View 1 Replies View RelatedI just today managed to get a program to read .dmp files, and have my two most recent .dmp files for you to view. I had a blue screen from avast's self-protection driver so I removed avast and put on a different antivirus(I used avast's official uninstaller). I still am getting blue screens, but now they are staying the same (IRQL ones).

View 2 Replies View RelatedI recently put together a new computer and installed Windows 7 on it. Everything seems to work fine, except when I resume using the computer after it goes to sleep, I get a BSOD. When I wake the computer up, it shows me the log-in screen, but when I click on my user profile to log in a blue screen appears. Also, it only seems to happen when the computer enters sleep mode on its own. If I put it into sleep mode, it wakes up with no problems.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy computer has started getting the BSOD, it seems random when it occurs, sometimes when I'm playing TSW, othertimes when I'm browsing the net and then a few times when I'm not really paying attention to the computer.I've (hopefully correct) uploadet a zip file containing the logs from SF Diagnostic Tool. Anyone who can cypher their meaning?
View 4 Replies View RelatedMy laptop is crashing quite frequently and has been happening several times a day for a few months now. After doing a virus check and removing programs and updating drivers, it did not solve the problem, so I decided to back up all my files and reinstall windows hoping that it would resolve the problem, but it hasn't.

[BSOD] Blue screen error :PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA in windows 7
View 9 Replies View RelatedI have a WD 320Gb 3.5inch hard drive that was originally bought as an external drive in an enclosure. A few months ago, while booting, my computer would go through blue screens one after another if the external hard drive was switched on from the enclosure when the computer was started. I never really did anything about that, just left it off and turned it on when i needed it. Mind you, it and the computer still seemed to work fine.
Now i have decided to keep it internally. So, as soon as i booted up after connecting up the same drive, i'm going through these exact same blue screens again. I'm not 100% sure if that is the cause but signs point to it.
Here's the blue screen info:
The error message is:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
and the stop info is:
STOP: 0x0000000A (0x000000B0, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x82250B04)
and finally, here's the picture i took of the blue screen, a bit is cut of but i know it says "IRQL" on the left hand side.
I am getting the blue screen error.but it is not significant. happens anytime. sometims pc works 24 hours without error. somtimes it comes.

View 1 Replies View Relatedit seems to have been going through a series of BSODs. I've ran several tests to see what might actually activate the BSOD, but it happens when doing different things. Most notably, when I tried creating an account for this forum, I would open the start menu, and right-click on "Computer" to see the specs, but as soon as I tried, the machine instantly BSOD'd me. After rebooting, I tried to replicate the problem, but I was able to see the specs.
They are running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 on a HP Pavilion P6000. It's OEM and about 2-years since purchase date. Their current AV is Trend Micro Titanium 2012. Crashes also occur during web browsing, windows explorer browsing, and sometimes when the computer is just sitting idly as nothing is open.
Enclosed is the requested zip file containing the folder and HTML file.
I've been getting random BSODs for the last 2 weeks. I did a fresh install of windows 7 yesterday, and I seem to still be getting it. I can't really tell, but it also seems to happen sometimes when I pick up my laptop?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've recently started to experience a BSOD problem I cannot quite put my finger on. It does not save a log, even though I have it set to save in /Minidump. I have not changed or added any hardware, or software. I completely wiped Windows and started over from scratch, using the most up to date drivers. However they're still occurring, I've restored my BIOS settings to all default settings. I am thinking it was a Hard drive issues, I've ran CHKDSK all both drives - I know my Windows drive was clean, I was not around to see the completion of of my slave drive - I was running CHKDSK via Safemode and came back to a BSOD. I've attached a administrator Eventlog, but am unable to make much sense of it.
The last BSOD I saw read this;
Code: KERNEL_DATA_INAPGE_ERROR
*
*
STOP: 0X0000007A (0XFFFFFF6FC4000099C0, 0XFFFFFFFFC000000E, 0X00000001E7588860, 0XFFFFF88001338890)
NTFS.SYS - Address FFFFF88001338890 base at FFFFF880012450000, Datestamp 4ce792f9 I've ran Memory test already, no errors where found. The next step I am going to try is too unplug my Slave drive and see what happens without it. I've already re-seated both drives and memory sticks.
Since I got my computer, it has been giving me BSOD's almost every day. Crashes happen most often when playing games, but it has occurred at other times also.
View 2 Replies View RelatedHave been getting BSODs more and more frequently over the last week. Can't think of anything special that triggered the behaviour though. It mostly happens when the computer idles and I'm doing other stuff, and doesn't seem to relate to computer load etc.
Did a bit of digging myself and used WhoCrashed to identify Comodo Backup and Daemon Tools as possible culprits. They are both uninstalled now. Installed drivers for the bluetooth which were missing and giving an exclamation mark in device manager. After that no exclamation marks or errors there.
Today I did a full memorycheck with Memtest86+, which passed all runs.
Got another BSOD couple of hours ago (0x00000124), with no lead from WhoCrashed on the root cause so now I resort to asking the gurus.
BSOD at random times, Blue-Screen View said it was ntoskrnl.exe and win32k.sys that caused it

View 6 Replies View Relatedone day it suddenly crashed while i was watching a movie. it displayed random patterns on screen. kinda like part of the image from the video is on the screen then a black strip and random colors. I restarted the unit to safe mode and left it on and browsed the net and downloaded some big files for how many hours and nothing happened.. there are also times when windows is still loading with the windows logo on screen, it crashes. there are also times when the login screen is displayed and it crashes. it just crashes randomly! so i tried to reformat it. i deleted the partitions and created a new one, formatted it then fresh installed windows 7 ( my previous OS is windows 7 by the way) and started installing the basic drivers and after a few hours, it crashed again...thinking that the driver installed might not be compatible, i tried another fresh install of windows (same execution, delete partition, create, install OS) and this time, without installing the drivers, it crashed again after a few hours... sometimes it crashes immediately after turning it on from cold start!
View 7 Replies View RelatedBlue screen and freezing. This is happening frequently but never has any regularity to it. Sometimes happens after a couple of days and sometimes after a couple of minutes. Also sometimes with only one browser window open and sometimes with 15 or more. Happens with both chrome and firefox. Has not happened with other programs as this lapy only gets used for surfing/email/forums etc. Sometimes happens while the computer is sitting idle right after boot. Very strange.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI get BSOD's on a regular basis, with different error codes. Whenever it does happen I usually have two BSOD's within a few days, then no BSOD's for months and then again two within a few days etcetera. I've followed the instructions of this forum, I placed the system health report within the compressed folder which I uploaded.
I don't know if it has any relevance, but the last few days I also had problems with Windows Media Centre, WMC detected itself that it didn't work porperly. Symptoms: freezing of picture, not getting behind a certain time of the videobuffer. It had no problem with recording, just with playing live tv. Those BSOD's however happen both when WMC is running and when it's not running.
My computer has been running smoothly for a long time and now all of a sudden it crashes every hour or two.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm getting a blue screen of death right at my welcome screen. Here is the following error:

I'm assuming it's a BIOS driver problem, but i'll leave it up to you guys to tell me, you're the experts :P I also tried doing a system restore, but for whatever reason when I try it just says the restore is initializing and it sits on that screen and never does anything. I've left it for about an hour before and still nothing, not real sure what the problem is there either. Right now I'm running the laptop off safe mode with networking and it's working fine, hopefully it's just a driver problem I can fix.
I'm on Windows 7 32bit and let me know if you need any more information.
