Sep 22, 2012alright i got this computer less then a year ago and havent had vary meny probloms with it but now every time i get on google chrome and even internet explorer my screen makes a bunch of colors, i get a blue screen of death and it crashes. if it does let me on the internet i will go on a pag or 2 then my internet freezes up and i have to recover the web page and that doesnt even work half the time. so far it only does it when i am getting online. it hadnt crashed on any video games (yet).he 1st time it crashed it said that it was the display driver had failed known probloms:can't get on anything other then internet explorer (half the time) cant get on google chrome or firefox..internet freezes a lot and the page always crashes even on simple web pages.when crashing the screen if filled with colors then i get the blue screen of death.

Dec 8, 2009Before windows 7 I was using XP, and my internet (ADSL) was great. But when I change my comp. to windows 7, I sow that I HAVE PROBLEM.
My problem is Lag when I play Wow, CS 1.6...or when I go on browsers.
Every 8-10 minutes some s.($hi)=()t comes out and I cant play or move anything for 10 secunds, I dk what is it. My comp dont have any viruses or anything like that. I use 2 firewals and 2 antiviruses.
I use
realtek rtl8168b/8111b family pci-e gigabit ethernet nic (NDIS6.0)
driver...and I think that, that is a reason. so, please help me.. how to fix it???
Default Driver Install Without Internet?

I will have the logitech wireless keyboard k270 and the wireless mouse g700. so i was wondering, after i finish building the computer and plug in all the peripherals, i want to know if the keyboard drivers will install and i can use the keyboard while i am in the bios menu (this is before win7 installation). i basically want to know if i can use my wireless keyboard before i install windows. the mouse, of course, is wireless and wired ( i can plug a wire in), so i assume that can use that.

I don't know what else to do. I have tried everything. I have searched around in forums, asked people. I need an internet expert.
I have a 20Mb internet plan but after swtiching from Windows 7 32-bit to Windows 7 64-bit i dont get more than 2Mb, normally only 1Mb. Plus now my signal is weaker, i'm only getting 2 bars out of five when i used to get 3 or 4.
My download speeds don't get passed 30kb/s and i lose connection all the time now. I can say its not the distance from the router. Here is what i have tried to solve it:
- DOS command: "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled"
- TCPOptizmier: gotten only worse and i think it was when my signal started to get weaker.
- Disaled IPv6 in internet options
- Disabled QoS

May 2, 2012I recently uninstalled and then re-installed the drivers for a Nvidia 8800 GT graphics card and when I restarted my computer after the re-install, I had no internet connection. I don't think it's a router problem because the internet is working on my laptop and my phone.

Feb 11, 2013I will try to be as descriptive as possible. I currently have GoWifi to access my internet (my room mate has it to)But for the past 4 days my computer has been running horribly slow. I can't use a enthernet cable becuase "Gowifi" is only wireless. I use google chrome most of the time, but the internet is slow on chrome and explorer. I have tried the "ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew" method. I have also tried to Reset WINSOCK, Reset IPv4, Reset IPv6, and then restarted my computer but still did not do the trick. I have tried various things from forums on other sites and this site but it still is not doing the trick.Is there Anything you guys could tell me that could fix my problem? And i do have a windows 7 computer.

Nov 17, 2011i recieved my new lenovo z570 ideapad yesterday...i'll just put some of the spec down incase you want to know.
proccessor: intel i5 (second gen)
graphics: nvidia geforce
os: windows 7 64bit
yadayadayada...
anyway, after charging it up and turning it on, i started to install programmes and other bits and bobs. e.g ituens, flash player. just the usual essentials. i used the laptop to watch videos on Internet, genenral browing such as facebook, so in short, the internet was working fine. just before i went to bed that night i installed avg security (free version) and ran a full scan. when the scan finished, i put the laptop into hibernate, and went to sleep! happy in the knowledge my new gizmo was running smoothly!
just before i woke up i heard the laptop turn off as it had run out of charge. so i plugged it in and charged it up, then turned it on. this is where the problem starts...i connected via wifi however the logo at the bottom right of the screen showed the signal strength meter on empty, with a yellow star covering it. i clicked the icon, and it said, 'not connected, connections are available' and below shows im connected with 5/5 signal strength, but on 'limited access'.
1) there might be a problem with the driver for the local area connection adapter
2)there might be a problem with the driver for the wireless network connection adapter
there are 28 updates, but im unable to update them as i have no internet connection. i also cant connect via the ethernet cable.i cant roll back the drivers as there are no previously installed ones, and i cant update them as i am already up to date.my other laptop (acer aspire 5630 running on vista) works perfectly fine using wifi and the ethernet cable, so i honestly dont know whats wrong. after reading things on my acer about ways to fix the problem i came to the decision to restore the laptop to the time of my first installation which was adobe flash player (which i installed the day before.) i was unable to do a full factory reset as the only options available are to either restore to a backup, or re-install windows (which requires a disc, which i dont have). i also didnt configure a backup as i had only had the laptop a day!

Jan 20, 2011Several topics are out there, but I didn't manage to find any solution, so I'll ask againI noticed this because I couldn't connect battlefield bad company 2 to the ea servers (to sign in).now, no need to panic I thought, things like that happen, but it has been going on for a week, so I started to investigate.While trying some EA domains I found that Support Home Page wouldn't load up on my windows 7 64bit (sp1).now this site does load up on my dual-booted linux... as well as on any other pc in my network. In fact, I even tried my mobile network on windows 7 but it simply wont load!So I went trough this list of things I tried out:Removing ESET internet security (nod32) using the special uninstall tool Turning off windows firewall Resetting windows firewall to defaults flushing dns cache reset host file renew LAN connection reset tcp/ip stack microsoft fix it firewall repair tool Several network solution finders in windows Direct connection to my modem Restore windows to earliest point I could find now I dunno... but that seems to sum up all possible fixes I'm aware of.(just a month old), and apart from this thing it runs fine.
Windows tool: "Source (customersupport.ea.com) is online, but doesn't respond to connection attempts".Well windows is right about that...I can resolve (nslookup) the address from cmd, I can even ping it successfully!For now I installed a squid proxy server on my linux router to connect to every website, but that still doesn't fix my game.More-over, WHAT could this be? because I'm completely in the dark here
No Internet Access Message When Internet Is Available
Aug 26, 2009This is a problem that has probably been solved but I have spent some time looking for the solution without success.
Windows 7 (6.1.7100 build 7100) indicates that I have no Internet connection in spite of the fact that I can browse without any problems (see attached image).
Mostly this is not a problem except that I want to connect to an external server to upload files. Normally I use map network drive for this. When I attempt this, I fail because it doesn't see the Internet connection.
I have tried the following solutions which haven't worked
Disabling link scanning in AVG Disabling all other network connections
Internet Wireless Connection "connects" But No Internet Access
Nov 27, 2011I was installing a software on my other laptop (it had SQL software with it) and I ran into some trouble as I got error problems that the installation of the software had failed and now whatever I do, I can't access the web! Sure enough, my wireless connection connects successfully and it indicates that I am on the "Internet" but every time I try to use either firefox or internet explorer to go to a web site, it says I don't have a connection.
