The problem lies in Windows keeps telling me that the current driver isnt compatible and to go to Marvel for more current drivers/software , yet when I go there there is not 1 single download available (that I can find) to correct this issue.

I am trying to find an hd media player that is very light and simple. I have tried KMPlayer but it seemed to open fairly slow on my current computer, which isn't slow. I have also tried splash lite which I really like, but on some of the movie files it does not play sound, so no go there. Any other suggestions about what software would be the best? It doesn't need to be powerful because I will just be watching movies, I mostly want it to open fast and and have a small footprint.

I'm looking for a way to automatically maximize a video and all next videos in queue when viewing videos online. The specific example I am looking for is here: NHL Video. As you'll see, when the next video in line plays the screen minimizes to regular size. Note that I have an ad-remover so that ad doesn't come up... I'm looking for a way to automatically maximize the video screen at start and when the next video plays (and thus at the present moment minimizes). Macros would work but it would be hard to time it and to make it work across a large spectrum of sites. I'm looking for something that more or less detect the video applet and thus automatically full screens it when available. Using Firefox but don't mind switching to Chrome/Opera/IE...

the video playback in browser, every browser, using flash plugin [e.g. Internet, dailymotion, etc.] plays smoothly but freezes for a second or two every once in a while. this happens during full screen playback as well as windowed one.i also have a problem getting smooth playback using windowed mode of subedit player [i translate stuff so need this player feature, can't replace it for media player classic], even though full screen playback is just fine. same clips playback perfectly in mpc, vlc and other players. i guess the problem is somehow connected with the player, although my colleagues didn't experience this problem, neither did they experience choppy flash playback.i'm using 190.38_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_english_whql as drivers.

So these are in my favorite list. I launched the first video, a new window opened and it started buffering the video and then the video started. I face a problem when I closed this video and wanted to go to the next one. A new window opens with windows media player embedded in the window but it doesn't do buffering to play. Interestingly, it still showing the title of the previous training that I closed. Looks like it is getting stuck in the memory. I am using IE 9 on Win7 (64bit).

View 1 Replies View RelatedI discovered that besides VLC player on my laptop all the other video player are not able to work properly (meaning,, Windows Media Player 12, Cyberlink PowerDVD12 and WMPC are able to play only the audio, but not the video, it's just just black screen),, BUT with VLC is no problem playing any video format!! The thing is that I didn't have this problem previously,, all my video players were able to play all the same video files, which they can't now! I have the latest AMD Radeon HD video drivers installed. As I mentioned I didn't have this problem before,, with a previous versions of the AMD graphics card driver. This happened to my laptop a while ago already,, since I have this problem I updated my video drivers 5 or 6 times at least, and no change so far!Why am I assuming that the cause of my problem is the graphics card driver is, for ex. when I had just re- installed my windows (fresh! from Windows 7 to Windows 8),, the video playback was working, while the graphic card was running on the drivers provided by Microsoft! as soon as I am installing the driver for my model of AMD Radeon graphic card I am staring to have the problem.As I mentioned I have the problem for some time already, during this time I re-installed my Windows couple of time, plus I even changed the version of the windows (7to8), for the moment I have the last version of video driver installed, I haven't installed ANY codecs?
View 2 Replies View RelatedAfter unsolvable problems with VLC player (constant crash reports) I want to move back to Windows Media Player as my standard program to play audio & video files.But whatever I click and do, I cannot find a way to (re)associate the 'VLC'-files to WMP12.If I rightclick a 'VLC'-file in a folder, I can select 'open with' and then select WMP. But only for one instance! If i want to make WMP the default opener, I get this error message: 'This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. View 2 Replies View RelatedEverytime I tried to open [URL](my IP camera video stream file); realPlayer Basic v14 kept opening an upgrade to realPlayer Plus window. When I click on "No thanks" another window for free trial opened. This was an endless loop. The IP camera video stream is H264 format and streams just fine on my other Windows 7 PC. Well, to make a long story short; the Win 7 Pro machine did not have QuickTime player installed which provided the H264 codec needed. I installed QuickTime and the IP camera now streams via realPlayer 14. I suspect you could install any H264 codec and accomplish the same thing and avoid the Plus upgrade.
