May 29, 2012I have a windows 7 64bit laptop and a window vista 64bit laptop.
I seem to be unable to view some of the videos on the windows 7 laptop but able to view those same videos on vista laptop. the error is normally "200, Stream not found, NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound, clip". Is it a settings problem as both of my laptops are installed with the same version of flash players.
I have tried to uninstall the flash player and re-install the flash player but the error still persist.

May 10, 2012In our office, running both Office 2007 and 2010, when trying to create a new document from a template (ex.: business cards or letters), I get a message that says "Unable to connect to Microsoft Office Online" with 2 options: "Try again" and "Troubleshoot your internet connection" (Office 2010 has a third option: "Tell us what you are looking for"). The product is activated on both and I am able to connect directly via a browser to the template site here:http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/templates/?CTT=97 . I can ping microsoft.com and have no other connectivity issues, and our network firewall and the local firewall are not blocking anything Office-related as far as I know. In fact, on one computer, I logged in as the local administrator and was able to connect doing the same thing, then logged back in as a network user AND the network administrator and both failed once again. What would cause this between accounts, and FYI, this method did NOT work on 2 other computers (logging in as the local admin). This occurs on both Office 2007 and 2010 products (2010 is running on Windows 7, 2007 is running on Windows XP).Also, I tried using the computer (under the local admin account) on our public network (like a home network connected by cable modem, using DHCP) and it worked fine also, if that makes any difference.

Aug 26, 2011I don't change my passwords often but figured it was about time to do the rounds and change them. I use the same password on all my computers and when I change one I change them all to the same p/w.Right now I am using Linux distro (Kubuntu) to ask for help here.I find that the change to the admin password on my Win7 drive is not happy with the new password. I went around and did them all at he same time. I can access every other OS on every drive with my new password but Win7 wont let me in. I have 3 of my daughters personal log ins and a guest log in as well as my own on win7 . I am the only admin user on the machine. Long story short, is there a fix for this or do I put a live Linux on the box and remove all my data, photos etc on to another drive and then re-install my win7. The Win7 disc is a genuine, legit paid for copy and other than this difficulty I don't have any problems with it.

Dec 23, 2011I moved from dsl to cable and of course changed routers. I have three computers on a network and and an HP officejet J4680 which had a ip of 192.168.1.68 on the old network and everything worked well. On the new network the printer ip has changed to 192.168.1.2 and the computers can print to the printer ok however I cannot scan a document. The paperport software seems to be looking for 192.168.1.68 and I cannot find a way to get paperport to look to 198.168.1.2. The exact same problem exists with irfranview.
