Cannot Delete Email From Outbox
Aug 19, 2009I've been looking through all the similar posts and have tried varying different suggestions from people but still my message is stuck in the outbox and I'm unable to Send emails.
I've tried the whole antivirus thing and changing the port number, together with going into my Drive and deleting things from there but still the pesky thing is sitting there taunting me.

Mar 27, 2009I downloaded Yahoo Emails and merge the outlook mails to window mails.I find there are many duplicate mails in window mail. At first I manaually delete the dupliates in window mail, It costed me a lot of time and only delete little parts of duplicates. Now I find in window explorer, these are files for the mails. I think I might use a tool to remove duplicate files in 'window mail' folder on window explorer.Is it sage to do so.

Mar 25, 20091- I put my charter.net email into Vista mail works great but now I can only get my email by going through vista mail. If I go to charter.net It says NO MESSAGES, but there are because I can get them when I go into vista mail.
Also I got an email from a trusted sender and Vista mail pt it throug to spam and said it could have been phishing, I am 100% it was not. I right clicked on the email and put it in trusted sender. Mar 23, 2008From time to time I receive emails which have been marked as SPAM (in the subject line) I have a rule set up to delete such messages. Whilst that works well there is on occasion a message which actually isn't SPAM after all. I can copy the email to the desktop and edit it with notepad to remove the word SPAM from the subject line and then save and drag it back into Windows mail but the situation I have is that I have a (mail) folder which has a large number of needed emails incorrectly marked. Does anyone know of a utility that can be used to rename the subject line (specifically to remove the word SPAM) from all messages in a given folder?

May 15, 2010I can delete my browsing history but it dosen't delete my favorite history. I don't want to delete my favorite list, just the history from when I access my favorite sites. Jun 15, 2009I keep getting these spam emails from random valid email addresses telling me I have X amount of dollars waiting for me in a online casino. Every time i delete and block the emails address i get another from another email address generated. Its obviously spyware, I have run AVG and spybot and it hasnt fixed the problem. I cant adjust my spam filters cause sometimes theres important emails which get IDd as SPAM by accident. Is there anyway to fix this?

Apr 17, 2009When I receive email the text is there but the pictures are not. Sometimes I get the red X and other times nothing. But if I do a select all the blank space turns blue as if something is there. When I get mail from ex. USAJobs, the entire body of the email is blank. Some others the text directing me to "having trouble viewing this email click here" and then it takes me to their website. I have the block pics box unchecked and I am running vista with PCTools Spyware doctor. Also email from friends and family the pictures show up with no problems. The only problem I am having is from commercial sites. And yes I even added them to my allow list.

No Email: Can Not Get Email To Work Using Any Client
Mar 23, 2008I now have a brand new HP m9100z and can not get email to work at all. My other machine is an HP s3123w aka "slimline". Both run windows vista home premium. On the slimline, email works just fine. On the new machine, nadda. Zip, zero. Can not get email to work using any client I have.
Thunderbird, windows mail, forte agent, all say "login failed". Even though both machines are setup exactly the same. The difference in the two machines is that the new one now has a wifi card and dual ntsc tuners. My domain works fine through browsers so I can get email through the website. Just can't do it on this machine. So what tricks can I try to get email to work?
