Video Attachments In Live-email 2011?
Feb 19, 2012The email has a video attachment (not a large one) and the message shows the attachement as a thumbnail. When I click on the thumbnail, only a few seconds of the video plays.

The print spooler shuts down and I have to go through the exercice of deleting all files in the printers folder and restarting the spooler before I can print any other file type. PC is plugged into ethernet, has Norton Internet Security 2011. Temp files and cookies have been cleared. Gmail works fine on home pc, same account. Interestingly enough, Hotmail works just fine on laptop.

May 25, 2012As above, if a user opens say a Word document which is an attachment on a web-based mail system like hotmail or outlook live and the user then just clicks SAVE, the document is saved to a temporary location.
We have lots of users who are doing this and then finding that they have lost there work etc as they have assumed it was saving to a network drive or even back to the attachment (yes I know thats wrong, but students don't always know till its too late).
So my question is, is there any way of getting Word to prompt them to save the document to somewhere when they click SAVE, rather than save it in a temp area under the temporary files area on the C: drive??
Is it possible to do with a Group Policy setting or any other way round not saving the doc in temp area and forcing the user to choose the location.
Uninstalling Windows Live Essentials 2011?
Apr 2, 2011New computer came with Windows Live Essentials 2011, plus I have a large Windows Update for it waiting in the wings. I would like to uninstall all the Windows Live programs and possibly keep Windows Live Mail in the event I might one day use it...or not. I also have MS Outlook on my computer.Is there any reason why I need to keep the Windows Essentials 2011 family?

Windows Live Mail 2011 High Cpu Usage?
May 24, 2011(intel dual core CPU, 1.5GB RAM, 320GB HDD, Intel GMA950.) windows lime mail 2011 (latest build) uses way too much cpu 60% or so and RAM usage goes up to 300MB and more. renders pc unusable after some time it just starts not responding. have to end task.
i like to go change open windows using alt+tab, but its seems it can only open active IE9 tab is there a way using alt + tab see all the tabs open in IE9

Jun 10, 2012yesterday I upgraded my HDD to a SSD and clean installed windows 7 home premium onto the SSD. I then updated windows and installed windows live mail 2011, but when I try to run the program it comes up with "Windows Live Mail could not be started.It may not be installed correctly. Make sure that your disk is not full or that you are not out of memory.0x80041161)".I have adequate space and 16GB of RAM, I have tried running wlarp.exe, unistalling and reinstalling and deleting everything windows live mail related (including the registry data) before reinstalling. I have also tried installing and copy and pasting the program files from my old pc with no success.
