Since I had installed Drop Box, almost all my icons now have those annoying drop box additions the green check mark, and the blue marks. I cannot get rid of them, even after uninstalling DB. This happens to jpg, pdf, ppt, doc, and just about any type of a document or image file.
Even files that do not show the stupid check mark, etc, will do so after I re-order or refresh a window.

I'm still connected to the internet though and when I click on the icon, it opens up to show my connection (that is working). Why is it doing this? I've tried googling it, no use. It's not really a big deal, but knowing if I'm connected without having to click on the icon is nice.

There is a red x over the speaker icon but disappears when I plug in my headphones. I tried downloading the SigmaTel 9250 drivers but they are for VISTA only and will not install. And when i slowly pull my headphone jack out, the speakers will try to kick on. So I don't think its a driver issue. I've already done the obvious ones so please dont repeat control panel.
