IE And Mozilla Firefox Not Opening?

For the longest time both IE and Mozilla Firefox worked perfectly fine except for if i clicked a Google link i was always redirected but I was able to find a way around that but recently on two profiles on my home computer both IE and Mozilla Firefox wont open i have tried to click on them i have tried to run them as administrator and i have tried re-installing Mozilla Firefox i have also tried opening through other programs that give you the option to open your selected browser from there but nothing works i have even tried making a new profile in which they opened perfectly but when i turned the computer off for the night and turned it back on the new profile had the same issue.

I seem to be having issues with Mozilla Firefox. I think the issues revolve around the latest version, It will stop responding and do it several times in a row. I end up having to kill the process entirely from task manager. [code]

You can still download the initial Firefox 8.0.1 release and it should not cause any trouble as long as you dont mix RoboForm in.

I upgraded my graphics card from GT 240 1GB GDDR5 to HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 in November 2012.But I am noticing a strange issue recently but have no idea whether the card has something to do with it.The problem occurs very rarely though it is annoying. During browsing using Mozilla Firefox, the Firefox freezes, then whole system freezes and returns to normal within seconds with a single beep sound from speakers/headphones. I have tried "turning off hardware acceleration" but still it occurs without that.There are no issues other this.Only freezes and returns to normal within seconds.
The driver version :Catalyst 12.8 {I have tried Catalyst 12.10 and even Beta version 12.11 but the problem exists in all drivers. But catalyst 12.8 seems to be stable with games and uses very low power while playing HD videos in my own benchmark. So I am using 12.8.} Mozilla Firefox version : 18.0 {The same issue was present in previous Firefox versions (17 series) and I haven't tried versions older than that due to security risk} Can anyone tell what the problem might be? Besides graphics card is stable and fur mark test run successfully with 65-70 degree C temp as highest.

I haan issue before about product key got it solved, but didnt do the laptop clean. I know maybe thats why im having so many problems now, but I have no ack up right now and it was my fault for resetting the laptop back to a restore point back in ocotber when it wasnt working. For those who dont know , I told it to a repair center, they wiped it and installed a trialversion of windows 7 I managed to get my product key now, so Im really not sure why I have all these viruses pop up msgs, Ive been using all the reccomended security protections.Iwould like to- I cant open any web browsers at all, Im typing this msg from realplayer. But even when I type in an address bar I cant access theinternet through there either, for some reason only through real player.
Mozilla wont open at all, opera tries to open a msg manges to pop saying 'opera in not default browser' etc, but goes after litrelly 2 seconds. I just tried openening IE it opnened, then froze , than crashed now it wont open at all.Opera wont let me delete it, my broiwesers were working fine since I dl opera its been maybe 1-2 weeks since than so how can it be that. Problem 2-Right now its very difficult to type this messege, no matter where I type on my laptop, internet, wordpad, MS Word etc the lines get all mixed up. Say I typed 3 sentences, the last sentence Im writing will go to the top or a few words will for some reason go in the middle of the paragraah or the beggining without me doing anything!Ive been having problems with my laptop for a while now. After a complete system recovery when I wanted to save an image I go to File, Save as and Mozialla Firefox saves it as Firefox document. I cannot open the image. In the past I use to save using Irfanview in a JPG format. How can I delete or disable my Firefox document save? I may have invertently sent a post incomplete by hitting the enter button.

On an irregular basis, sometimes 4 or 5 times a day or sometimes once a week, when I start up Mozilla Firefox it will only start in safe mode. I have to restart the computer (HP TouchSmart desk top) to get it to run correctly. If I try Internet explorer, when it's doing this, it keeps opening up new windows until it won't open up anymore.
I have all my updates up to date, anybody got any ideas. I run Norton antivirus which also automatically updates.

I need to solve my problem with "Not Responding" browser. My browser is Mozilla Firefox 18.0.1 (latest as of this date). When I browse using it, it starts normally but after a minute or two, the browser starts to "hang" and above the browser window, a "Not Responding" message shows up after the Mozilla Firefox name. This makes my PC slow down, and even opening the Task Manager takes a minute to show. But, if I wait, it will return to running status. It just too annoying to have this problem everytime I do browsing. I already uninstall and reinstall the browser but problem persists. I don't know if Mozilla Firefox is the problem, I have some doubt because I use this a long time before this problem occurred.

I don't know why this is happening! My Mozilla Firefox (newest version) since yesterday keeps opening up in a default homepage (bankofamerica) and I don't even use Bank of America~! When I go to change it to use it a different default page, it sets it as the different page (or even default) but then when I reopen FireFox, it goes back to the default B of A page.
I ran virus scanner and windows defender and there appears to be no virus or anything wrong with my comp in regards to that..

I've had this problem for quite some time. Last time there's just no video showing even though there's audio playing in the background. But now when I open Dailymotion on my mozilla firefox, it crashes immediately.I've uninstalled MF and Flash player and reinstall them again but it's still not working. I am now using Mozilla Thunderbird on my Dell Win7 laptop, but I am unable to open hyperlinks inside website email messages, either by left-clicking or right-clicking to open the link in browser. That email account is not used very often, but I believe the "open-link" function did work once upon a time.

I recently updated to Firefox 18. If I go to Windows' Control Panel and then click on "Uninstall a program", both Firefox 18 and Firefox 15 show up in the list of programs. Should I just leave it as it is, or should I uninstall Firefox 15?
By the way, I updated to Firefox 18 through Firefox's update feature, if that helps.

Had a bad storm last night, so I shut down the comp. Restarted this a.m. tried to stream the Arsenal match and mozilla would crash every time I tried to leave the home page. Went to IE, watched the match, and then began to TS moz. After a bit I decided to unistall. Upon trying to reinstall i get a corrupt file error msg during extraction. I then tried to d.l. Chrome and had problems w. that too. Yet amazingly enough, IE works fine. Is this Microsoft just f'in w. me 'cause I'm not amused?I also notice that in my start menu I have no quick select icons for network connections, control panel, etc.
