BSOD Playing Skyrim, Now Won't Stop; Error 1000007e

My computer has been working fine for almost a year now, and the BSOD just started two days ago while playing Skyrim. I thought it was just Skyrim, so I stopped playing that and just left it for a while. Today, my computer got the BSOD during normal flash gaming, and then again 30 or so minutes later when I was trying to post here.

this is the error I get everyday one or two times a day for the past week now. I have a HP Pavilion dv9000 with Windows 7 on it for about one year with no problems until now.I have know idea what the problem could be, does anyone know what it could be?

My computer is 2 years old and I only use it for gaming. This problem just started after installing Reckoning 2 weeks ago. Sometimes the comp runs for hours without a BSOD other days its every 15 minutes. This same thing happened when I was playing World of Warcraft AFTER i installed Reckoning.

I was playing Skyrim when it first blue screened. Soon after, it blue screened when browsing. Now, it is blue screening over and over again on start up.

my computer is giving me a hard time with all this BSOD.It works fine when im just surfing the net or watching videos, but when Im playing games like Skyrim, ME3 or Witcher 2 it just suddenly hangs and BSODs.The least time for this to happen is 20 mins and the longest time for this to happen is 4 hours. I was playing Skyrim last weekend, and the game froze on a black screen just as it was cutting to a kill animation. I had to restart the computer but when Windows loaded I had a BSOD. The computer booted fine up till this point.I've been looking up causes and fixes all week, and the dump files seem to suggest a 0x116 Video_TDR_error. I've attached all the requested information.I've already tried installing several different graphics drivers - the newest, the one supplied with the card, and one between. Windows and DirectX were fully up to date. I've also tried formatting the hard drive and installing Windows fresh, twice. I've had the computer back to the state it arrived in, when the drivers worked fine, and I've tried it with only the video drivers installed. Everything I try now is still resulting in the same BSOD.I can only get Windows to load in Safe Mode, or if I go into Device Manager and disable my graphics card. I am now fairly convinced the card itself is the problem, and I'm looking for confirmation before I go and get a new one fitted.The computer was new at the end of November. I had the same Windows install since then, but now I'm running a fresh install.
I purchased an HP dvt6-7000 laptop about a month ago - Windows home premium 64 bit. Am using it for work, but recently it's started crashing whenever I leave the computer and it auto-locks. I tried disabling sleep but it still crashes. I called HP support and they had me test the memory and hard drive in Bios, and update the BIOS, but it still crashed.

I have some problems with Bluescreen of deaths. I had this problems in the past, and i reinstalled my whole laptop,But now i getting BSOD agaI get this BSOD's when im am playing games like: Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 - Multiplayer, League of Legends. I am by no means a computer expert so please bear with me here. I recently purchased all the necessary parts for my new computer and had it built by a friend who has done various builds for me in the past. I have been getting frequent BSODs. At first I thought it was related entirely to Skyrim, but I have also had a BSOD while burning a DVD and at idle. My system specs are as follows:

It is a retail version of Windows and everything is brand new.I have done the following: Malware test using Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware and have found nothing.Uniblue DriverScanner is showing all drivers up to date.I ran Prime95 and had no issues (temps stayed normal)I ran FurMarks and had no issues (again normal temps)I ran MemTest and the RAM passed without issue.I used HD Tune on the SSD and there also did not appear to be any problems.I have disabled Avira AV and still have the BSOD I updated the firmware on my SSD.I updated by bios I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled by GFX drivers.Nothing appears to be working and I would really like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.Fortunately, since I just bought the parts at a local computer store I can return them for a direct swap if one of the parts is the issue. I get a computer crash while im playing skyrim. Its currently the only task I'v been experiencing this crash. The computer freezes, in the last frame of the game. I get a nasty sound in my headset, like a eletric interface kinda sound. The keyboard and mouse gets disabled (no lights or response)

a crash occurred while i was playing skyrim,when i am in open world scree goes black within few minutes and weird noises start coming.Same thing happened while i was playing eflc.

2 nights in a row my machine has shut down instantly whilst i have been downloading many torrents via utorre### and playing skyrim or within seconds of closing down skyrim. to start up the machine i have to switch of the psu and unplug it. then plug it back in and witch it on. i have experienced these types of crashes before on a diferent machine. a have a sturdy 1000w psu. and even though i have multi tasked these two programs before. this is the beginning of a bad day
The OS is crashing when viewing a flick in TVU Player. So far, this is the only time this occurs, I can watch a variety of other video apps without any problem (knock on wood). What I did find searching seemed to point to a general concensus that the root of the problem was the Nvidia driver, but those posts were over a year old, and I would hope that Nvidia would have gotten it straight by now.
The process mentioned in the BSODs is nvlddlkm.sys, which obviously is part of the nvidia drivers. I'm currently using the latest Nvidia driver, and it didn't sound like going back to an older driver was likely a solution.
Since this appears to only effect TVU Player, one might think that it is the culprit, but I have tried several different versions of it without an improvement. Bottom line is whether anyone has any relevant suggestions, other than just stabbing in the dark?
I'm having problems with running any graphic intensive applications(World Of Warcraft, Skyrim, GoT 1.0.0.0), it Occured once during Windows Memory Diagnostic, and when i tried to flash Windows Expirience Index. In 3-10 minutes after starting graphic applications laptop fails to blackscreen and on next log message appears.

I've encountered this crash around 6 times in the last few days, always when running games: Star Trek Online [throuh Steam], Neverwinter Nights 2 [through Steam] and Sid Meiers Pirates.I have filled in as many of the system details as I can to the profile - if more are needed, please tell me how to get the information.I also attach reports from CPU-Z, the Minidump and what I can from SF Diag Tool.The most recent changes I have made to my computer are: Defragmentation C drive. I needed to reinstall windows on my laptop, but I had to recover some files from the hard drive, so I took the hard drive out and connected it to my desktop PC. I installed the windows on the hard drive using my desktop PC too, because the laptops DVD ROM doesn't work anymore. I successfully installed windows on it, everything worked. I put the hard drive back in the laptop, booted the laptop and it popped up a BSOD saying:Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drive controllers. so lately ive been getting BSOD all the time,i cant play a game more than 15 min before i get BSOD, and when im surfing it takes a little bit longer but after an hour or two of doing NOTHINg on the computer, i still get bluescreen. i dont know what to do, i think its the graphic card that is messing with me. because if i touch it, i almost get burnt, its really hot. error code is stop: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xfffffa8007c9c028, 0x00000000f2000000, 0x00000000002008f) ive never posted here, nor do i know alot about this

Here are some details on my machine: Gateway DX4300 AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 810 Processor 2.60 GHz 8GB RAM Windows 7 - 64-bit, full-retail Hardware purchased in 2010, Windows 7 upgrade occurred early 2011. Also, there are a ton of files in my minidump in addition to the one attached, is this normal?
I get the BSOD when I'm playing games, and it says "driver power state failure". When i first saw this, i tried updating my drivers, and it did fix the problem for a while but then afterwords it occurs again. i click new game and after 2-5mins in the game with scenes and stuff. Either my screen blacks out/ just hangs and can't do anything while it slowly turns the screen white/ reboots on its own.
My laptop was left on yesterday with numerous firefox tabs open (x20) for various websites, although no one was using the computer and this is a regular occurrence without fault until yesterday. I'd gone out fishing and noticed the BSOD and took this photo of the screen showing the full error as "stop 0x0000007A (0xc0487688, 0x3e5898c0, 0x96ed7e3e)"
I had altered the BSOD settings in the past to stop the laptop from restarting in order to have time to take note of the error codes in case of future failures, although I hadn't had any BSOD for over a year. The previous BSOD's were 0x000000d1 (netwLv32.sys) and 0x0000007e (Volsnap.sys), unlike those BSOD's, the one shown in the photo doesn't have a description other than the error code.
I had turned off the laptop while in BSOD, having completed dumping physical memory; subquent restarts were only reaching here followed promptly by a black screen with the flashing white underscore, which I could escape by alt+Ctrl+delete. At one point the laptop did load and somehow I was able to access System recovery options and selected startup repair, which I viewed the log prior to restarting and everything completed successfully and although I did restart the computer, I haven't been able to proceed further than the initial loading window or the defaulting black screen that follows.
I've tried running the BIOS setup utility, with the hard disk self test diagnostics, though this failed each time.
Not able to provide any debug logs until I can proceed further. Have the windows 7 back up DVD disc, but not sure if my DVD drive is playing up, as when I push ESC and enter into the boot menu selecting the Atapi cd/DVD rom drive, it only goes to the prior mentioned black screen and remains there long after 5 mins. The disc drive is heard to be working if the disc is within, though nothing results on the screen. I had recalled some difficulty prior to this BSOD with the CD/DVD rom, having decided it was either only a driver or possibly registry error or required itunes reinstall, as afterwards having successfully read a music cd with itunes.
I don't think I have the windows recovery discs or system restore discs, as I tried some I thought were these, but nothing occurred and I figure they must be from when I tested the windows 7 beta or W7RC or such. So only have the legit Windows 7 back up disc (32 & 64 bits), which I was running 32 bit. Only twice has it shown up "Press any key to boot from disc", although there was no response and it doesn't always reach this prompt.
