Windows 7 PC Randomly Goes Into Powers Saving Mode & Restarts

I have 4 computers in my office.Out of 4,3 of them has a problem for the past 2 months.They all run windows 7.
They keep working for about 30 mins to 1 hour after which they suddenly goes into power saving mode.The monitor goes dark but the CPU light and the fan still work.Then after 10-20 seconds it automatically restarts.
When logging in after the restart,It shows "The system has recovered from a serious error".This happens every 30 mins and for these 3 systems.(I bought it from the same shop last year),But the other one works perfect for about 4 years.
I have tried cleaning the fan,sink and even reinstalled a fresh copy of windows 7.Still the problem persists.

I just built a new computer, installed Windows 7 and all that, worked great. However, recently, when I leave the computer on by itself, after a while I will come back and the computer will have randomly shut itself off. Mind you, it isn't a full shut down, such that when I hit the power button again, it doesn't go through a full windows boot, just takes me to the login screen to my user account. What also happens at this time, is that my computer does not recognize my monitor's optimal resolution. I then have to go into the control panel and hit detect every time this happens, so that the computer displays on the whole screen.

I put my laptop in sleep mode before leaving to star bucks.I open my laptop and press the power buttonThe internal fans start turning as well as the disc drive, but the screen remains blank.I have heard that Windows 7 has multiple issues with the sleep mode, and I'm pretty sure laptop is now stuck in hybrid sleep? Also, I noticed that there is a hotfix for this provided by microsoft, but I would have no way to use this since my computer cannot get stuck out of this. After Researching this, I heard some people taking out the battery and holding the power button down for 30 seconds, then running it off of a/c power.

So basically I'm in the middle of something and my pc just dies, not so much shuts down more like a power failure, then restarts itself. This happens all the time. Sometimes the reboot ocuurs while the pc is starting and happears a message that says the computer was unable to start.But strangely when I use large programs like when I play games like wow or aion the computer doenst reboot, I can play for hours perfectly, and in safe mode occures the same i can be on the computer in safe mode for hours doing any thing that doensnt reboot.(NOTE: sometimes the pc just freezes instead of rebooting but when it freezes I cant do anithing so I have to reboot my computer( I have to reboot the same -.-).
When the computer reboots doenst happear a blue ecran screen of dead, its like a power failure.

For the past few weeks, my computer has been experiencing a couple of different failures. Sometimes it freezes up (including the mouse), sometimes it BSODs (different error messages at different times), and sometimes it just shuts off and restarts, as if the power had been momentarily cut. So, about 2 weeks ago I got an email from my ISP that said they were switching from CA internet security to McAfee. I removed CA and installed McAfee. Two days later, my PC restarted while I was watching a movie. No BSOD, no warning, just a restart. When it comes back up I get the "Windows recovered from an unexpected shutdown" message. It has done it randomly ever since. I can be surfing the web or playing a game or watching a movie. It doesnt happen during any specific activity. I can have several things running or just one thing.I dont get it.So, since I despise McAfee anyway, I uninstalled it and got AVG for now. But, about 20 minutes after I did that, it restarted again. I dont get it. I read the post instructions and did what it said to do, hopefully correctly. So, hopefully someone can tell me what the deal is and how to fix it. Ive never had any issues out of this PC that I didnt cause and fix right away until I switched antivirus programs. [code]

windows 7 restarts randomly. i added fans to keep it cooler didn't help new hard drive and reinstalled windows still didn't solve the problem.

My problem started about a month ago, at first I was ignoring it because I didn't care much, now it's becoming annoying.
Let me explain what my problem is. When I turn on my computer it does the normal stuff, but at some point before I get the chance to log in it either: Freezes, automatically restarts with no error, sends me a blue screen, the screen goes like when your tv doesn't have signal (all those colors) or it either shuts down.Now, 1-2 times I actually get to log in and when I'm prompted in my user desktop it always does the same thing I listed above. The weird thing is, after about 6-7 restarts when I log in it actually works with no restarts whatsoever, I can play all day long with no more restarts.

I just came back after a few days out, and for some reason my PC cashed several times today.So my PC will restart (more like crash) after I log-in, it is random, it can crash in a few seconds or a few minutes. Last time I used my PC, the "5,6,7" keyboard buttons didn't work (Logitech G15), I usually shutdown my PC every time I go to sleep or go out). I know that the computer crashes because, when I boot I get a screen telling me windows did not shut down correctly and I can use windows normally or with safe mode. My computer has randomly been starting to restart itself when unattended. I turned it on one day and then left it unattended for a bit, and then noticed that when I came back to it, the computer was at the login screen. I thought it was nothing, so ignored it and kept going, until it happened again. Now it happens anytime the computer is left on, unused for more than like, 20-30 minutes. If I'm actively using it, typing, or on the internet, or playing games, whatever, it stays on without problems.

My computer keeps restarting while playing games. It does it randomly sometimes seconds into a game, sometimes hours. There are no error messages or anything. It's been doing this on and off since I built this pc, I've tried older and latest graphics drivers from Nvidia 275.33 to 306.23 with no change.

Ok so this all started when i wanted to add new ram. I was running on 4gbs of ram then i recently bought 2 4gbs of ram so installed it and then my computer started randomly restarting. Then i changed the ram back to how it was and it is still happening now. Im not sure what to do exactly.

Also i am running speed fan to see if the heat is the problem.but currently everything is fine. GPU at 58c CPU at 46c so im not sure what the problem is exactly.

my computer has been freezing and randomly restarting the last couple of days.
When it restarts sometimes it has to boot a couple of times, it seems as though it can' boot the BIOS, the bios splash screen is also different, this also changed 2 days ago. The first couple of times it froze, now it just restarts randomly. I suspect the motherboard.

I can be doing anything (I work on my computer I don't play games) so my normal activity is forums, skype, ftp..etc.I have not been able to identify any particular pattern or software when it happens, but the one thing that does happen is when it first happens, it says "Bad header Pool" then restarts, and it is merely a matter of minutes before it happens again.

Just yesterday my desktop (currently using laptop) randomly restarted and now no .exe files will open. I have searched the forums and some posts suggested combofix. However, I cannot access the internet nor can I open any files. I also ran the computer in safemode and still no luck. I have the following antivirus programs: AVG 2012, Malwarbyte, Super antivirus, and CC cleaner. Oddly enough, CC cleaner and Super antivirus works normally but doesn't fix any problems. I would say 90% of my programs cannot open. I can run the command prompt as well.Things I have tried:

My computer has started to have some odd issues. It is a Thinkpad T61P running windows professional 7 64 bit. The first issues was that windows updates failed to install 5 new updates yesterday. Im not sure what the updates were, but failed due to windows not having access to the files (according to the error code and MS) MS suggested running windows update in safe mode. When I restart in safe mode the machine will restart at the login screen after a few seconds. One or twice I've been able to type in my password, but it says the password is incorrect and restarts.I tried using msconfig to get it to start in safe mode that way and now im stuck in an endless loop. I didnt realize that It wouldnt start up normal after a restart.Also, I recently replaced the thermal paste on the cpu and gpu because of some overheating issues. The overheating issue was fixed.

I left my computer running overnight as I usually do. When I went back to it this morning, it was stuck in power saving mode. When I rebooted, everything looked fine and the windows logo loaded but when I reached the login screen it went directly to Power Saving mode and got stuck there.

Well I am going to talk about this problem from the beginning my laptop was fine running on vista OS and when I heared about windows 7 I installed it and that went fine too 4 months later the laptop suddenly restarts at any time (browsing - playing games .. etc) I took it to a technical and he formatted it to windows XP then when I opened the laptop it restarted on loading screen (where the logo is displayed) I told the technical and he said that I should go to safe mode and restart from there I tried this and it worked a few weeks later and this method stopped working now I must go to safe mode and restart and go there again and restart ... etc now it is luck which opens it cause it works sometimes and sometimes not yesterday i re-installed windows 7 on another drive (not C:/) and to complete installation I must restart the computer now I must choose an operation system on startup so when i choose windows 7 it restarts on loading and the same on XP but I can acces safe mode in XP

Been happening to me for awhile computer will either crash after running for awhile and sometimes the BSOD will state a reason of Cache Manage or System Service Exception, or no reason at all. Sometimes the computer just randomly restarts though.

What could be causing the following situation- When restarting my computer (Windows 7 64bit) after the "starting windows" screen appears the screen will go dark and display "power saving mode". After about 60 seconds the computer will restart from the "starting windows" screen and complete the restart process. Once it completes everything the computer runs fine.

While my pc is on, I plug in the usb cable of my canon pixma MP276 printer. When the usb cable contact to the usb port, the lcd monitor goes into power saving mode/sleep mode (black) immediately and never turns on again no matter what I do (clicking on mouse, pressing keys on keyboard)I then need to restart the pc and everything will be normal.

I have a HP PC and I'm trying to use HP recovery plus to install Windows 7. It consists of 3 discs and the thing is, that I insert the first one in the optical drive, restart computer, press F11 to enter the recovery menu or whatever. Then it loads Windows files, then the HP recovery itself starts. The problem is, that when I enter the recovery menu, the computer will go to power saving mode after a while, no matter what. I tried pressing some random keys to get it back up, but it just doesn't work.

The monitor seems to go into power saving mode when entering/exiting a game such as a game in steam. (But it doesn't happen every time) the only way to get it out is hard restart. Yes I've tried other monitors, as well as display drivers, and there also seems to be nothing wrong in the Bios.

My previous OS is Windows Vista Starter w/c is very much annoying IMHO, so I installed another OS which is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Edition in a partition and this is the one I'm using at the moment. But the problem is the sleep function..Every time I put my Laptop to sleep and when I'm waking it up to resume the task I'm doing it restarts my system instead which is pretty much annoying..

My friends PC restarts automatically no BOD or any error message that usually comes after the restarts.

I check to replace RAM but same thing. One more interesting thing is that it works fine in Safe mode. restarts time is random.

This is now my third time with this problem, the first required me to restore to factory settings. These last two seem to have been triggered by a power flicker at my residence. The power momentarily flickered long enough for my computer to shut down. After booting the computer seems fine until approx 5-10 min later it will enter sleep mode no matter what I am actively doing on the pc. I fixed the second time with a restoration to two days before the incident. This time I restored to that same point and it still has the problem. Power settings are on high performance with sleep and hibernate set to never.

I have not been able to play SWTOR MMO. During gameplay my PC will shutdown then restart to the safe mode menu. It happens randomly 2 to 8 minutes into gameplay. Currently this happens with this game only. I do not know much about computers but I noticed the event viewer says kernel-power event 41. The PC is brand new month old. I a little frustated because I do not know what to do?

I have a Dell Inspiron, not always but sometimes on start up it restarts to a black screen with a white cursor. Safe mode does work.I don't know why it sometimes does this or what makes it stop. I have tried just letting it try to load up for as long as an hour with no change, sometimes restarting has fixed it but sometimes (like now, it has done nothing no matter how many times I've tried).
