AMD Catalyst Driver Doesnt Update
Mar 19, 2011my graphics card is Mobility radeon HD5145 ..whenever i update my driver only the catalyst control center updates .. but the core driver is stuck at 10.8.

PC Doesnt Startup After Internal Gpu Driver Update
May 30, 2012I updated my pc's internal gpu which has G31 express chipset so i updated it to the latest one and i saw that it supported win 7/vista 64bit but now that i have restarted pc it comes to the dell inspiron load screen after loading it goes blank with a cursor at the top left part of the screen so i am kind of stuck since idk wat to do

I've uninstalled it, ran a sweeper to "clean and anaylze" Amd-Vision(in safe mode).

May 3, 2011I installed a new driver for u-lead but it doesn't show in device manager as unknown or usb. Windows 7 shows that it is compatible. The program won't work.

I'd get mine, but, I don't have Windows Seven public beta - where is it.. (Remember they may upgrade drivers before 7 beta officially released.)

ATI 4670 Driver Problem - Catalyst 9.6
Jul 1, 2009Everytime I try and install catalyst 9.6/driver, my screen will display only the background picture, nothing else. Ctrl-alt-del turns the screen black, esc out and back to background picture. Had to go safe mode and system restore everytime. Driver shows up in microsoft updates and same result. Anybody have any suggestions?

I have an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 550v video card, I think it's series is 4650 but I'm not sure.
Catalyst Control Center says it's driver packaging version is 8.742, I imagine that's pretty old.
Is using the AMD Driver Auto-detect the best way to update my video card? It says:

Then when I get to my screen is says "Catalyst Control Center is not supported by the driver version of your enabled grahpics card. update your AMD graphics driver or enable your AMD adapter using Display Manager.
