NFS: Most Wanted was running ok, but suddenly it just sorta froze, nothing responded. When I pressed ctrl+alt+del twice the pc behaved like a gentleman and shut down, is Most Wanted known to freeze? or should I be worried about my card, or I'm just being paranoid ?
1) game version 1.3
2) FF 3.4 was running in background

When i'm on a game or doing anything on my pc really, it will randomly freeze up and the last sound note will play over and over. One of the times it happened I recorded the screen (URl)..layer_embedded when this happens everything becomes unresponsive and I'm forced to turn it off at the back. I've tried everything to solve this issue and nothing has worked.
View 8 Replies View Relatedi have a lot of issues with age of conan after i switched to Windows 7 from xp, it's got a lot of freeze zones and the fps drops dramatically very often. Things get worse cuz i have other games too that most of them behave quite good with no fps drops and only this one and team fortress 2 are very problematic.
Some of my games are:
company of heroes
need for speed shift
unreal tournament 3
test drive unlimited
street fighter 4
trackmania nations forever
My cpecifications are:
intel core 2 quad 2.4 ghz
nvidia 9600 gso 768 mb
2 gb ram ddr2
I tried running the game in dx9 and dx10 and there was no change; when i run it i have all the settings from dx9 to max but i don't think that causes the problem cuz i ran aoc at max setting in xp and it didn't have any issue at all.
Do you know any solution to this?
My computer has been freezing up lately. The event error says its Kernal power. not sure how to fix it. Its freezing up when i log onto wow also.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI've tried 3 different installation setups but none work.The problem is after running the autorun file and entering the keygen code and accepting the terms and conditions it shows a window saying that directx 9.0c is required and that its not found in the system. But i have directx 11 installed already. (checked using dxdiag from start menu) also to be clear i've also run the directx setup file that comes with the installation package. It installs successfully but then again the same message. My laptop is a recently purchasesd sony vaio core i5 processor, windows 7(64-bit), 4GB RAM and 2GB Amd Radeon 7650 series graphic chip.When i go to technical support on the installation window, it shows that my OS is unknown and under the result it is displayed as fail and so is my display memory. So is my OS not detectable by the autorun file?
