Sending Message Could Not Be Found Email
May 27, 2009I am continuously having problems with sending messages by Microsoft Mail my computer always states: The host 'jwebb12345@yahoo.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Subject 'MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST (HEWLETT)', Account: 'Jwebb12345@yahoo.com', Server: 'jwebb12345@yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11003, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D or The host 'Jwebb12345@yahoo.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.

This issue does not happen once but every time I send a message. How do I fix this problem? I have many email aacounts jwebb12345@yahoo.com is one of them but it is not going through. In attempt to fix the issue I created a new email account which is jwebb06@live.com. I created it inorder for me to manually insert it through the Identity Import.

Scheduling Sending Email: Send At Later Date
Apr 11, 2008I am using Vista Ultra 64 and Windows Mail. There are times that I create an email, but I want it to be delivered at a later date. Sort of scheduling the "send" of the email. Where I would like it to perhaps sit in my Outbox and be sent out at a time that I enter. I also would want the email to have the sent time of when the email actually gets sent out of my Windows Mail and to my email server. I have looked through the settings that I can use with my mail and have not seen anything that would say something like "send at -------". Is there a way that I can have my email set to be scheduled to be sent at a time that I select. ??

Oct 5, 2009Cannot recieve messages, I have an email with a large file attached that is stuck as though message is too large to recieve. I'm not getting any error messages, just not receiving email. Says messsage 27/166 trying to come in for the last 12 hours. How can I delete/cancel this email from coming in so I can receive my other emails that are backed up.

Sep 9, 2009Since yesterday a.m., I can't send emails using Windows Mail. I can receive, just can't send. Getting "The connection to the server has failed. Protocol: SMTP, Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E" error message. I can send using the webmail application, but not Windows Mail. I am using AVG and have tried uninstalling. No luck. Tried reinstalling without email scanning. No luck. I've changed my outgoing port to 587. No luck. I've checked "outgoing server requires authentication". No luck. Called ISP and they say it is a Windows Mail issue.

It now takes for ever if I want to send attachments, for it to fail right at the end. sorry i didnt copy my error but its usually lsays oses connection with server is the error. if i am lucky if i just send a few words the email sends other wise i have to send my emails thru the road runner internet site.
