Unable to open my email message links. Everytime I click on the link I received an error message: Application not found. I can copy and paste the link to the Internet Explorer search window and open the link that way. But, that is a definite pain in the butt to do that.

When I check windows mail Vista, the messages arrive, there is an instant of flutter and I have seen some message dropped before I can open any email. What causes this? Also, after I delete some messages it appears back in the inbox or deleted folder as "No Message" on a blank page...I then delete again to get rid of it.

This used to be a good way of opening a webpage in a specific IE window instead of clicking the link which would open in whichever window it felt like - which might be over the top of a web page you want to keep open. Windows Vista includes a great little utility that allows users to finally make soft and hard file system links in the file system. This can be very useful from a software compatibility standpoint as well as a great way to organize your computer. Unlike a shortcut, a link is at the file system level and can be used to create an alias for a file or folder that is in a different location. For example, you can create a hard link (Directory junction) called c:win that points to c:windowssystem32. After the link is created, you can open up command prompt or explorer and browse to c:win and you will see the contents of c:windowssystem32. This is not a new technology, it has actually been a core Linux and Unix feature for as far as I can remember but it is nice to finally have it in Windows Vista....

Is there a way to change the way you make corrections in composing an email message? Whenever I try to insert another sentence in front of one I've already typed, it does the "overtype" thing instead of simply inserting the text. This issue does not happen once but every time I send a message. How do I fix this problem? I have many email aacounts jwebb12345@yahoo.com is one of them but it is not going through. In attempt to fix the issue I created a new email account which is jwebb06@live.com. I created it inorder for me to manually insert it through the Identity Import.
