i have tryed connecting my iphone 4 to my pc but i am unable to do so the error which is coming is Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) i have tryed solving it .I tryed Open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by clicking the Start, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type troubleshooter, and then click Troubleshooting. Under Hardware and Sound, click Configure a device. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation and i also tried to re-install iTunes
There's a program I use (Pocket Informant iPhone Outlook Sync) which requires that my PC and iPhone be on the same network in order to sync.
The problem is that it works only when using my home network. When I'm at home, from my PC I am able to successfully ping my iPhone, which is connected to my WiFi network. This works whether myh PC is also ethernet-connected or WiFi-connected.
When I travel, however, even though I successfully connect to the WiFi network on my iPhone and PC, I am unable to ping my iPhone.
I have tried disabling the Windows Firewall and I get the same result!
I can't believe that all these different WiFi networks I connect to (airport, hotel, work) that they all have a configuration issue, so I'm thinking that the reason for the discrepancy must be because of some setting/configuration on my PC/home network.
Is there anyhing else besides disabling the Windows Firewall that I can try?
I have been using my home internet in my new place for a couple of weeks fine, yesterday morning when I tried it it had the limited access yellow triangle and wouldnt connect.I reset the router and connected to the wifi on my iphone which worked fine, I checked the DNS numbers were the same as on my iphone which they were and I had not changed any settings. I spent the entire day yesterday online looking for solutions, Ive reset the adapter, disabled it etc, set the ip and dns to automatic and back again etc etc. When my wifi tries to connect to my home internet it takes a LONG time to identify and then identifies it either as an unidentified network and/or public. Even when I change it to home it changes it back to public or just doesnt let me change it to home and says try again later.
Ps- I just tried disabling then re-enabling the protocol 6 on the wifi which isnt working and it just said in order to configure TCP/IP, you must install and enable a network adapter card. But then it just let me configure it and is still connected but with limited access and public network.
My old computer crashed and I'm now on a new PC with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
I installed the latest iTunes successfully, but found that my iPhone 4 is now not syncing with it. It can detect the phone, but it's not adding or deleting anything - apps, music or photos. I used to be able to select a Photo Folder to sync from the PC hard drive, but now it no longer works. It, however, works well with my notebook which is running on Win Vista.
There is no error message, the sync and backup apparently goes on only for a few seconds, and then iTunes says it is searching for which apps to install but nothing changes. Even when I've clicked Apply.
I've also tried closing iTunes and I've rebooted the phone but no dice. I've also uninstalled iTunes to reinstall. Doesn't work either. And yes, I installed with the 64-bit installer.
Can anyone advise how I would go about fixing this. I am trying to connect to a network (I have a dell running on windows 7) and it keeps telling me that windows is unable to connect to the network-this is before I can even enter the security key. I know it is not a problem with the wireless because other people are able to connect to it fine.
Is there a way that I can sync my Outlook contacts with my Iphone 4s so that the contact appears as displayed by outlook. Example: Mr. Richard Jones FILE AS: Rich Jones
This is the option to display in outlook and I would prefer to display on phone the same.
Recently I have encountered a problem where my IE as well as MSN is unable to connect to the internet. They happened around the same time, thus I believe the problem is linked. It simply says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".The thing is, everything else I use has no problems whatsoever. This ncludes google chrome, firefox, AIM, skype, WoW and all kinds of stuff.I've tried a lot of solutions with regards to tinkering around:Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN SettingsI've also tried virus scans, resetting IE settings to default, reinstalling of both IE and MSN and nothing seems to work

When I first reinstalled the windows 7 it worked fine and I was connected to the Internet using my belkin USB adapter. But after moving my computer to a new room the Internet connection stopped working. Ive ran trouble shooters over and over and it says its a router or adapter issue, but all the other computers in the house are connected to the Internet just fine. I've reconfigured everything, restored and I was told to post here!I also want to add that it connects to the Internet but after about a minute it gets the triangle with the ! And acts connected but I cannot open any web pages or open any online games. When I trouble shoot it still tells me that Its in the adapter, router, modem, gateway or related issue.

My father bought a new laptop last few days and the thing is,his laptop can't connect to our wi fi (home).I feel weird because everyone's laptops in the house can connect to wi fi and he can't.Does it mean that he need to fix something or what? He owns Acer aspire one happy series and everytime he tries to connect to the internet,it says "limited connection" but the signal is excellent.
I recently got Windows 7 on one of my desktops. I plugged in my Logitech 5.1 speaker system and I am getting absolutely nothing out of them. I went through the obvious checks (not muted). I was then searching my computer for evidence of the speakers even being recognized, and as far as I can tell they are not. I have Realtek High Definition Audio, and I've tried disabling/enabling this several times accompanied with a couple restarts of the computer.I understand I may need to update my drivers but at this point I'm unable to connect to the internet (Will have access in a couple days). I have searched this problem on my other computers and I'm getting mixed answers. I've heard my soundcard may not be compatible, the drivers are out dated, or I may want to use something other than Realtek.
my pc is unable to connect wireless network eventhough connections are available.it shows that there is a problem in network adaptor and windows cannot connect the hidden network.

I used to use my laptop to connect to this router's wifi and have no problem at all.Recently I am unable to connect to it most of the time, and it shows a yellow triangle on the wifi signal icon with an exclamation mark , sometimes okay but then very slow. iPad and iPhone can both connect to the wifi with no problem, and my friend's laptop is fine as well.So it seems that it is my laptop's problem.I tried to use the cable to connect and is fine though somehow still a bit slower than normal
Since yesterday I can't connect to the modem with my desktop pc(windows 7 x64). I get APIPA as IP adress(169.254.*.*). Tho I could go on internet with my notebook with the cable I use for desktop PC.
this is how my connection looks like. I got only modem & switch between my connection to the internet. note: I have no fileserver.
I've checked the following things with my other PC(=notebook windows 7 x86): modem, switch, cable and my network card and everything did work fine. note: I did use the same cable as I was using for the desktop PC to be sure that the cableline was fine. I made the next tests with my desktop PC.
Then done the next ones without success:system restore(1 week)winsock fixreinstalling the networkcardgiving static IP adress
My network card settings are the same for the both PC, set to automatically obtain IP address and DNS server addresses
