Rmvb play in BSPlayer, WMP or Media Player Classic or other player it doesn't work, and movies *.Avi, *.Wmv, *.Mp4 or another format to work smoothly. We're writing what exactly it isn't working, the picture is, only the sound of creaking / hissing / buzzing and it didn't hear what they say in the film.I will add that player KMPlayer plays me every type of movie without crashing and dissonance, it is known, it has built its codecsI played in these video player in the movies in other formats and work, so there should be no problems with the player, perhaps the codecs, and something must change in ffdshow audio or somewhere else.I have the latest version of codecs K-Lite Codec Pack,

View 1 Replies View RelatedAll this happened suddenly, I was playing Counter strike and I could hear the back grounds but the dialogues and gunshots could not be heard. After that when I tried some movies, All the dialogues had been gone. I could hear the background music and background sounds but the midtones had been gone.
I tried many media players and different files but all had same results. The funny thing is The audio files are working all right only the video files have the problem. I tried restarting, Tried diff video files and diff players including VLC, Windows media player etc.
Apparently Windows 7 does play dvd movies. This i just found out with my copy of Windows 7 Professional.Well i wanted to watch a dvd that my family got through Netflix but my dad keeps taking the tv.So i just put it in my CD drive and Windows Media Player opens up with the movie.
View 3 Replies View RelatedA few days ago I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits. Immediately I had big problems while watching tv and videos of any kind. If I make any action with the mouse or the keyboard while watching a video there is a very high probability that Windows freezes and then restarts. This is the content of one BSOD file (they are all identical):

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just re-installed the OS after upgrading the MOBO and RAM 2 days ago. When I stream videos on line, I usually select the full screen option. In the past, the video would automatically take up the entire screen of the monitor. Now, even if I select 'Full Screen Mode', the task bar still shows at the bottom of the screen. This does not happen if I'm watching a DVD, only when I stream movies/videos online.
I checked my browser but didn't see any options for that sort of thing. Seems like it's a setting somewhere in Windows that needs to be changed.

View 2 Replies View RelatedNew HP Laptop with Windows 7 - Windows Backup software doesn't recognise DVD as writeable, but Windows7 Explorer writes just fine to the same DVD-R.If I do Control Panel>System and security>Backup and Restore click on Backup Now ....this gives "Backup in progress..." bar - gets to about 25% and stops with the message "Insert Removeable media "Windows backup needs a CDDVD or USB drive to continue" (even though there is a DVD-R in E:, to which I have just successfully burned a very small test file using Explorer. E: shows on Backup pane as being selected as destination drive). If I click on "More information" another dialogue box pops up with instructions to "Label and insert a blank media"Please write the following label on a blank media and insert it into E:"FREDDY 02/01/2011"even though there is a labelled disc in there.(Of course that's a bum instruction from Windows anyway - it won't accept forward slashes - but that's OK - I label it without those. Still doesn't work.)If on the other hand I just select a file in Explorer and burn it ends up on the DVD no problem. With that same successfully burned DVD - Backup will still not recognise the DVD-R.I can use a DVD-R with a small test file burned OK to it, or a virgin disc from the box - makes no difference......

However, when I burned these parts to DVD I could not get to the second part to play. So, how can I join these two parts into one larger movie and then burn that to a DVD?I don't want to use the Windows 7 Movie Maker as it doesn't have the proper codecs to play the movie on a general DVD player.
