Oct 24, 2011cant seem to get rid of bearshare from my search engines deleted it from my programs lists and have done malaware searches and virus searches turning up nothing?

Dec 21, 2011I've been trying to remove the Windows 7 Security 2012 virus, and I've been trying to follow the steps to rid my computer of this wretched virus, but when I run rkill or malware-bytes, my computer blue screens, I'm not sure what the error is, for my computer restarts quite soon afterwards.Since I can't run either of those programs, how am I supposed to get rid of this virus? I've never had this problem before, but since yesterday I've been encountering these blue screens.Should I just reformat? Is my RAM defective? Is it another program or virus causing this to happen?

May 20, 2011Kaspersky tells me there is a 2 viruses in my Document and Settings and I have tried there and in USERS/All users, etc and it to is ACCESS IS DENIED and I want to confirm that Kaspersky DID delete all traces of that virus.
HOW do I get this get to these folder to check? Ask my mother or my priest for permission to access my own computer that i bought and paid for. Of course I am misguided as i believe that I should have access to my own computer.
But don't want to get started on my rant about Microsoft 7 and "permissions" and "access" to my computers. the ole "pay us but don't expect any access"
anyone know how to get around this madness?

Aug 15, 2012I recently downloaded Microsoft Security Essentials and now I think I have some sort of virus. Within minutes of logging onto my computer, a message keeps popping up that there is a critical error and that the computer will restart within one minute. I have tried to do anything I possibly can to get rid of this issue! It does the same thing while booting up in safemode as well. I also tried to restore my computer to a previous date before this occurred, and it still keeps happening. I figured i'd try to restore it to factory settings also, but it does not give me the option while booting up (f11), or on my control panel. I also tried using the TDSSkiller but my computer reboots before the scanning/fixing finishes.

Feb 13, 2013I am now struggling with a virus that seems to have imbedded itself in my windows 7 system.I tend not to use it too regularly but the boyfriend does use it to play games in Facebook. I am running a Norton antivirus which has been pretty good up till now. The computer seems to be running fine but my email account has been hijacked and on finding this out I have checked the computer and tried to perform a scan of both the windows system and also my accounts to no avail.The desktop symbols are all in place but none of them are working.
