Jan 30, 2012i tried the Revo uninstaller software (to try and get rid of any left-over uninstall) as recommended by mousemonkey But it did not solve the problem with the "Runtime error in install: list index out of bounds (0)" Still getting the message when I try and re-install the software.

Oct 13, 2011I am attempting to test deploy a Windows 7 image to a VMusing VMware Workstation. I have Windows Server 2008 R2 installed as a DomainController with WDS. All network services, such as AD, DHCP and DNS have beeninstalled and configured as well. Both the install.wim and boot.wim files are stored on a separate drive (E)on theWDS server. My problem iswhen I try to PXE-boot the VM to send the image, I get the following error message: CLIENT MAC ADDRESS 00 0C 29 64 E4 5A GUID: 564D90FE-71D7-4F36-3893-38ACA864E45A PXE-E53: No boot filename received PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel PXE ROM. Operating System not found
A quick hunch would leave me to believe that both image files werent stored onthe server, but I double checked and both files were present. I have the network adapter on the serverconfigured with a static IP address (192.168.1.10), as well as DHCP configuredwith a 10 IP address range. (192.168.1.11-192.168.1.20). Ive heard that WDS shouldnt be on the same DC as DHCP and DNS. Does this really matter? Ive checked all of my configurations.

I've backed up my personal files, and now I'm trying to figure out if it can be repaired or if I'm going to have to buy a new hard drive. I tried to run the Toshiba hard drive diagnostic, but the tool isn't allowing me to select my drive and can't run without being able to do that, even though it is my only hard drive. Nov 28, 2011This problem just started today and I am a bit confused when I try to get my email on WLM I get the above error. I am going through my ISP and using POP3 the POP setting is pop.midstatesd.net and smtp.midstatesd.net all of the setting are correct so not sure why I am getting the error. I should mention that I am connecting using a laptop with a Dlink router and do not have any issues connecting to the internet. I am unable to ping the pop.midstatesd.net so figured something was set wrong on the router but cannot find any thing that would be blocking it there.

Aug 31, 2009I have installed Windows 7 from a DVD from my friend. he deleted the ei.cfg-file but in the Setup i weren't asked which version i want to install .. but the headline of th license-agreement said Ultimate x64 (what i wanted to install) ... so i went on! the installation worked and now i want to activate my license but it doesn't work! it says that the key is no real key! i have controlled the key several times and it is the right i got and i am sure (120%) that the key is for Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) German!
I dont know what to do ... is it possible that the key is bound to the dvd?

Oct 10, 2012I currently have an SSD installed with Windows 7, and I installed my games on an internal HDD. If I were to wipe my current SSD and install a Windows 7 on a NEW SSD, is there a way for me to transfer the games installed on the HDD to the SSD?
I'm not looking to clone Windows 7; I just want to transfer the games installed on the hard drive, to the new SSD with Windows 7. I've seen a lot of people posting about cloning the OS and such, but I'm not looking for that.
