Real-player Opens An Upgrade To Plus Window When Opening A Video Stream

Everytime I tried to open [URL](my IP camera video stream file); realPlayer Basic v14 kept opening an upgrade to realPlayer Plus window. When I click on "No thanks" another window for free trial opened. This was an endless loop. The IP camera video stream is H264 format and streams just fine on my other Windows 7 PC. Well, to make a long story short; the Win 7 Pro machine did not have QuickTime player installed which provided the H264 codec needed. I installed QuickTime and the IP camera now streams via realPlayer 14. I suspect you could install any H264 codec and accomplish the same thing and avoid the Plus upgrade.

I was using Acer netbook to download drama at play at real player. But yeasterday I bought a new notobook sony, which is window 7, when I used my portable hardisk to play the movie, pop up message cannot read, what do have the match clip.

my father somehow made by mistake that every extension on his laptop opens with KM Player (video player), how to get it back to its default state, i have no backup, he cant use anything on his pc because it opens with this video player.

This is rather strange but in my windows ultimate video editing machine every time I go to use my editing software and go to open or inpost a file the window opens for a second then quickly disappears. Could there be some sort of exe issue? I am running Norton's NIS2012 now but had just Karperskys anti virus lapse on me.

I am running into an issue where I can open a window/program with my mouse however once the window is open I cannot click inside of it. The window becomes inactive. I also have noticed I cannot right click on my desktop to bring up the properties. I can right click on the window in the task bar to close it but not in the window. Since this is happening I am limited to command prompt. I ran sfc /scannow with no errors. I tried with 3 different mice. I booted the computer into safe mode with command prompt and brought up the device manager to show devices not in use, and when the device manager window opened I could click inside it! since I could use the window I uninstalled all mouse drivers, and reinstalled my microsoft wireless usb mouse driver.. while in this safe mode I changed my mouse properties to system default as I read somewhere that can reset things. Next I booted the computer in safe mode (without command prompt) and still the same thing. I was trying to do a restore point as well however my Kaspersky antivirus 2012 is preventing that as i cannot find a way to kill the program through command prompt.

Whenever I search in Windows 7, I want to have the ability to open found folders in a new window. If I r-click, that option is not there. Is there a way to add this to Windows 7?
Also: When I go to 'open file location', the file's folder opens in the same window - highly annoying. In Vista, it opens in a new window. Anyway to change this behvior in Windows 7 to act like Vista, so the file opens in a new window?

Long story short I just want to connect my Windows Media Player/Center to my Xbox 360.I can't enable streaming from the Media Player. It wont show the button or option at all.I have also tried to open homegroup and turning on media sharing and it wont turn on. The button turns grey for a moment then it goes back to saying "Turn on media streaming".From the Windows Media Center I can get some kind of connectivity to the Xbox, but its very brief. Usually when I go to set up the extender it gets to building media library on the "Windows Media Center" then the "Xbox Windows Media Center" gives a failed to connect, retry or cancel.If I take a peek into the network from the explorer the media devices shows Xbox 360 Media Extender and it disappears within 3 seconds also another that says Xbox 360 which stays.I have tried going into services.msc and making sure UPnP, SSDP, Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service are enabled. I also disabled Windows Media Player/Center from the windows defaults to try and reinstall it.

when I open Real player to view a picture or videothe picture will open and then real player does not respond and I have to close the program using task manager. I have re-installed the latest RealPlayer and still have the same problem

I have real player and I'm sure you guys are aware that it has an add on that allows you to download videos of the internet. Well, every time I download a movie, my movies never seem to finish. The download tab says they're done downloading, but once I play them they are usually only 1/3 or half of the movie downloaded.

Version 14 uninstalled, Version 15 started installing at approx a 88% an RP desktop icon (a box with a bow..a free RP gift !!) appeared, then at 92% everything just stopped, the Icon disappeared....nothing !!Attempted reinstall from real.com numerous times with exactly the same affect !Carried out RP Instuctions to set User Accounts to ONCarried out RPinstructions C/Progs/Real file delete, still no uccessDid a Windows "Fix It" to rectify fault....no successTemp files removed.....still no go.Upon every download a new Real File appears in C/Progs......I removed the previous prior to each fresh download

I am a recent resident at an assisted living facility. Because I have some experience with PC's I was asked to maintain the facility resident computer, a PC with Windows 7.The computer is in the back of the media room, a 50 inch TV is in the front of the room. Also in the front is a modem and router. The computer is wireless and gets on the internet wirelessly through the router. The room is about 45 feet long.I would like to play video from the computer to the TV.

Whenever I try to open "Devices and Printers," the green bar at the top of the next window begins moving from left to right slowly and never completes the trip to the end of the bar and the Devices and Printer window never opens. I have a 52 inch SHARP AQUOS tv. It's wifi / internet ready and comes with all the bells and whistles of apps and what not. I want to stream my movies to it from my laptop (yes i've looked around the forums already for answers but i want 2013 answers not 2006 answers) and I am looking for something that has the option of 5.1 surround hookups. Tried lots of things, using regedit, going into the folders features my "Folder Options" ARE set to "Open each folder in same window"
my windows 7 ultimate 64bit refuses to do this though... tried lots of things... also internet explorer not opening just, turned IE off waiting to reboot, may be related idk. THIS is a really big annoyance... just 2 days ago when I double clicked a folder in explorer.exe it would open in SAME window
tried system restore, tried Cmd prompt thing... what may have happened is that I recently was uninstalling things... umm made sure this was a software thing ... defaulted my laptop's touchpad used other mouses and still same result.

I have tried all the common fixes with no success,I have tried opening one window then another and draging the second window to the full screen size and then closing the first and second windows while holding the ctrl key I have tried to reset IE settings, all that has done is NOTHING to help.This started happening after I just did a fresh install of Windows 7?

In XP, if I opened up a folder, I could start typing and the folders/files list view would jump down according to the letters I typed in.
In Windows 7, this does not happen - the focus remains in the left panel (i.e. Favourites, Libraries, Homegroup etc).
make the focus switch to folders/files when a folder opens?
