purchase a new computer?

Alright, I'd like to download and play Skyrim, but the website,"Systemsrequirementslab.com" says my dedicated video RAM is too low to play.I know that the website often tells you that you can't run a game if you have hardware it doesn't recognize, but I checked it out and this time it's right.I checked under the Intel Systems InformationCurrent Graphics Memory (In use): 75mbMaximum Graphics Memory: 1760mb1760mb is well over the recomended amount for the game, so I'm not sure how to let my laptop use it

i click new game and after 2-5mins in the game with scenes and stuff. Either my screen blacks out/ just hangs and can't do anything while it slowly turns the screen white/ reboots on its own.

Well I read somewhere that my laptop has a video-card connected to the motherboard so I cant replace it with a better one, and since I don't have the money to buy a new computer all-together I thought maybe someone tech-savey kind person could help me make my current video-card work better. Anyway I recently read somewhere that the main reason why my Video-card is so cr@ppy is becuase it has very low dedicated video ram(128mb to be exact) and I think that is extremely low for a laptop bought in 2009, and there should be a way to raise it. I currently have a dell Inspiron n7010. I checked to see if I could run Diablo III, and found that I lack the Dedicated Video Ram of 256MB. My current dedicated Video Ram is 64MB. My Graphics card is Intel(r) HD Graphics. After reading several sites, it appears that this graphic card is impossible to upgrade, so I was hoping I might be bale to increase the dedicated ram so I could install Diablo III.My apologies if this has been answered previously. I want to change my dedicated video memory because in my laptop total available graphic memory is 762MB, but to dedicated video memory just 64 MB and in shared system memory 698MB. like that, maybe I can change the dedicated video memory until 128MB or anything.

have a Dell Inspiron N5110 15R laptop. It is i3, having 4 GB of RAM and 500 GB of hard-disk. But when it comes to the Graphics, it has onboard graphics, i.e. Intel HD Graphics 3000. Now I have 2GB of shared video memory but I only have 64MB of Dedicated Video Memory which is, I think, not enough to play games like Battlefield 3 or Call of Duty(s)Now, coming to the question, is there any way I could increase Dedicated Video Memory? What I'm trying to do: I have a FM Transmitter I want to sort the files/songs so they play in the order I want them to play in.
So you ask, what order do they play in now? If you go to the command prompt or cmd and type Dir, this is the order it is playing in
Question 1 In Windows 7 File Explorer or My Computer can you sort the same way the Dir command will sort files in?
Question 2 Is there a way to change the order Dir sorts files in. And I want to have the files sorted the way I want by just typing dir. Not using any /'s after dir.

how can I play a video in jet audio (or any other media program) on one monitor while I play a fullscreen game on the other. I can get it to work with streams off of website like own3d.tv and twitch.tv, and I can even run the streams in full screen. However when I try to run a movie through jet audio or even just play music through zune player, they freeze up. The audio will still come through, but either the picture is frozen in place or the zune player seems to get frozen.

When I open my library and look at my video files (arranged based on "date modified"), the files that are older than one week are alphabetically listed under "Earlier this week," "Earlier this month" and "Earlier this year." In contrast, when i copy those same files on a memory card (SDHC), they're arranged in true chronological order. I would like the library to show true chronological order (ie not separated by this week, this month, etc), so I could more easily determine which files have been copied over to the media card. How do I do that?

in windows 7 i see 3 different attributes for files, either .jpg or .mts (my hd videos)of date, date modified, date created. after i sort and batch process my pictures, all my date modified and date created get rewritten to the current date, and only "date" and the sequential files names i give them keep the order...my videos on the other hand, in a different folder, will be in correct chronological order if i sort by "date modified".so the question becomes, as i merge them into one folder, or one into the other's current folder...how do i get them all to appear in correct chronological order, as they were taken, throughout the whole year?i.e. pictures and videos interspersed. so i can do one big rename selecting all and starting with "2011CV(1000)"i've tried a bunch of batch file renames, but they rename, rather than allow me to tweak meta data, if anyone has ever been able to batch rewrite the date created, from the windows 7 describer "date" or "date modified", i think it would solve my problem, but i can't find any.

I recorded a video on my HTC EVO & it will not play nor has ever played. It says sorry this video cannot be played on the phone & on my computer it will not play either. I use VLC to playback on the computer. I have used handbrake and vlc to try in convert it but with out success. I am desperate to have this video play. These are the error messages when trying to play on VLC;

My computer is acting strangely and cannot seem to play video files without them freezing up. I can play up to about 10 mins of video before the audio starts getting scratchy and the video freezes and jumps or my computer will just shut down.

I bought an Nvidia 570gtx and I am able to have both audio and sound to play on my TV as a second monitor. However to do this I have to go into windows 7 screen resolution screen and duplicate the displays though ones 1900x1200 and the Tv is 1920x1080 causing the PC screen to look funky but I can live with it to launch the games.I than have to go into the sound properties and set the default for the system to the HDMI cable and I can play my games on the TV like I want. (about 30 feet away)When done I have to come back and undue each setting to get control back to my PC.

I've been using Windows 7 RC x64 6.1.7100 for about a month now, and i've used K-Lite to watch videos without running into any problems.
But for the past 3 days anytime i play a video, windows 7 will lock up sometimes in a few minutes and sometimes it will take longer. Keyboard commmands dont work.
This happens with K-Lite , VLC and WMP.
I have tried uninstalling K-Lite and installing the latest codecs, this didnt work. I have also tried Windows 7 Codecs ( Shark007.net - Windows 7 Codecs )
My video card is an ATI Radeon HD 3850, i had the latest Windows 7 drivers installed, I uninstalled those and installed the drivers for Vista, same problem.
any ideas of what could be wrong or something i have done or have not done?
